Tammy here was great, she was very attentive and very well professional Mannered as a waitress. She was very concern about me being happy with my food. Only reason I didn't give 5 star was because the veggies were at least a few days old or more. Plus there were a lot of stem cuts from the Broccoli concert at the broccoli itself. It's kind of a cheap way of the owner to the chef or the chef is doing this cause he doesn't tell the owner, when cutting and actually adding vegetables, they will take a couple of broccoli stems and use that to make it look like they added veggies when they really didn't , this is called skimming so the restaurant makes more money on the bottom line. A HIDDEN GEM!!! tucked into a corner of a strip mall. SNOW?! end of April.. yeah. Crazy. Get on the waitlist while you are driving there...it helps! We got there and we only waited 5 minutes to be seated. Within that time, it filled up and the line at the door was now a 45 minute wait. They have flavored cream for coffee!!! Went to visit friends today in an area I'm not familiar with but wanted some really good breakfast. This place did not disappoint. The food was amazing, the atmosphere was pleasant and the customer service was second to none. Michelle, our waitress provided the best service I've ever experienced...and I eat out while traveling quiet a bite. Came here for breakfast today with my wife and business associates. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of food, but even more surprised at the affordable prices. The location is good and has plenty of parking out front. There were only a few people when we came here. Overall the interior is a little bit rustic, similar to many family owned breakfast joints. Although it's not very modern it does feel very clean. Everything looks dated but unlike IHOP you don't feel the need to constantly check your silverware or table to make sure it's actually been cleaned. I also assumed prices would be similar to IHOP, but it's actually much cheaper and the food tastes fresher. I ordered the apple walnut French toast, and I was not disappointed. There was cream cheese which I wasn't expecting but I actually liked it. It wasn't covering all of the French toast as if to make it seem bigger. There was just the right amount and it was real cream cheese, not out of tube like some other restaurants. Overall it was delicious. Wasn't too sweet either and you could tell the apples were real apples and not plumped up and covered in sauce to appear bigger. It filled me up but I didn't feel afterwards like I've overeaten. Everyone in our party also enjoyed their meals. The service is great. The hostess is very nice and the waiting staff kept checking on us and making sure everything was fine. They just knew what they were doing, they didn't constantly come by our table as they saw that we were in the middle of a conversation, but they knew exactly how to come by and make sure we needed a refill or to take our plates away or when we were ready to order, without being intrusive in any way. There are no negatives I can think of. If you want to go somewhere with a more modern feel than this place isn't for you, but that shouldn't put you off of trying it at least once. The prices are ridiculously low considering you're being served actual food and not junk. My wife and I will definitely revisit in the future. read more

I think I will order something different next time and I'm sure my rating will go up. The place is nice and clean with room between tables so that is really nice. I hate being crowded. The menu is extensive with the usual breakfast fare. I saw others being served and everything looked really good. I ordered the Mexi Skillet and my chorizo was so dry!! It was just completely dried out with no flavor - I went ahead and ate around it. Service was prompt and friendly. I will definitely return to try something different. This is a good restaurant with delicious food. I always ask for water with a lemon slice., then they started charging 25 cents for the lemon slice -ridiculous - and they make a big deal out of telling you about the additional charge. No other restaurant anywhere around this area charges for a lemon. So I go to the other places where the price of lemon is included in everything else. read more

I had the chicken tenders with waffles and a short stack of French toast the waffle was crispy on the outside and nice and sweet and soft on the inside just wish they used real chicken pieces then a tender lol, French toast (thick bread) was my favorite! My son got the 2,2,2 eggs, strawberry pancakes with turkey bacon and hash browns. He enjoyed his breakfast everything was delicious and got the service is pretty quick. Definitely will go again. Can't believe I haven't given my review! My family and I have been regulars of Maple n Jams since it opened. It feels like home when we go there. The waitresses are amazing and know us by name and always ask for my kids. The food is always great, very good portions, and it never disappoints. Very disappointed with the quality of food this restaurant is serving. I loved this place. They used to be so consistent unfortunately they have changed so much. My sandwich was a skimp hardly any meat. I've ordered the same thing several times from this location but today was much different not only was my food bad and nothing like before but the owner/ manager was so rude when I expressed the change in quality. He didn't offer any solution I asked for my food to be made the same As before. Be denied and kept saying nothing changed however it was obvious. I believe this could have been a great review if I hadn't gone at a peak time. The food was sort of haphazard. Little things that taken together put you off. The biscuits were undercooked and had a line in the middle, the gravy on top had super fried, hard crunchy bits of sausage in it that you had to look out for. The potato's had a metallic taste (not enough oil on grill) and were both over and undercooked. The eggs were perfect, but served atop the biscuits and gravy. The service was excellent and friendly. Ambiance was of a busy diner. I could tell this could be a go-to breakfast place if I went at a less busy time or if they get an extra pair of hands in the kitchen when it is so busy. oh my geez!!! food here was amazing! I had the triple berry crepes and they were soooooo GOOD. Some of the best crepes I've ever had, with a honey vanilla cream cheese inside. The server, Donna, made the experience even better!! What a joy to add to the breakfast experience! Biscuits and gravy were good too. I wasn't a fan of the chicken fried chicken as it was a frozen patty but the biscuits definitely made up for it. Servings were big. Overall great experience! read more
