We had an absolute blast at Maple & Ash for a wine tasting! The service was impeccable from start to finish. We ordered from the Miami Spice menu, which was absolutely perfect for the occasion--the food quality was outstanding, and the portion sizes were incredibly generous. To cap off a memorable "Wine Night Out," we headed over to their speakeasy area for another round of drinks after dinner. Highly recommend!

Definitely a place to go for a celebration. Luxury to the max. For sure there's a dress code but the place is beautiful and please be mindful for parking. Valet is recommended as parking is a nightmare. But it's downtown. Everyone is super nice and they provide the experience of a lifetime. For date nights, anniversaries and special events. The filet mignon was amazing and the dessert was to die for. We did try their Miami spice menu which was worth it for 95 dollars. It includes a baked seafood tower which was amazing. Can't wait to come back and try their lounge.

Maple and ash was a phenomenal experience, I had the privilege to go during their Miami spice menu. Let's start with the ambiance, the place is lightly dined with a amazing array of high end decor making you feel wealthier as you come in. Their service was beyond phenomenal, from the moment you walk in to the minute you leave they really make everything a great experience. The print out birthday menu is a 100% plus! Now on to the magic of any restaurant which is food. The fire radiated seafood tower is one reason to visit regardless of anything else I've stated. It's beyond amazing. Their ribeye and filet mignon were perfectly cooked as asked and their desserts perfectly matched to end an amazing meal. The server guided us through food and drinks which don't hesitate to try any of their amazing cocktails. Perfect place to bring a date or for a special occasion. Highly recommended and #Orlyapproved

Maple & Ash exceeded every expectation. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was elegant, energetic, and absolutely beautiful. The restaurant has a high-end feel while still being welcoming and fun, making it perfect for a special night out. The service was exceptional from start to finish. Every member of the staff was attentive, knowledgeable, and made us feel genuinely taken care of without ever being overbearing. The timing of each course was perfect, and every recommendation was spot on. The food was simply incredible. Every dish was beautifully presented, cooked to perfection, and packed with flavor. You can truly tell they use high-quality ingredients and pay attention to every detail. The cocktails were also fantastic and complemented the meal perfectly. If you're looking for an unforgettable dining experience in Miami, Maple & Ash is absolutely worth the visit. Between the amazing food, outstanding service, and stunning ambiance, it's a restaurant we'll definitely be coming back to. Highly recommend for date nights, celebrations, or anyone looking to enjoy an exceptional meal.

We visited Maple & Ash in Miami about a month ago, and I've finally had a chance to write this review. Our party of seven decided to go with the "I Don't Give a F***" tasting menu. It's definitely a splurge, so we were excited to see what the experience would be like. The variety of dishes that came out was impressive, and there was plenty of food to share. Unfortunately, the execution didn't live up to the price. The first seafood dish that was served was so salty that our table had to send it back. While the replacement was a little better, it was still much saltier than it should have been. The biggest disappointment was the steak. It was incredibly tough and chewy, making it difficult to enjoy, especially for what should have been the highlight of the meal. On a positive note, the desserts were excellent, and the cocktails were probably the best part of the evening. The service was also friendly throughout the meal. For a restaurant with this reputation and price point, I expected a much more consistent dining experience. While there were a few highlights, the quality of some of the key dishes didn't justify the cost, and I left feeling disappointed.

I've been wanting to try this place out since they opened. So glad we finally made it. We mistakenly walked into the wrong place so when you go in, make sure you take the elevator upstairs if not, you'll be visiting a completely different spot. Once we did arrive, we were welcomed with open arms and in a very professional and classy way. Our server was exceptional. She not only explained the specials very eloquently, but she also answered all of our questions very patiently. I was expecting the food to be good, but it was actually excellent. We ordered two appetizers and split the 20 ounce bone in ribeye. It was cooked to perfection. The ambience is elegant, with a bit of old school speakeasy charm. I must say that we truly enjoyed the whole experience.

I visited Maple & Ash today for a friend's birthday. The food was excellent, and our waiter, Zafar, was wonderful. The staff delivering our food were equally lovely, and even the doorman was incredibly warm and welcoming. They were all fantastic. Unfortunately, the front desk experience was the complete opposite. I arrived before everyone else and was told to wait at the bar, which was fine. Once five of our eight guests had arrived, I asked if we could be seated. The restaurant had plenty of empty tables, but they acted like I was asking for something outrageous. The "manager" then asked if I was comfortable ordering for my missing friends because they like everything to come out at the same time. Honestly, what? Like, HUH? I'm the guest. It's my friend's birthday. We're paying to dine there. Why am I being made to run on the restaurant's schedule instead of being made to feel comfortable? Born and raised in Miami, I know this city's restaurant scene well. I know great hospitality when I experience it, and this was NOT it. The front desk staff came across as inexperienced, dismissive, and unprofessional. There was eye-rolling over a simple seating request, which is unacceptable at a restaurant positioning itself as a luxury dining experience. The irony is that once we were finally seated, everything was great. The food was delicious. Zafar took wonderful care of us. The table service was excellent. But first impressions matter, and the front desk is doing this restaurant a huge disservice. Great food. Great waiter. Great table service. Terrible front desk customer service. Come for the food, but don't expect to feel like a valued guest when you first walk in.

Gorgeous restaurant with a high end atmosphere. The chandelier was insane. The food was all good. Service was a bit slow but attentive when you got their attention. We tried the Miami spice menu which was a great deal for how much food you get! Definitely worth trying! The only complaint is there was not any vegetarian options on the spice menu.

