Appetizers were way tastier than the meals themselves. This was disappointing as I really enjoy Italian food. Drinks were yummy, so that was the upside of the night. The restaurant is in a nice area and is connected to a golf course. I made reservations here for my wife, two kids, and myself. When we got there we were greeted and promptly sat. However, after 30 minutes, nobody had come to our table to introduce themselves, offer drinks, or offer to take any orders. Multiple waiters watched as we sat there with my kids coloring on the kids menu for 30 minutes and never said anything to us, even though we didn't even have waters in front of us yet. I asked a passing waiter if they could let the waiter/waitress responsible for our side of the restaurant know that we are here and are ready to order, which he simply shrugged off and continued with his tables.. We were all pretty upset because we were starving after a long beach day and just wanted a nice dinner to end the day. However, after 45 minutes and still no service, we had to call it quits and simply made reservations to another restaurant while sitting at our table and we walked out. I've never just been completely ignored, especially as a reserved guest, but it was pretty disappointing. This is our third try at this restaurant with family and friends. Third time was the last time. Spinach artichoke dip was greasy and not warm. Pizza was burnt, super thin, and lacking taste. Jack Blackberry drink is lacking of blackberries even though the menu specifies blackberries, and the all you can eat soup and salad was slow coming out so by the time we were ready to go, our family member ate 1 bowl of soup and 2 salads. The biggest disappointment was the lack of the blooming onion appetizer that was advertised on a banner on the fence outside the establishment. It was the one reason we chose to eat here. The service was "meh" but friendly. The best thing this restaurant has going for it is the view! Overlooking this beautiful golf course is a treat! If you find yourself here, I would stick to the bar area and grab a drink and maybe an appetizer. read more

The atmosphere is beautiful as you walk in you're greeted by a beautiful waterfall. The sunset is gorgeous from the outside seating. Inside has a rustic warm homey feeling. The staff are friendly never linger but seem to pop up at the perfect time to refill your glass or bring you something. Julia was our server and her bubbly, sweet personality made us feel well taken care of. I think the night we went there were changes in the kitchen that made the experience not a 5 star rating but the management and Julia made up for it. The Caesar salad was delicious and the chicken which you have to add on was Char boiled very nicely and still was juicy. the s'tomato bisque had aa lighthearted flavor as opposed to the rich creamy texture im used to. the bread had that nice crunch on the outside but soft tender inside- i recommend asking for butter or an olive oil dip for it as the flavor is very light read more

This is my first time here, and normally I take pictures of the food, but it looked so delicious once I tasted it I couldn't stop. The crispy shrimp , ahi pokey and chicken Alfredo pizza was the best I've tasted on this island. Ordered Risotto Balls, I used to love these risotto balls--they were crispy on the outside, rich and creamy on the inside, and packed with flavor. Unfortunately, something has changed. I did a triple takorder on them, and the risotto was still raw, chutney sauce used to come on the side, now poured over, losing the light crispy crunch. She was attentive to our needs and gave us some great recommendations on what was on the menu. To make it even better she constantly checked in with us to see if we needed more beverages, appetizers. We began with the brushetta and creamy rissotto bites for our appetizers. So ono! Aysha was spot on with our orders and quick! The five of us had a variety of pasta dishes. I went to a banquet there. A basic menu of tossed greens, garlic bread, chicken Alfredo, spaghetti in tomato sauce and lasagna. Starting with the Lasagna, it had to be frozen and was store bought. No freshness and heavy tasting. Spaghetti and sauce was thick that the moisture was cooked out. The only dish that was good is the Chicken Alfredo and the Asparagus with onions. I've always driven by this place but last Saturday some friends and I went to try it out. We decided to try the pizza because they had the lunch special. I had the house sangria which was very tasty and orange forward. I ordered the mangiamo supreme and everyone ordered different pizza too. I was a little disappointed with my pizza because the bell peppers and mushrooms were raw. And I think that's the style but my personal preference is for my veggies to be cooked on a pizza. The flavor of the sauce itself was pretty decent. Out of all the pizzas I tried I LOVED the chicken Alfredo the best. The flavor of the Alfredo sauce was AMAZING. Next time I come back I'm definitely going by to get that pizza instead of mine. The service was very good. We did go right as they opened so it wasn't busy. We sat on the balcony overlooking the golf course. Since it was early in the afternoon it wasn't stupid hot but it did eventually start to get warm especially after a few dranks.... I also tried the speziato cocktail. It was perfect. A slight spicy kick and a lovely lemon flavor. I would love to try the other cocktails on another visit. On the way out I ordered one of the lunch specials. It was a breaded shrimp pasta. I don't remember what it was called because of the dranks (whoops) but it was soooo delicous. From the get go she was a rock star getting our drinks bringing our food(which was soooo tasty) her suggestions were spot on and we didn't know Sundays Keiki's ate free! We had 1 keiki with us and she got A cheese pizza because her mom got an entree!!! Prices were reasonable and we were allowed to each have our own check!!! Good way to keep us coming back Caprice!! I ordered the following: Creamy Risotto Bits: The texture of the encasing bread was nice but lacked seasoning, it was bland. The creamy risotto was way too rich that I could barely finish one. There was a light cheesy flavor. Creamy Italian Sausage: This was the most disappointing, there was a pool of oil and the oil would drip from the fork. I could only manage 5 small bites and it was just... gross. Again, this lacked flavor unless there was cheese and sausage being eaten with the oily pasta. Crème Brûlée Cheesecake: Haven't tried it because I don't want to be disappointed. I tossed the $45 with of food, sadly drank a ton of water and could only stomach 3 pieces of beef jerky for the rest of dinner. I brushed my teeth afterwards to remove the film of oil from my tongue and teeth. I'll never cheat on my downtown, Italian food made from scratch and not at all oily, Italian restaurant again.
