Instead, we accidentally wandered into what felt like a Janis Joplin tribute concert. The music was blasting at nightclub volume--not exactly the relaxing start to the day we had in mind. But surprisingly... that wasn't even the worst part. The food was incredibly disappointing. I ordered the breakfast burrito, and the potatoes were still raw--hard enough to remind me they were once part of the ground.. My husband ordered the French toast, which looked suspiciously like it took a quick detour from Trader Joe's frozen aisle before landing on our table. They have outdoor seating in the backyard, but I like sitting inside at the big table in the back next to the kids play area. The service is standard, and they seem to be more reserved and just chill :) They hold small biz markets on certain days of the week and also have prayer meetings on Friday nights. If you're looking for a community as well as a really good café to work out of this is the spot for you :)
