Maple Branch has been a 5 in my book since it's opening. Great brews and a wonderful community. We've had a number of celebrations there as well. Until this evening... Brought in my snacks, ordered a brew and sat down to enjoy with friends arriving soon afterwards. A young woman approached my table and informed me that no food was allowed. She explained that the company owned food truck prevented Maple Branch from allowing outside food. Since I'd already started eating and drinking, I asked her how we could compromise. She couldn't/wouldn't give me a straight answer. I told her that we'd been coming since the opening. I have been on the email list since the beginning and received no notice of the change. She said there was a sign posted in front. (Note the attached picture-- the sign is not facing the street. Rather it faces toward the building. No wonder we missed it!) I finally offered to let her take my drink, refund my money, and I'd go sit in my car and finish my snacks. At that point she finally offered to let me stay and finish my drink and food, with a clear understanding that it would not be permitted in the future. This could have and should have been handled much differently. There was little consideration for a faithful customer. Needless to say my time there today was not the least enjoyable. As much as we have loved your space in the past, it will be difficult to return. Not because of the new policy, but rather the way we were treated. read more

Went here for the first time. First thing I noticed was all the convenient spaces for electric vehicles to charge. Several people just setting in their parked cars in the parking lot while charging, was a little creepy. The brewery is full of great atmosphere, and great for dogs too. But the one star is due to warm beer and soggy pizza. I'm not sure how pizza can get a good wood fired char on top and still have a soggy bottom? The supreme pizza has very limited toppings for a $20, 12 inch pizza. We decided to go around the corner to Angelos for a cold beer and better food. No matter the "flavor" of the beer...NOTHING beats a cold one. read more

Fly baked in my pizza. The cheese was baked over its wings. My friend is the one that noticed it. I called the restaurant that set the picture to what are the staff is he told me to come back anytime to replace it. I offered to bring it back that day, and he said don't bother When I tried to do so and another staff member said "that never happened". I begged him to call the owner and the other staff member to see who I spoke to. He said "no I'm not doing that". When I showed my husband the video I took of the pizza he said "you probably ate his entire fly family in the slice you already ate. read more

From the Biergarten entrance to the vast beer hall interior, the young couple who created this atmosphere have captured all that is good in enjoying a craft cold one. And now the beer-the choices are vast. From Blondes to American Pale to Imperial Russian Stouts, there is undoubtedly something for everyone. I tried a flight of two different kinds of IPAs, a stout, and the bock. All had a common theme, but the Bock was definitely my favorite. The food selection is sparse, but the gigantic pretzel with cheese and mustard was fantastic! Throw in the very nice service staff and you have a very enjoyable afternoon. read more

First time here, we were lured in by the wood fired pizza. What we found was they also have is really good beer on tap (cold) and they have enough types to satisfy everyone. We sat at the bar and the staff were on point! No waiting, super friendly and just all around good people. They suggested the pretzel and it did not disappoint. So a little more about the reason we originally came here...the pizza! Ever since our favorite wood fired pizza joint closed we've been looking for a replacement. I think we found it! The pizza actuall has some color on top, and Nick knows just how black to make the bottom so it tastes amaizing!! We did the meat lovers and will definitely be trying the others. So now a little more about the beer. I'm no beer connoisseur, but I do like good beer and cold beer. We've had both here. Grace (yes she is a saving grace in a world gone mad!!) has been awesome! Gave her some beers we liked and she delivered us very nice beers to fit our tastes. I had the Bavarian stout (much more than one). And my wife has been experimenting with all of the great tasting beers. So far she's liked the travelers tail and the Rasberry fields. Grace is now picking our next round so we will see where it goes from here. If you haven't been here your missing out. Great place with lots of room. During this time of Covid, it's nice to find a place where you can sit indoors and be plenty far from other groups. The beers are top notch and as an experienced homebrewer I mean that. The owner focuses on making styles he enjoys and isn't about hopping on the latest craze styles like some other places. IPA this IPA that, sour this sour that...not this spot. Very good and diverse line-up with, get this, appropriate glasses for the beer you order. They have minimal food available but the pretzels are huge and better than any other place I can think of. read more

Saturday afternoon. Went to Heim BBQ for lunch, then this brewery. Friendly staff, clean and small. They had more beers that we liked than other craft breweries. Just a matter of taste. Outside area with plenty of shade. Definitely will return. Note: Behind the 7-11 convenience store on White Settlement. ( near the corner of Carroll St. and Whitmore St.) You can grab a burger at M & O Station across Carrol St I know some people have complained about the number of electric car charging stations in the parking lot. Wave of the future folks. Cheaper to install now than later. I recommend some of the chargers be covered until needed. read more

Ordered three 12" pizzas via door dash ($17-20 per pizza). They put so much salt on them that they were completely inedible. When I called to let them know, they put me on hold for 25 minutes to tell me that all they could do is take my name and offer complementary pizza the next time we come in. read more

This brewery is a hidden gem! They have 20+ beers on tap that are all delicious, huge indoor and outdoor spaces, and fun events such as trivia night and cornhole tourneys. Dog friendly is a huge bonus. They serve wine and food too - pizza, pretzels, hot dog, and chicken fingers. I'm only giving this two stars because they have a Tesla charging station. Beer was decent. Food was a no go! They were microwaving the meat and buns. They over microwaved the bun and it was hard as a rock. Also, you have no clue when food is ready because they just stick it on the counter. I would not go back! read more

Had our high school reunion here this past weekend and it was such a nice spot! It's family run and they made a point to be as helpful as possible for anything we needed. Went there with my wife to enjoy their big patio on a day that had good weather. I ordered the Oktoberfest and she ordered a sour beer. When I first sipped the Oktoberfest something felt off and tasted almost kind of flat. I took another sip just to make sure and it did not taste good. It did not taste like an Oktoberfest beer. I did not want to return the beer, but decided to and brought it back to the bartender and told her that it tasted flat/bad. After I told her she sampled the beer herself and told me it didn't taste bad to her and asked if I wanted it served in a different glass instead and I said no and that I will just just get a different beer. She looked really annoyed that I told her the beer tasted bad and that I wanted to go with a new beer. I ordered the other beer, left the nearly full Oktoberfest beer at the counter, and went out to the patio. My wife and I only had one beer each when we decided to leave. When I went to close my tab with a different beertender the charge for the Oktoberfest was still there. I explained to her what happened and was told me several times that her shift just started and that she will have to ask her manager about it. She walks 4 feet away and starts talking about it with the original beertender I ordered from and another employee. There are now 3 people talking about the one beer I didn't like and what they should do while I'm watching this from just 4 feet away. After nearly 5 minutes of discussion the other beertender returns and takes it off my tab. Why was this such a big deal over a beer that cost $6.50? I took 2 sips of the beer and ordered something else. This was only my second time visiting this brewery and based on this experience I won't be returning. read more

Went there when they first opened, being new, the beer did need tweaking some. Looks like they've improved it. Went to try it and grab dinner there along with a couple of brews. Unfortunately that didn't happen. The bar wasn't very busy, the bartenders were just kind of chilling, some saw me standing there at the bar. When I finally had enough of being ignored with no one offering to serve me, I simply left. There's other breweries with food and beer. If I go into your place to spend a little money, here's a tip. If you want my business and/or money, don't ignore me. So all in all, I can't review them on their beer or food, only the service. read more

Trivia night was meh. The dude operating the mic/trivia laptop kept flirting with people and delaying the game. Was quite annoying tbh. We hosted a private event here this week and everyone was raving! The management was so easy to work with, the staff were on their A game and constantly all over and so pleasant!
