We booked our reservation ahead of time, and we were in for SUCH a treat! Tracy, an absolutely INCREDIBLE woman, was our server and made the experience!!! Like another reviewer, had a brunch reservation on 3/24 and we should have canceled before we sat down. It was definitely not worth the $600 spent for a table of 4. The music was annoyingly loud - we gave up trying to have any type of conversation. The dress code is not enforced either so if you feel like rolling out of bed and into Maple and Ash to continue the concert you partied at the night before - this is your venue. My boyfriend brought me here for my 22nd birthday and it was a dream. Everyone working was so unbelievably nice and really made me feel special (as I am sure they do for everyone). We went for happy hour drinks & because of Covid there are very limited seats so we sat at a small table in the bar area. When we sat down the server gave us a complimentary cocktail along with some hors d'oeuvres. We both ordered one cocktail each at happy hour and both were fantastic. From there we were escorted to our reserved table while the host read off to me a birthday letter. We sat down and immediately our sommelier came over along with our server to explain the wine we were gifted by a family member. Our server was great and made sure we were very well taken care of. I have only ever seen people take photos of their menu so I wasn't sure what to expect from the food. The food was outstanding. We were lucky enough to sit near the kitchen so we could watch the chefs which was cool. We ordered the tuna tartar as a starter, the truffle ricotta agnolotti, the filet and the baked potato as a side. I cannot day enough about the food, everything was delicious! It was also a bit aggravating that there is a dress code posted online, which we were happy about since it should indicate that this is an upscale place... I called and left a message. I also texted I got a message back stating that they would need management approval for our party of nine. I totally understand. I went for my birthday dinner with my boyfriend. The welcome drinks and app are so good. My boyfriend ordered an old fashioned and I ordered a slightly dirty martini. Drinks were excellent. The waiter also followed up to make sure ratio of dirty was ok. The blue cheese olives they use are phenomenal. We ordered the shrimp cocktail with the jumbo prawns and it was amazing. First time having cold shrimp with butter and it was so good. My boyfriend got the rib cap medium rare and I got the 16 oz ribeye medium and the way they cook and season the steaks are the best in the business. Preface: I am a huge fan of Maple &Ash. I've celebrated my birthday there along with multiple other significant life events. However, today I had an awful experience with the staff. We were in the area for ASU graduation and called to see if there were any open seats at their bar to grab a cocktail. We have always been fond of this restaurant and wanted to introduce out of town family to the experience. The hostess informed us that she "didn't know" and that we had to "contact management" for that information. When we asked if she could just peak around the corner to see if there was an open seat she said that she was in a different area of the restaurant. We've been to this restaurant multiple times and we are aware that the bar is literally right behind the hostess stand. Needless to say, seems like this restaurant is no longer accommodating to patrons. read more

I am a server in a restaurant, so I always feel very compassionate towards other servers but for how expensive this restaurant is, our service was terrible. I asked the server what he would recommend because I am a picky eater. Before I could finish my sentence, he loudly announced to the table. " well stop how am I supposed to know what you are picky about... and what you do and don't like". I felt embarrassed especially because I wasn't even able to finish my sentence. What a great concept of a restaurant that I've yet to see and I live in Las Vegas. You get a complementary coffee liqueur cocktail to start your brunch. Then you get beignet's with a delicious coffee infused whipped butter. Your main course comes with delcious maple smoked bacon, 2 pieces of filet, two chocolate scones and potatoes. The specialty cocktails were unique and delicious. Only negative I would see is the loud DJ music you can barely speak with your party. I get it its fun but for a brunch on a Sunday? Food is ok (at best) relative the 400-500 per couple you'll easily spend . Decor is fantastic and carries the weight for the marginal to average at best service. Great place to go if you don't mind not seeing your server for 20 minutes at a time. 4/29/2024 Went for brunch. We were not able to choose entree as we had done on a previous visit. Last visit we had chosen salmon /crab Benedict. This last visit the entree given was French toast. Since we weren't able to choose we asked what it would be and were told we'd be surprised. Yup we were surprised it was French toast! The issue I have is I have never eaten French toast due to the texture. I paid full price for something I'd never order or eat! I even stated when it was brought out I don't like French toast. For dinner I had the Full Rack of Australian Lamb and my husband had the 18 oz. Bone-In Dry Aged New York Strip. Both were fantastic. We ordered the Whipped & Buttered Potatoes, Brussel Sprouts, and fully Loaded Potato as our sides. Very generous portions! The potato's were good, however the Brussel sprouts were a bit dry and way too salty. The coconut cream pie was good. If you are not a big fan of coconut, skip this one as it is HUGE and very covconuty. We enjoyed it. 4 stars for this place due to the music being very loud and it was difficult to carry on a conversation without raising your voice as well as the Brussel sprouts need some work. read more
