Spicy Pineapple margarita and Lavender Guava maragarita

My friend and I met up for an evening of food, drinks, and conversation. We wanted margaritas and where better to go than the Margarita Factory? I know and love this location as much as their sibling location in Hazel Dell. They share a menu and high quality food to choose from, as well as delicious drinks! We were sat immediately in the bar, which is open and bright. Our server was friendly and attentive. We ordered drinks from the specials menu and we were given great advice about all of our choices. The staff is super knowledgeable about gluten free items on their menu and everything is clearly marked. They were also accommodating for menu modifications (my friend didn't want mushrooms in her enchiladas...no problem). I had tacos and we shared queso dip. Everything was fresh, tasty, and we left full. My new favorite margarita is the Mercedes. Spicy and refreshing...great for a hot summer night. They have space for families and they can do bigger parties too. They even have outdoor seating for when the weather cooperates. I love it here!

The wife and I went here on this last Valentines Day. We showed up there at 5 PM and it was not very busy yet but we were told that without a reservation it was going to be probably a 1 hr wait. So that was kind of a bummer to start with, but we made the best of it and just waited in the bar for a table to become ready which was about an hour and 15 minutes. We enjoyed a couple of strong margaritas and the wait really didn't seem too bad. After we got to our table, they promptly brought us more chips and salsa, and we ordered another margarita! Our server and her table service to us was top notch, and very good. I wish I could remember her name! The food came out quickly, and the portions were generous. I had street tacos which consisted of two shrimp tacos, a beef taco, a chicken taco that came with beans and rice. And to be honest, I cannot remember what my wife had but she loved it. I do remember that! All in all it was a great time and we would not hesitate to recommend this place to anyone great food with good portions and strong margaritas! What else could you ask for!

Call Miguel at Jorge's Margarita Factory. Both are all the best. Miguel gives the best first class service that you're guaranteed. He's gonna try all of his best to deliver. I came here for a dinner for a colleague. Looking at the menu prior to coming, I was shocked at the prices. Am I having a drink at Dosales?! I read reviews and every review mentioned the fantastic service. Alas, I was expecting that. But we spent over 2 hours there, much of the time waiting for the waiter. I got the Clooney Margarita, which was very sweet. Too sweet for me. The small is 16oz fyi. I also got the Chicken Yucatán Chop Salad, which sounded good and actually the flavors were good. It was enormous and pretty. But the chicken was weird--stringy, tough and cold. Disappointing for a $20 salad. Looking at other people's food, the chimichanga and street tacos looked good. I definitely won't be coming back.

BIG drinks and decent food. Service was very minimal and servers don't come by often when you need something. Food tasted a little more on the bland side, and portions are very big. I ordered the enchiladas verde and was absolutely stuff after finishing most of my plate and my drink. It's a great spot to meet up with friends and chit chat over a nice drink and meal. I do feel there are better options, but this isn't a bad spot if you need something open (kinda) late!

This was our go to for a long time. It's started to become more hit and miss. It was never the most authentic but tasted good and had a fun atmosphere. Came tonight and everything was off. We got the Enchiladas Rojas which is my standard and the reason we come here. The sauce was runny, orange and flavorless. My dish was luke warm. My wife's was cold. The cheese in her cheese enchilada wasn't melted. She sent hers back to get warmed up. When it came back it was completely overheated so the cheese really stringy. They did give us a small discount but the meal was really disappointing and we probably won't be back for a while. We feel like we're rolling the dice each time we come.

This one by far has the best food! Shout out to the chef!!! Battle Ground has the best outdoor seating though I must admit. I have to give a shout out to the staff here as well they are amazing. Great food and service - help is so friendly and Miguel is the best! However, they do not have air conditioning and the restaurant is so hot! We feel sorry for the help as they are really warm and nothing has been done to fix the issue for months. We love going there but will have to find another restaurant for the summer if they cannot repair the air conditioning. Maybe the owners should work on this before they lose all their customers! read more

I have been coming here regularly for years. The food and drinks are amazing, and the service can't be beat! As I sit here enjoying a lovely margarita, I see customers coming and going. It is wonderful to see the relationships the staff have built with customers and the community. Went to the Margarita Factory on an extremely busy friday night and had great food w/ amazing service!! We were sat promptly when a table opened up and our server was amazing always checking in on us and making sure we were taken care of which can be hard to do when the restaurant is so busy! History

Jorge and Betty, along with Edgar's parents Jose and Maria Castro, began their career in Guadalajara, an international destination for Mexican cuisine. The base of every Margarita Factory recipe comes from Jose, who Jorge credits as being the greatest influence on his restaurants. Although his parents have formally stepped down from the business, Jose still comes in to cook several hours a day, and both parents are always ready to step up and pitch in when needed. The Margarita Factory restaurants were built on a foundation of faith and family, as well as an enduring drive to overcome adversity. Edgar Castro, Jorge and Betty's brother, battled cancer, and as soon as he felt well enough, he was back to work managing the Mill Plain Margarita Factory -- this time with even more drive, determination, and passion.

I was VERY disappointed. I received a huge pile of chicken (bones, dry and flavorless chicken, gross fatty skin left on). It appeared as they took pieces of a rotisserie chicken and covered it in this thick and kinda lumpy "Mole." I DID NOT ENJOY MY MEAL. I probably would've left it on the table, asked for a refund and walked out. Except that I was there with my sister in law, that probably would've been embarrassed and have made a snarky comment. The food there is not cheap, and I hate that I paid for, honestly, that crap. I WILL NOT RETURN AGAIN. My sister in law's food tasted like crap too. Some beef with green sauce. This place is really bad for mexican food or margaritas, the name is wrong, they don't have a clue how to make margaritas at all, too much syrup than anything is like kool-aid with a little cheap tequila, the food is very expensive and they give you a lot, but is nothing like Azteca, I rather go to Azteca or some other restaurant, I will not be back, the owner/manager is a jerk too, he ignored my daughter's request for b-day song, never came back, the waitress was an old hack who spoke no English and was late for everything. While my husband and I live close to the Tequila factory location, we found ourselves out this way to visit a friend and we finally tried this place! Just like their other location, Margarita factory blew us away in every category. I tried my favorite, the Jorge's special, and was more than satisfied per usual. The service here was new, but they were more than friendly and so helpful with their large menu! My friend ordered one of the combos and had enough food left over for lunch the next day! Ventured out to this area of town from Salmon creek to pick out some new furniture.. we decided to stop in here for a quick lunch, and boy were we impressed! We don't eat out too often, so we're hesitant on trying out new places. We were suggested to try the million dollar margarita... it was too cute with a miniature bottle of champagne and fresh raspberries. We're huge fans of Jorge's! The staff is awesome and attentive. The first few times we went someone always took the time to go over their drink menu with us and answer any questions we had. The food is always top notch. It comes out fast, hot and we've never been disappointed. The only reason I couldn't give them 5 stars was because the prices of their drinks. If there isn't something new to try or something specific we are craving, this is the default. It's good but the mushroom salsa is great! I stopped by this place for the first time after being wowed by Tequila factory (I'm closer to this place) and it's just as awesome - service was great, drinks were strong and fajitas were sizzling!
