We've been looking for a good local pizza place for years since moving out here. Ordered delivery a few times. Pizzas and salads are great for standard delivery pizza. I also got the wings. I will say when you first see them they are very unappetizing looking but taste great. You get over the look after the first bite. Deliveries always come quick, even on the weekends. read more

Order #166 on 1/26/25 estimated delivery 35 minutes. Didn't get for over an hour and a half later. Food was so cold like it was sitting out for an hour. Had to reheat it in my own oven. Ordered from many other places in the area with no issues. Called and the employee said sorry we are busy, literally zero remedy for a seriously lacking cold pizza. Cool little spot. It's very clean and the staff is very friendly. Food comes out fast and hot! We tried the Hawaiian chicken pizza and the Parmesan garlic wings. Cannot recommend them more! The wings were full of flavor and even got a side of jalapeno ranch. Prices are about what you expect from a pizza shop now a days. For 1 large and medium pizza plus an order of wings we paid about $45. Will definitely be visiting this place more in the future. read more

My wife wanted to try the pizza she kept seeing the commercials for the pizza place large pepp pizza for 10.00 so we get to the place not a restaurant to sit down and eat our bad, so we figure we get the pizza to go the cashier said the promo only online I was like u guys promoted should have it available rarely do anything online if I can help it. When I mention about the commercial the cashier argue with me saying only at participating Marcos instead of helping out and giving us a good experience first time here. I ordered the Deluxe Pizza from this location. About half of my pizza was still very cold. I tried calling many times and talked with the manager. The manager promised to have the owner contact me about my pizza not being fully cooked. I never got a call back, I've tried calling over 5 times. Firstly, the pizza lacked flavor and for the price there were hardly any pepperoni on the pizza. We ordered light sauce and it was no sauce. Lastly, I didn't know they use DoorDash for deliveries so that was disappointing. Although my order was delivered on time I do no like to order from any company directly for them to turn around and use DoorDash or any other third party delivery services. If anything goes wrong DoorDash does not make it right. I will not be ordering from them again. If you want good local pizza Mountain Mike's, Anya's, and Dahlia's all in Rancho Cucamonga. I have to start off by saying that I truly don't like to leave bad reviews on family owned businesses. But all said and done I had an extremely bad experience. I placed an order online for pick up and showed up at the time it was supposed to be ready. Sadly to say I didn't get my 2 pizzas until an hour and 15 minutes later. I asked the cashier 4 times what the ETA was on my order and I kept getting the response "we'll check on it" and never got an answer. When my order was finally ready I didn't even get an apology, discount or coupons. There were several employees working so it wasn't lack of staff. I spoke to other customers waiting and they were extremely upset as well. To top it off when I got home one of the pizzas I had ordered had an additional topping I had not requested. The pizza was average tasting. I also didn't like that they do not have pizza warmers like other major chains do so your pizza sits on a metal rack getting cold. read more

Through various accounts of customers and even former employees from Marcos Pizza to both Fontana, and Upland as owned by the same owner. I can verify to the various health violations committed here by owner and employees. Firstly, all employees are on their phones constantly throughout shifts including before touching food, prepping vegetables, and rolling dough without washing hands. Employees also wear bracelets, rings, watches, and no hair ties with no regard for food safety. Employees also do not wash hands after touching chemicals, soap, and other cross contamination procedures. Food and prep containers are not rotated and swapped out on new shifts leaving days old containers on makeline. Vegetables and prep containers are often left out on the ground of the walk in freezer. Dishes are not let out to dry and left stacked with soap, and food excess still remaining. Sodas are not rotated accordingly when replaced with new bottles. Dropped items such as pizza cutters are picked up and only washed quickly in sink water before used right again. Special cutters are not always used for gluten free items. Owners of store fire employees without any messages informing them, simply removing them from group chat. Tables, and prep areas are not properly sanitized hourly and after prep. Back of store by dough is littered with ants in the summer with no attempt to remove. Pizza sauce is left out all day and not following Marcos protocols of putting it back inside makeline cooler. Coupons sent out to customers are constantly invalid and only valid half the time despite not expired. Top of makeline is disgusting and messy, and underneath as well. Employees spend excess time in bathroom, talking in back constantly, Prep containers are often left not labeled with date of creation. Employees are late everyday, and understaffed when busy. Owner does not wear hat or apron when clocked in and working. Orders are messed up all the time, and estimated times are hardly accurate. Among many more health and safety violations. read more

I will recommend the food, it tastes good, but I do have to make a comment about two female employees. At about 8:30pm I went inside to pick up my order and there was a female employee leaning over the counter texting on her phone, now look I get if they're slow they have down time but why not be professional when they have customers waiting and put the phone away everyone else was working diligently to get orders out while those two female employees were talking about personal conversations and ignoring customers coming in, not one of these two females originally took my order the girl that took my order was a great worker. I just suggest paying attention to your customers before ignoring them while on your phone and talking about personal things on the clock. read more

waited2hours just to get told my pizza was not even made yet on 2/11/24 received an apathetic sounding apology from the store manager and had to wait another 20minutes not worth the wait pepperoni pizza had barely any pepperoni on it and my other pizza had big burnt bubbles on the crust I didn't ask for it to be well done so if you like burnt pizza crust come here and standing for 20 minutes at a time getting told your pizza is being made by the manager for it to not even be in the oven this is your place read more

I went in on a Saturday to try this place for the first time since it just opened up in my area, I ordered a simple large pepperoni pizza with no sides and waited for over an hour for my pizza, they had a good amount of staff so that was not the issue they where just really unorganized they had no front of the house staff I kept noticing that the workers making the pizzas had to stop what they where doing to come help the customers with their orders and then have to go back to making pizzas It seemed like the staff was all over the place and didn't have any cashiers or I don't know how they do things there but it made it really difficult for me because every time I asked for the status of my order I would get a different answer. It doesn't seem like anyone there has an assigned position everyone is just all over the place and unorganized. To top it off when I finally got my pizza it was pretty much the same thing as a pepperoni pizza from little caesars, just way more overpriced and triple the wait time. I was really hoping it was going to be worth the wait but the pizza was very dry and when the orders are ready they just sit on a metal rack and get cold. For the price I wouldn't recommend this place it was not worth the price even with a coupon. If I can give this place 0 stars I would. read more
