This location has been solid for years. As far as fast-food pizza goes, I think Pizza Hut is one of the better options. It's cheap, quick & they have a good rewards program through the app. Here, the employees are usually friendly when I stop in to pick up my order. I've noticed they also do a good job at being accurate with your given pick up time. When I request modifications or additions to my order it's almost always correct. I've been coming here for years & rarely have issues with my orders. The FEW times I've encountered a problem it's been handled properly. No complaints there. The inside is small & always kept clean. There's no tables for dining in but that seems to be a thing of the past with a lot of these places. There are a couple places to sit if you need to wait for your order but you shouldn't be waiting too long. A Disappointing Experience with Pizza Hut - Not Worth the Price I recently ordered from Pizza Hut, expecting the usual quality and satisfaction that their brand promises. I decided to go with a Meat Lover's Pizza and a Pepperoni Lover's Pizza with banana peppers. Unfortunately, my experience was far from great, and honestly, I feel like I got ripped off. Meat Lover's Pizza - More Like Barely-Any-Meat Pizza When you order a Meat Lover's, you expect it to be LOADED with toppings. That's the whole point of the pizza--it's supposed to be a hearty, indulgent choice packed with pepperoni, sausage, ham, bacon, and beef. But what I got? It looked like they either ran out of meat or decided to be extremely stingy with the toppings. The pizza had a sad, scattered amount of meat, nowhere near what I've come to expect from this menu item. If this is their new standard, then calling it a "Meat Lover's" is false advertising at this point. Pepperoni Lover's with Banana Peppers - A Joke for the Price Now, let's talk about the Pepperoni Lover's--which, based on the name, should be overflowing with pepperoni. Instead, what I received barely had enough to cover the pizza. There were actual gaps between slices where there should have been more pepperoni. It looked no different than a regular pepperoni pizza, which defeats the entire purpose of paying extra for a specialty pizza. To make matters worse, I also paid an extra $2 to add banana peppers, and what did I get? EIGHT. TINY. PIECES. That's right--just eight banana peppers scattered across the entire pizza. I could have gone to the grocery store and bought an entire jar of banana peppers for less than that. The fact that Pizza Hut thought this was an acceptable portion for an additional charge is beyond ridiculous. Overall Experience - Cutting Costs at the Expense of Customers This experience makes it very clear that Pizza Hut is either drastically cutting down on toppings or just doesn't care about portioning anymore. Either way, for the price they charge, this is unacceptable. When you order a specialty pizza, you expect to get what you paid for--not a cheap, underwhelming version that leaves you feeling scammed. I don't know if this was just my location or if this is becoming a company-wide issue, but based on what I received, I wouldn't be surprised if more people are noticing the same thing. Pizza Hut used to be one of my go-to places, but after this, I'm seriously reconsidering whether it's even worth ordering from them again. Unless they step up their game, I'd recommend spending your money elsewhere. Domino's, Papa John's, and even local pizza shops are giving way better value than this. read more

So I have some guys working at my house. I asked what they wanted to eat today and they chose Pizza Hut I tried to talk them into Papa John's but anyway, it was their choice. This store is pretty new. It looks modern. The gal was sweet when I picked up the order. I got them a large pizza with ham and breadsticks. I had a slice too. I actually thought the pizza tasted ok until I got to the crust. It tasted like nothing. The ham was pretty good. I am an unapologetic Papa John's fan. I haven't eaten Pizza Hut in a LONG time. I did used to like their salad bar years ago but that is long gone. I won't be back here unless it is not my choice. read more

I was somewhat impressed with this Pizza Hut. It appears very clean and modern. They are take out only. The tall man working there was very pleasant. I had a craving for breadsticks and decided to order. I told him I would run to Publix and be right back. He had the breadstixks in the warmer for me. I took the breadsticks home and they were OK. I did not care for the sauce which was too sweet. This is very convenient to order at Pizza Hut and then run into Publix because we all always need something there. While it is a little bit further out of the way than what I am used to I am just glad that instead of my closest Pizza Hut going out of business entirely, it decided to just shrink down to a Express pick up only section A little bit further down the road. Just like the farthest Pizza Hut is as good as can be, when it comes to Pizza Hut. The pizza is always made to order and insanely hot no matter when you go to pick it up. That is thanks to their little heat warning section they keep all the pizzas in while they are waiting for you to pick it up. The staff was able to transfer over, most of them, I haven't seen everybody but all of the faces I have seen are still the same. Everybody is always friendly here and willing to listen to everything you have if you are placing your order there. They are also very quick and keep the place spotless which is also another Plus for me because I love a clean restaurant! I usually get a small or medium cheese pizza and that is more than enough to feed anybody that I have at the house! The dough always tastes fresh and I love the pan pizza option they have, even if it is a dollar more up charge it is definitely worth it! The sauce is always super tasty and not sweet which is definitely a plus for me as well. It's been a long time since we've had Pizza Hut and I had been craving it. The location closest to us on Sheridan and Hiatus had closed but I noticed a couple of months ago that they opened up this take out location. We ordered the Big Dinner Box with Traditional Wings which comes with 2 medium 1-topping pizzas, wings and breadsticks. The pizza wasn't the same as it used to be and I was very disappointed. I don't know if it was because of the shape (rectangle vs. circular). They used to be known for their pan pizzas which I loved. The breadsticks were a little hard like they were reheated. The wings were decent. Maybe the next time we'll order a regular pan pizza so we can actually compare apples to apples. read more

This pizza hut opened up here as a relocation to where they were previously located for years. I believe their relocation was a result of minimizing as dining in wasn't bringing in much profit as it used to years ago especially now. Now this place appears to be more of a quick pizza pickup location. I'm glad that they didn't go too far from where I live! Pizza hut is great and sometimes a must every now and then. It's a staple for a night in with a good movie. Their pies are great and nowadays there are so many options as to all the customizations you can order for your pizza down to even the type of crust. I've never had any issues ordering here. There are usually great combo deals that they offer almost daily. Some of these deals may include a medium two topping pizza with a 2 liter soda of your choosing. They also offer wings and dessert options such as cinnamon rolls and their hershey cookie pie. It really hits the spot! The employees here are friendly and quick when it comes to fulfilling orders. I look forward to having pizza from here again soon. read more

Very Rude Customer Service. I called over 3 times and they would constantly cancel my calls over and over. I then went to visit the place asking for the manager and was completely ignored then given a terrible response. The workers there refused to give me the manager or even listen to what I had to say and said things like "You must be having a bad day" Yeah no wonder cause i'm trying to order a pizza and all you do is cancel my calls everytime i'm trying to place a order not only that but I knew for sure it was on purpose when they said they would put me on another "line". Had the worse experience - 2x's here. Went twice to get a gift card and both times I was advised that they don't know how to activate a gift card. The lady on both visits was the "manager" and she wasn't pleasant. I waited 10 minutes while she was on FaceTime speaking with someone asking about gift cards...after she told me to go to another location and purchase! Absolutely horrible experience. Placed an order for delivery at 8:30 PM, was told delivery would be 30 minutes. Received a text message that my order was being delivered by DoorDash when I tracked my order at 9:17. It said it would be delivered by 9:24. 9:24 came and went and when I checked on my order again, I found it was canceled with no notice. The store would not answer the phone. Customer service was no help. We drove to the store to find a woman named Sarah playing on her phone while the phones rang off the hook. Told her what happened and she responded crudely that they didn't have our "f'ing" order. We asked to speak to the manager & she told us there was no manager. She finally got someone on the phone by the name of Ryan. At no point did they offer to rectify the situation. Absolutely horrible, will never order from this location again. read more
