I recognized their name, as they have been a San Leandro/Hayward establishment for years now. I had the most relaxing massage that ensured every knot, pain, and ache was addressed. The massage therapist took extra care to ensure my comfort by giving me extra pillows and checking in on me from time to time throughout the massage. I walked out of there feeling brand new. I've been back since my first visit, and will continue to do so! They have a nice, calming atmosphere in their practice, and parking is available by private lot. It is a little hard to find the first time around as you can drive right past it on Marina Blvd, but they do their best by putting a sign out front to their driveway.

We were taken into a relaxing room with comfortable massage chairs that recline, where we started by soaking our feet in warm water. Even though my sister was right next to me, the setup still felt surprisingly private, and I was able to completely unwind. While our feet soaked, they started with a head, shoulder and arm massage. After the foot massage they had my turn on my stomach and massaged my back. I had several knots around my shoulder blades, and my therapist did an amazing job working them out. He adjusted pressure when asked and was just awesome! I left feeling so much better than when I arrived. The prices are incredible for the quality of service. She told me this was the only one available, but I said, don't worry about it. I'll book my massage another time. When I said that, she asked what was wrong. I told her I didn't like the vibes and that I'm a firm believer in energy, and if I don't like your energy, I don't want you to massage me. Needless to say, I will probably go another day or find somewhere else. I've been here multiple times, and the service has been great, but today I wasn't very pleased. I also wasn't happy that she asked me to pay upfront, whereas before, I paid after the massage. Her rates are competitive especially when you consider her flexibility to offer "come to you" service. She is very responsive and easy to work with for scheduling. She is also very conscientious, discussing what "ails" you and how her therapy skills can assist; I really appreciate her table-side manner, never pressuring, belittling or negative. In the past, I've used services from Massage Envy, high end boutique spas, and other individual massage therapists and IMHO, Mila ranks among the top for overall satisfaction!!
