I was on my way to my mothers and decided since we had time to burn we will try this new breakfast restaurant and see if we could have a new place to visit when we come into town. I had an omelette with turkey bacon, and turkey sausage with diced potatoes. My other half had, eggs with meat, hash browns and a side of pancakes. The place was clean, service was wonderful and the bathrooms were clean. Parking wasn't bad even though it's in a strip mall. I definitely would visit this place again to try a few other things I seen on the menu that I liked. I placed an order online prior to the restaurant opening, because that was an option. I got a notification by 8:30am letting me know my order was ready, I got there by 8:40am. Once there, the girl at the to-go counter, attempts to give me someone else's order. I only noticed because the drink she handed me was an iced tea & I ordered an orange juice. When I told her that wasn't my order because of the drink, she still the audacity to question me. Like what? She then proceeded to rudely point to the waiting chairs for me to go over there because my order wasn't ready. I legit had to wait another 10-15 mins for my order. I'm livid. Why offer a pick up time ahead if it's not going to be complied with? The food is delicious but the customer service was terrible. read more

This place is awesome. I've been here multiple times, and I always leave with a satisfied tummy (with the exception of one time). I always come for brunch so I can't attest to their lunch menu, but their breakfast selection is ample and delicious! I especially appreciate that they offer a 1x1x1 or 2x2x2 meal instead of the usual 2x2x2x2 meals most restaurans offer because that catters to people who are looking for a smaller yet filling meal. For all french toast lovers, I recommend getting the Cinnamon Swirl French Toast (see pic). It is so good! In addition to the food, I also really appreciate the service. Most of the waitresses are attentive and very nice. The lady that welcomes you at the front desk and then takes you to your seat is the sweetest. She always has a smile on her face, so seeing her always makes my day. Guess who has time to catch up on reviews and feed my delusion that I've been able to actually enjoy a nice meal in a restaurant?! So I visited this place pre-covid. I'd passed it for years on my work route to Dupage. Finally decided to try it when I was in the area. They were pretty packed upon arrival but luckily the wait wasn't too long #yelpprecheck. We waited about 7 mins to be seated. We ordered standard breakfast food. It came quickly and was a lot of food. Nothing bad to say at all. Service was good. They were super friendly and one of the women (later found out several were related and the owners) took a liking to my mom. She was so cute. The space is fairly small but well used. They'd also decorated for Valentine's Day. Overall, it was a good experience and I'll definitely return when I'm in the area. The service is great: you are greeted by a friendly, elderly woman who takes you to your seat and the waitresses are also very friendly and attentive. I have tried multiple dishes here and non have been disappointing. The portions are a great size. One of the latest dishes, a healthy omelet, was delicious. I am always pretty skeptical of ordering omelettes or scrambled eggs with the fear of them being a little burnt or rubbery, but this omelette was delicious! The waffle is super soft yet crunchy topped with fresh, sweet bananas (at least in my case). There is no need to travel so far for a nice brunch/breakfast; I have tried a few places in the area and this is definitely my favorite (they also offer great skillets!) read more

Visited family in Burbank over the weekend and found this lovely gem of a breakfast diner. The first day (yes we had to go to this place 2 days in a row!)the food blew us away. It was amazing and so delicious. The pancakes were light and fluffy. And the service from our waitress Michelle was great. She was so attentive and kind. The second day we all tried something new. I ordered a waffle and it was hands down one of the best waffles I've ever had. Golden brown and crispy... it was great. But once again we were blown away by the service. This is hands down my favorite place. I found it a few years ago when I was pregnant with my son and fell in love. I came here all through my pregnancy and made great friends with the staff. Then, when my son was born, he started coming with me, and it's birthday tradition to come in on his birthday every year (which we just did in the nice, safe, outdoor tent seating at the beginning of October!) I have special place in my heart for this spot, so we try to order here whenever we order out to support our favorite!! Can I give 6 stars? Good grief, this place checked all of the boxes. If you see a negative review, that person must've gone to a different restaurant. My wife and I were running late for an appointment and we stopped in to Maple and Jams to see how long the wait was. Long story short, they were able to fit us in and took the absolute best care of us (Michelle was the best waitress we've had in some time!). Oh, did I mention the food was incredible? I'm always hesitant to order skillets because they all end up tasting the same. Not here. The types of potatoes they use and (surprisingly) using American vs Cheddar really made the dish pop because the cheese melted through everything. Absolutely delicious! I think that was called the Hobo Skillet. I'd go out of my way to eat here and wait a reasonable amount of time to get seated. Couldn't recommend this place highly enough. What a gem! read more

I've been eager to check this place out for awhile as I've heard very good things but upon ordering I'm a little put off. They have a very reasonably priced menu. The staff was very friendly. Their skillets are around 8.99. Very reasonable. They have a build your own skillet option where you pay for each item individually. Completely normal except for the fact by building your own skillet with the same amount of ingredients as the skillets they offer would be almost $15! And they're unable to modify their menu skillets because of their system on the computer. Doesn't make any sense at all. I wasn't able to order what I wanted because I was turned off. I ordered the potato Benedict which says its potato pancakes but they weren't.. I asked them to take it back and just ordered basic pancakes instead. They were fine. The other two people I was got their order wrong as well. I really wanted to like this place because of what I've heard but after this experience... I gave two stars because the staff was friendly. EDIT! I'm actually changing to ZERO stars based on their management! At check out I'm assuming the manager asked about my experience. I explained to her we waited our whole meal for water I asked for twice !!! She asked me "did you see this woman standing at the counter?" I said "yes" she responded "you couldn't have flagged her down?" So it's my responsibility to flag someone down and find someone after asking my waitress TWICE for water during my meal?!?! The service here after talking to the manager was AWFUL!!!! I've been an manager for 11 years and I can't EVER imagine speaking to a customer that way!! Her response was that her customers differ from my opinion. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!' If you're looking for quality food AND service go to stacked and wait 15-20 minutes for people eager to eat there! last few times we ordered they stacked the soups on each other and the bottom lids cracked and caved in and soup was everywhere. we then ordered and told them about that incident and there was a breakfast order in our order and the syrup lid was cracked and syrup all over the bag. so today we gave them another chance and told them about the syrup all over and asked for 2 things of syrup just in case we have a syrup mishap again, when we received the order no syrup. how do you eat a waffle with no syrup. also waffle was supposed to be bacon only on and in it but they drizzled bitter chocolate all over it, I had to drive to 2 stores to buy syrup because the first one was out.
