Rob made me feel very safe when I went to his shop. Something scary happened while I was driving home and I assumed there will be an expensive repair involved. After finding impressive reviews, I towed my car to Rob. Turns out, my battery was not installed tight enough which Rob and the other mechanic (apologies I do not remember his name) found out. All it required was for the bolt to be screwed tighter and my car was okay. While in the past I have been charged for anything minor by previous mechanics, Rob decided not to charge me for tightening to bolt which was very nice of him to do. I did a DIY tune-up and found oil on two of my spark plugs. I suspected a valve gasket leak and called a few shops in my local area, even placing a YELP auto shop request. ESTIMATE CALL: Rob (shop manager) called me back, promptly, and we had a quick conversation about my needs and expectations for my vehicle. He had to call me back to send a quote within the hour (he had a to look up parts and estimate labor) and gave me a reasonable estimate. Without understating his professionalism, I have never had such a great encounter with any type of repair/tire shop. I set my appointment on the spot. APPOINTMENT DATE: I came in early and walked toward the shop. I saw two men talking shop and was greeted by one of them. The courteous greeting came from Rob, who let me know he would see me soon. True to his word, he helped me out, took my information, gave me upfront costs for their diagnostic, and I added an oil change to my services. I took a seat and waited for my diagnostic to observe my new surroundings to take in every aspect of the business. I was not disappointed. Rob's professionalism, conveyed over the phone, projected towards his technicians, incoming customers, and outgoing calls. His genuine care of the shop, incoming cars, and disclosure should be a standard among other shops. Even with the estimate negotiation, I didn't feel pressured and actually felt the services were valued more than my quote. However, the way they do business is more than just numbers. For example, during my wait, a guy came in with a stretch limo for an alignment. The limo was 25' front to rear and the shop couldn't accommodate his vehicle. Rob called around to find someone for him. REPAIR: James (Auto technician) took great care of my car. They placed a plastic bag over my seat and used a car lift to look underneath. I was happy to see them use hand tools when removing my oil plug and filter. The actual valve cover and gasket repair work was done very well. I appreciate any shop that cleans up after their job. A huge plus, if I have my original hardware when undercarriage/panels are removed. Estimate of how things went: 8:30am -- Check-in 9:00am -- Diagnostic review/estimate of repairs 10:00am -- Rob called me to update he had the parts. 12:00pm -- Repairs completed OVERALL: I would rather have it done right than done twice-- this shop definitely delivered. I would recommend them and bring my other cars here. Any customer who gets a quote should know the extent of services required for their vehicle. I inquired, after my repairs, about a tune up for my Toyota Prius, because I knew what was required. Rob gave me a concise explanation and fair estimate. I never trusted a skinny chef or an empty barber shop, if you understand my reasoning. A shop like this WILL get busy, but I will not go looking for another place for my car needs. read more

Like everyone, I have had my fair share of nightmares with auto mechanics. If you have ever auto-failed a smog check because, unbeknownst to you, a mechanic used duct tape to fix your engine, you know what I'm talking about. This time around, I did my own research and looked into a few places and I was pleasantly surprised to find one right by my residence that had good reviews and seemed to be reputable and licensed. My car at this point was making a god awful grinding noise so I knew that I could not put it off any longer so off I went first thing in the morning. We took a leap of faith and decided to contact the Maintenance Pros last week regarding repairs that needed to be done to our Toyota Camry. My wife momentarily lost control of the wheel causing the front passenger side wheel to hit the curb while driving about 35mph. As she drove home, she noticed that the car was struggling, and that the wheels were misaligned, but we had no idea what the extent of the damage would be. Needless to say, we were concerned with finding a reputable shop. When she brought the car into the Maintenance Pros' shop, they were extremely courteous and patiently took the time to listen to her account of what had occurred. After carefully assessing the issues that were causing the misalignment, Robbie was able to pinpoint the parts that were affected by the incident. He took the time to speak with us personally over the phone, patiently answered our barrage of questions, provided us with a thorough explanation of what was causing the issues, and gave us a totally reasonable estimate of the costs. Maintenance Pros was one of the very few willing to give a quote to repair all of the door frames on our 2008 Honda Civic. The frames required a tape kit to be applied to all the frames, which was tricky to do with the rubber seals and other parts in the way. The tape had to be wrapped around and under the trim. It was a difficult Job that resulted in leaving the car overnight. They did a fantastic job! We are so happy. The price was very reasonable and now the car looks so much better, They also got us in right away when we scheduled the appointment. I highly recommend them for car repairs. read more
