Suggest to all people looking for a mattress to stay clear of this store and this company. They sell you products and use the 10 year guarantee warranty to get you to buy their products mattress. Then 5 years into the 10 year warranty after it's caving in on one side they have the manufacturer send their inspection guy out only to say nothing is wrong with it. Then Mancinis will say sorry but we will make you a great deal on another mattress. Don't trust these guys at all. Dublin citizens look at another company other than these guys. read more

We recently received a mattress and frame with the movable head that raises and lowers. I forgot to buy a mattress protector, so I called around. In the Dublin area and Suni answered the phone. She told me that they had plenty and to come on by. When I got there I asked for Suni who is also the store manager and found the prefect mattress protector. I explained to her that we recently received mattress and bedframe delivery from Mancini's Sleepworld. However, we were unhappy with the bedframe, Suni recommended a different bed frame, yes it did cost a little more. She also said you will like it much better. I purchased a mattress yesterday, it was a "manager's special", due to a financial situation that arose this morning I called to cancel the order. I was told that it couldn't be returned because it was a floor model. At no time was I told that I could not return it. At no time was I informed that it had been in someone's home for approximately 30-120 days. Had I been told this I would not have purchased it, I don't want something that has been in someone's home, I don't care if they tell me it's been sanitized, how do I know this to be true? Today my wife and I stopped Into Mancini Sleepworld in Dublin. Robert greeted us, gave us time to look around and try out a variety of mattresses. He asked us what was important to us and helped us figure out which mattress would be best for us. He seemed very knowledgeable and allowed us the time to let it all sink in while we made a decision. My wife is a side sleeper and wants a medium and I am a back sleeper and like a firm mattress. Robert explained an option we had not even considered and we walked away with a great solution by getting one of each in a king size. We are so happy and are looking forward to sleeping on it soon. I am deeply disappointed with the customer service (actually their business ethics) that I received from Mancini's Sleep world at Dublin,CA after I purchased a mattress from their Dublin store. On May 20, 2023, I ordered two mattress and trundle frame (the whole set) from Mancin's sleep world store in Dublin. The Bed frame and mattress were delivered to my home on June 4th at 8.30 AM PST, but the bottom matters was of the wrong size . The delivery driver assembled the frame, but we observed that the mattress height was too hight and could not close the bottom portion. The delivery driver asked me to call the store later as the store was not opened yet, and told me that he would take it back when he delivers the correct size mattress. I called the store immediately when it got opened at 10 AM PST. I spoke to a store manager and he asked to call the warehouse to get the mattress back. When I called the warehouse team they said that they should get the instruction from the store and customer cannot call them directly though the warehouse phone number was given by the store manager Cal. Now both team are finger pointing each other without giving a solution and I held up with a wrong size mattress. As I have ordered the whole set (bed frame with mattresses) with Dublin store, I would have appreciated if they have sent a replacement mattress I am very disappointed with the customer service and their sales people will disappear once you pay for the purchase. Recommendation: I would not recommend Machin's Dublin Stored their delivery partners to anyone. The customer service is terrible and they do not seem to care about their customers. read more

Purchasing the two mattresses was without issue. A date was given to us but when we called, was told it wasn't confirmed by the original seller. We had prepped the areas of entry awaiting said delivery, an all day task. Fortunately, another salesperson was able to rectify the situation. The delivery men were outstanding!
