Where do I even begin... These guys are the epitome of not only excellent customer service, but of honesty, integrity and basic goodness. I own an older vehicle and have had back-to-back repairs this year. Two of these repairs were the direct result of previous careless workmanship. A friend of Blake's (the owner) recommended his shop to me and spoke very highly of the man, just in general. From our first initial conversation to the last, Blake was patient and understanding and beyond accommodating with my situation. I cannot say enough good things about him or the quality of their work. In the end, I was prepared to drop another grand on this car after being told that my suspension may need to be replaced. Blake and his mechanic looked over the entire car and I walked out of the shop with a bill for less than $100 after a comprehensive and extensive inspection of the car. These guys are great! I brought my car in about an hour before closing. My power steering had gone out after jumpstarting another car. The gal at the front desk got a technician to come and talk to me right away. Ian helped me diagnose the problem, determining it to be a blown megafuse. These are sometimes hard to find, and they did not have one at the shop. Jeremy, who runs the shop, called his supplier and drove to pick up fuse for me. Turned out to be the wrong one, so Ian took a picture of the fuse and returned to the supplier, purchased the right one, returned, and installed it. Problem solved! These guys worked with me for over an hour, and Ian was ready to send me on my way with NO charge! I asked him what I owed, and he referred me to Jeremy. Turns out the cost of the fuse was five dollars. Jeremy asked me if I had a ten, which I did. I handed it over to Ian to cover his cost and troubles, and that was it! Couldn't believe it! I don't often write reviews but I'm sitting in the lounge three days after I brought my car in for an air pump replacement. I was quoted one day at the most. Scott told me he'd call me and update me on the progress of my car. He never called. I called once a day to ask when I could pick it up and he told me false times twice. Now three days later I'm going to be late for work and may lose my job for not getting my shift covered. You guys had ample time to fix my car and/or call and tell me the truth so I could work out my schedule. I'm not sure how this place has such good reviews when they treated me like a second class citizen while blatantly lying to me about the estimated time. Three days later my car isn't fixed and I now have to drive a broken car an hour each way to work for the next 5 days until my next day off. At that time I'll be taking it somewhere else. I've been looking for my local mechanic for the past 3 years I've lived in Denver and I've finally found the guys! I can not speak highly enough. Personally as a local business owner myself I can't stand these reviews, but when a business deserves a pat on the back, here ya go. I called to set up an appointment for an oil change, brakes, tire rotation, and an problem with my steering. Honestly thought I was going to spend hundreds of dollars. They set me up the same day, had my car done in less than an hour. From previous mechanics I was told my brakes were bad, not the case apparently. Same with the steering problem. Nope just a loose bolt. I went from hundreds of dollars to a mere $45. I will definitely tell my friends about Maple Garage and am happy I found my local mechanics! read more

Groupon brought me into MAT, and I'm glad it did. I've been looking for a shop close to my house in Denver and this one is only about 1.5 miles away. Mike and Jairo took care of thie oil change, tire rotation, & safety inspection in just about an hour. No complaints here. Also got the synthetic oil upgrade and it cost me less than $40.00. Killer deal. Also after I went to leave the bracket on my drivers seat broke, causing the whole seat to slide back and forth freely. Mike and Jairo immediately brought the car back in, fabricated a bracket and re-mounted my seat to the floor. Awesome service, great guys. Don't be fooled by the exterior. Great find! I had my oil changed on a Groupon deal. Called for an appointment, showed up and left 30 minutes later - no nonsense. They checked over my entire car and said everything looks great - even the brakes are at 50%. I was expecting some kind of up-sell because of the cheap oil change, and I probably would have believed that my brakes needed to be replaced since they were squeaking a little. Mike said that the squeaking could be the type of pads that were used last or brake dust, so he blew them all off and so far they have been quiet. I will be back. read more

They are great. Never feel like I'm being upsold. Problems are fixed and at a very reasonable price. They have always come through for me and have been there several times to help in a pinch. I once took my car there after having just got into a fender bender and they popped out my front bumper at no charge to make my vehicle functional and drive-able. It's hard to find mechanics that you KNOW you can trust. I have no doubt I can trust these guys. read more

Mike Stambaugh at Maple Garage is the best mechanic in Denver. I had a dealership estimate of $1,100 for new knock-sensors for my Toyota van and Mike knocked it out and even put new spark plugs in while he was in there for around $700. Wow. He also has a classic Corvette he's rebuilding that is worth the trip just to see it. read more

Long story short---I purchased the groupon for the oil change---the oil change was quick and service was great. They also discovered that my brake pads were nearly gone during their inspection. Fixed my brakes and saved me a bunch of money in the process because they caught it before I ruined more parts! read more