Tried Maple & Ash with their Miami Spice menu and honestly I'm not rushing back anytime soon. The place itself if a nice ambiance. Dark and candle-lit, but very noisy. There were so many large parties which is great for them but ultimately the space itself is so loud it's quite hard to hear each other and even the waiter. Everyone had to wait for their table that night. When we arrived we had to wait a little and when we were leaving people were waiting despite all of us having reservations. I'm not even bothered by that but the bar was very quick tp become crowded with guests waiting that there were just people everywhere. Anyways, onto food. They had two kinds of spice menus, a $65 and a $95. Our waitress mentioned the 95 was more seafood forward with their special tower. We went with the 65 menu and glad we did because I was quite full afterwards and wanted meat anyway. I got the tuna tartare as my appetizer, and strongly advise against it. It really wasn't for me. It was watermelon, tuna, avocado, and some cream on top that was spicy. Not the kind spice that I like to eat. Maybe it was horseradish? I'm not sure but the mesh of flavors just wasn't for me. My mom got the wedge salad which I should tell anyone who may order it that it's a chopped salad with the ingredients of a wedge salad, not an actual piece of the iceberg lettuce. The salad was alright but nothing to write home about. Honestly, I think we are spoiled with the wedge salad from Daniel's and Truluck's that are just phenomenal (especially Daniel's). for main we got the filet mignon medallion that came with potato puree. Steak was great. Honestly saved the meal from where it was headed with the appetizers. We also ordered two sides from the regular menu which were fine and I'm glad we tried them. One critique for the steak though was that their knives are very dull! Made it hard to cut the filet. For dessert we tried one of each option. The coconut one was pretty good, the strawberry tres leches are also tasty, and the chocolate cake was also good. Drinks we had wine but also when you arrive there is a nice welcome cocktail. None of us actually drank it because it just tasted like sugar water but it was a nice touch along with a little crudités when you sit down. Food took a while to come but no doubt because they had a lot of people dining in the restaurant. Our waitress was nice but with the kitchen backup we were waiting quite some time in between each course.

I came here for my birthday and really enjoyed the whole experience. Inside has a very moody vibe and the tables have their own wax candles. The only con about coming while the sun is still out is if you're sat near the windows where the sun will hit you right in the face in certain seats. The food was tasty and the service was great! We wanted to share a dessert, however, it was only available at the bar the service manager went above and beyond and got us that dessert.

The place is nice and spacious with a nice bar as well. Service has been great when I have gone and friendly. You have to find parking in a nearby garage or something as parking is scarce. I am not much of a drinker but I enjoy the entry drink they give you. Also highly recommend the Parker bread you have to order separately as a side. Delicious. Food is good overall. I have had the filet, aged meatballs, mac and cheese among other items. Prices are high so expect to spend a bit. I would definitely come back as I have a couple of times already.

Saw this place on Instagram a few times when I went to Miami for work so I decided to try it out. I went during the HH and got an old Fashioned that was great and the seafood tower. The seafood tower was great. It is spicy because of the chili aioli sauce but if you like spice you will love it. I'm not big on spicy but I still enjoyed it. I sat at the bar and my waitress was great and attentive. When I was leaving it was raining and I didn't have my umbrella and the doorman walked me to my car to ensure I didn't get wet. Will definitely go back next time I'm in Miami

Never disappoints whether in Chicago or Miami. Had some A5 Cap steak rare with Pillows of Love as a side with it. Lobster dumplings came first though. Take it back glass of Boudreaux came first and it was top notch. This place just never disappoints.

Tried the skirt steak, which is my favorite cut after hanger, and while the presentation is great with butter melted tableside, it was not evenly cooked. The middle was medium rare but too much of the ends was overcooked. Also tried the branzino, was I thought was better than both the steak and the burger. Flavorful and cooked just right. My wife ordered the lobster ravioli, and this dish deserves special mention: it wasn't just ravioli with a hint of lobster--it actually featured generous, large pieces of lobster, which made it feel both indulgent and well worth ordering. The ambiance strikes a great balance between upscale and lively, making it ideal for both a special occasion or an elevated night out in Brickell. Now, to be clear--prices are definitely on the higher side. But in this case, you truly get what you pay for. Between the quality of the food, the execution, and the level of service, it feels justified. Bottom line...If you're willing to splurge for a memorable steakhouse experience, Dirty French Steakhouse is absolutely worth it. We'll definitely be back.

Service was warm and friendly overall but not always as attentive. Small lapses stood out (most notably, red wine being poured into my champagne glass) but those things happen and were apologized. Food-wise, everything we ordered was good but some dishes felt overpriced for what they were. The beef carpaccio,l was overwhelmed by oil which dulled the delicacy of the meat. The wedge salad was similarly heavy-handed: fully tossed and drenched in dressing losing the crisp that makes a wedge shine. That said, the filet mignon was excellent: well-cooked, properly seasoned, and easily the standout of the meal. It was the dish that felt most worth its price. Overall, Miami's Dirty French is a great choice for a sexy steakhouse night out with a lively atmosphere and solid food.

We started the night with amazing cocktails made by Julio behind the bar. This is my third time to this location and his drinks are always so good. The perfect balance of flavor, sweetness and alcohol. The food was perfect. I think these were the best Calamari's I had in a long time. The lemon and the sauce sizzle on top was absolutely delicious. The shrimp cocktail was filling too. It was huge. The best part was the dessert! The butter cake and the chocolate cake were exquisite! It made the night even better. The cherry on top was when the manager, Nick, came by to say hi. He's super attentive and it was a pleasure to chat with him. His team is so friendly and happy, I can only assume it's his leadership that nurtures this environment. Special thanks to Becca and Jesus to being friendly and happy. You guys made a difference. :)
