Absolutely loved this place! As a regular Thai foodie, I really enjoyed the fusion style they had going on. We started with the Thai tea flight which was fun especially with a group of four and had some great recommendations from our servers. The staff was fast with ordering and got our food out fairly quickly despite the menu saying there were a few items that would take 20min to make (I'm assuming because they're made to order). This place was recommended to me by my Thai clients so my expectation was high. To be fair I gave it 3 visits before posting my review. The results were somewhat mixed. Laos salad: this one stayed true to spicy Laos taste and the salted crabs were better than other places. Pork jerky: very overly dried and tough. Kind of makes me miss the one at Chaba Thai in Cypress. Roti curry: the flaky bread was fried but I didn't expect it to be so oily. Couple bites and I was done. Spicy fried rice: probably one of the better dishes I had from here. The rice was flavorful and moist. Pad see ew: the chef used so much oil so the noodles were glistening. Both the fried rice and noodles were on the sweet side as dishes from central Thailand wound be. Crispy pork with chili and salt: salty crispy pork. This one went well with steamed rice. Tom yum: nothing memorable There were some other dishes that I tried but I can't remember. Service was always efficient and the ambiance was not overly noisy so that's a plus. Would I be back? An amazing Thai restaurant that opened in Fullerton. I believe they are still doing their soft opening but they have incredible food and fast service. The interior is clean and very welcoming. I went with a group of 7 and they were quick with getting the food out and ready. We got the pad thai, pad se ew, khao soi, green curry, and pineapple fried rice and pork jowl. Everything was so so good and we all devoured everything. Overall, an amazing addition to the Fullerton restaurant scene. They're still in their soft opening so maybe they're still testing out their flavors. I'll start with the positives: -Taste, the drink flight was interesting. Thai tea is the most common drink, while the other 3 were interesting. The pork jowl was very tasty too. -ambiance, was very modern and clean -service, quick and responsive Negatives: -taste, we got pad Thai. It was a little bland and didn't have the typical orange color. After we added the fish sauce chili it tasted much better. We also got the hot Thai basil fried rice. It was a little oily and barely spicy even though we asked for it to be spicy. The rice actually ended up tasting better the next day when we air fried the rice back. I'm not sure if they used day old rice, but if they did then they definitely used too much oil. Overall 3.5/5 I'll bump it up to 4/5 since it's still a soft opening We would come back to try some other dishes. Doing your water rounds for customers while no one is asking for water or cleaning the counter behind the bar can all wait 30seconds to a minute. Your food is excellent. Wow! What a fantastic Thai restaurant! We were on the waitlist on a crowded Mother's Day. The line was already outside the restaurant before they opened. We decided to wait it out because we jumped from 4th to 1st pretty quickly. Then we were told it would be about 1 hr to get seated. I asked if that applied to me being 1st in line and she said she could seat us, but it will take longer than usual due to the reservations and to go orders already in the queue. We decided to take our chances and were so happy we did. Our dishes were so flavorful and REAL. This is not tourist Thai food. They use the fish sauce, curry and spices liberally. Delicious!!! This restaurant was in its soft opening phase when I visited in late July 2025, and replaced another Thai place. We ordered the clear noodle salad, tom yum fried rice, crying tiger steak, and ended our meal with a Thai tea basque cheesecake. We're not able to take Thai spice too well so we ordered everything with very mild spice. I believe this made our food less delicious and I felt that every dish, minus the steak, lacked an additional oomph, which I think the spice would have added. Everything was cooked perfectly and tasted good enough - I just wish I had a higher spice tolerance so that I'd be able to enjoy it more. The crying tiger steak was cooked and seasoned to perfection, and was probably my favorite dish. The cheesecake was also 10/10 in terms of deliciousness. This is officially my favorite Thai restaurant in the area. The food quality and flavor is so good. I appreciate the classic dishes they carry alongside some more unique dishes you don't see in more traditional Thai restaurants. Nothing to criticize -Thai papaya salad: I devoured the papaya salad, it was so good. Warning though, the mild is pretty spicy. I originally ordered medium spice and the waiter warned me that customers complain that medium is super spicy. I love my spice but to be safe I ordered mild