Unfortunately, the experience went downhill almost immediately. The owner refused to listen to what I was trying to explain and immediately started cutting into irrigation lines without discussing pricing, troubleshooting strategy, or even what he believed the problem might be. Instead, I got long "war stories" about other lawns he had worked on, which did nothing to address my issue. In the end, he never actually found the problem. Instead, he capped off piping and rigged the system so water flowed through all the sprinklers, but with significantly reduced pressure and coverage compared to before. When I pointed this out, he ignored my concerns and told me to go buy different sprinkler heads because that "should" fix the coverage problem. I would expect a professional irrigation contractor to properly diagnose and solve the issue himself. He also replaced the top portion of my solenoid valve with a larger setup that now prevents my valve box door from closing. After I contacted him about this, he promised he would come back and correct it. To date, I have heard nothing. The cleanup and restoration were also sloppy. Soil around the sprinklers was carelessly replaced, and the entire job felt rushed and unprofessional. I honestly regret paying for the service. I do want to say that his assistant was respectful of my property and professional throughout the visit. I only wish the assistant had been the one leading the job instead of the owner. At one point the owner mentioned that he installs artificial grass as well. Based on my experience with this irrigation repair, I personally would not trust him with any landscaping project.

He converted our old school irrigation to a microspray/drip system in our backyard. He arrived on time, installed the system as promised, and for a fair price according to the written estimate. He checked all our sprinklers (including our front yard), and replaced a broken sprinkler at no cost. Jared has since been back twice, once to make a minor adjustment to the flow of the microspray and, most recently, for a minor repair to a drip tubing connection. Both times Jared responded to my text promptly to let me know he was in the area and could drop by same day. In a world where excellent customer service is so hard to come by, Jared gets 5-stars! We hope to redo some landscaping in our front yard in the near future, and we will definitely hire Jared again to take care of the irrigation.

He was the only one who detailed every item involved in the bid, including update of irrigation. I've had issues in the past with bids for other projects that I assumed included the little details but didn't and then I had to pay extra. His crew was great! Their work was very detailed and clean. The job was done within three days and all of the work area, including the driveway, was cleaned up. They even noted my falling-apart fence gate so Michael gave me a very reasonable quote and they did a great job fixing it for me. There were a lot of details for after-care and I've texted Michael multiple times to confirm. He texts back quickly and I never get the impression he's annoyed (I've sent a lot of texts!).
