I get a recurring structured gel manicure and pedicure with her, and every single appointment exceeds my expectations. She's incredibly meticulous, talented, and takes so much pride in her work. My structured gel manicures are always flawless, natural-looking, and last beautifully for weeks without lifting or chipping. My pedicures are equally perfect--relaxing, detailed, and leave my feet looking and feeling incredible. What I appreciate most is that Aida genuinely cares about the health of my natural nails. I recently had a regular (non-gel) manicure and pedicure at this salon and was quite disappointed with the experience. Firstly, the selection of regular polish was very limited. I initially planned to use the same color for both my nails and toes, but the application on my toes turned out splotchy, so I asked to switch my nail color. The new nail color looked terrible after three coats, and the nail tech kept blaming the polish, claiming it was drying too fast. When I asked for a recommendation for a good color to use, she didn't provide any guidance. I requested a refund the next day, but they offered to fix it within 7 days instead. When I returned, they had new nail polishes ready for me, but the result was still subpar. The manicure was not worth the cost, and the polish didn't last longer than a day. Overall, I don't see how they can justify their prices, and I won't be returning. read more

My Russian manicures and pedicures have never looked better. Her precision and attention to detail are incredible, and I leave obsessed with my nails every single time. I booked a Japanese manicure expecting a polished, high-end experience -- especially at $80 -- but I left underwhelmed. The manicure wasn't done well, and when I brought it up, the rep told me I could come back within a week to get it fixed. I followed their instructions only to be told later that "it's not covered by policy." That was disappointing and confusing. I went to MaJolie recently for mani and pedi with no polish and it was a really great experience! Nail technician was very professional and accurate with my nails. The administrator girl was so sweet and nice, by offering me a cup of tea or coffee. Definitely the best salon in the area, recommend it to all my friends! 10/10 read more