and thank goodness for the warning. The mild was spicccccyyyy but right at the enjoyable level of spice. It comes with cabbage and wrapping the papaya salad in cabbage helped tame down the spice. -roti curry: my husband is a sucker for roti. This dish is also solid. My hubby and kids really enjoyed it. It was crispy all around. I just wish roti was slightly more affordable but we can't help but order it as an appetizer every time -shrimp pad Thai: hit all my preferences I have for pad Thai. Good bold flavor, saucy, good level of veg mixed in and the shrimp were big and plump! Definitely will continue to be our go to dish -grilled pork jowl: it was grilled very nicely. I would say less crispy than I normally cook it myself but appreciated the evenness of cook throughout all the pieces. My husband loveddddd the dipping sauce because of the uniqueness but my feelings are mixed. It tasted like a spicy red Mexican salsa mixed with Asian seasoning. If you are going for a high protein meat dish, I would recommend this one. -Thai tea flight: I liked the variety of the options but I think I'll just do a regular Thai tea moving forward. I thought it would be a flight of the brown Thai tea drinks but two of them were tea based drinks from Thailand. Still if you like to try a variety of drinks, I would suggest getting it one time to see which drink you personally like best. The overall food here was not as great as I thought it would be. The plating was great, atmosphere was very cozy and aesthetic but some of the dishes were hit or miss. For example, the roti was crispy and delicious paired with the curry. The chicken wings were also just the right amount of crispy and tenderness but the sweet and sour sauce didn't seem to go well with it. I actually thought the green dipping sauce for the shrimp vermicilli went more with the chicken wings. The pad kee mao skewed towards more sweet and salty than flavorful. I like the one at manaoo better. The morning glory was also super salty. The massaman curry also was too sweet for my liking. The portion of the curry also seemed small for the price compared to a lot of other Thai restaurants. I liked the shrimp vermicelli dish and it had a familiar taste (similar to a Chinese dish I've had before). Overall, I think there are better Thai places in the general area but I'm glad I got to try this place. Servers were friendly but they were very busy today. I am unsure if it's the same owner but this will definitely be one of the best Thai restaurants in OC. New interior is clean and nice, the staff and service is 11/10 and very polite. Came on a Saturday night and it was pretty busy. We waited for about 10 mins to get seated. Ambiance was nice and cozy, and they have dining tables to accommodate bigger groups. We originally wanted to order the fried fish but they were out. One of the ingredients for the dessert sampler was also out. The five of us shared the following: Roti curry dip Thai papaya salad Larb ped duck Massaman curry stew Crab fried rice Mango sticky rice My favorite was the roti curry dip, it was flaky and went really well with the curry dip! The thai papaya salad and crab fried rice was just okay. It was my first time having larb ped duck, flavor was good but I wish the duck was more tender. As one of the reviewers said, the Massaman curry stew was a little too sweet. We enjoyed the mango sticky rice but we waited quite a bit for it. The seating is nice and the employees are friendly and welcoming. However, I cannot say the food matches up with what you're presented with when you walk in. Cute and aesthetic though, especially in the little glasses. One of the orange Thai teas tasted watered down. The lemon Thai tea was fine, but could've used more lemon. The purple one tastes like sugar water, lol. I knew it was a gimmick going in, but I had to try it anyway, hahaha. Pad thai with chicken: I read so many reviews about how amazing and flavorful the pad thai is, but mine was the total opposite. It was really light, which is fine, but also bland??? And I've never had a bland pad thai before. There was a decent amount of chicken though, so it was nice that they didn't skimp on the meat, and the portion size was good. But flavor-wise??? It was sorely lacking. I can't handle spice and I wouldn't have even deemed it mild, lol. And while most places overdo it on the coconut, this curry definitely needed more of it. Not the worst panang curry we've had, but definitely room for improvement. We were looking forward to trying their desserts, but unfortunately, almost all their desserts were sold out by the evening, haha. The flight included two lighter thai teas, including one that was almost like thai tea lemonade and one more like lemon thai tea, which were both refreshing. They also had regular thai tea and a darker roast thai tea, which were quite flavorful and distinct. My friend and I got the papaya salad to share, which was pretty spicy and quite a large portion.
