Wanted a casual dinner with a margarita, some TVs, and good food and this spot checked all the boxes. The margaritas on the rocks were so good. They aren't made with fresh squeezed lime, but whatever sour mix they use is delicious. You can get salt or Tajín on the rim. They don't do frozen margaritas, but we saw tequila sunrises come out to the table next to us and they looked amazing in these giant glasses. We ordered the barbacoa tacos and a Cubano torta. The tacos come with three and you can mix flour or corn tortillas. Both are made in house and were incredible. The beans were honestly one of my favorite parts of the meal, and the light red salsa they serve with the warm chips was so good. The Cubano torta was huge and really flavorful. The homemade potato chips were a little soggy, but the sandwich more than made up for it. Portions here are definitely generous. The food was really quite good. Some unique cocktails you can choose from- I went with a hibiscus mezcalita. Nice and sweet but still the Smokey flavor from the mezcal. The chips and salsa were really delicious. Both a red and a green salsa, that I ate a bunch of. We had an order of steak tacos and ground beef red enchiladas, and it was really delicious. I ordered the large Menudo and a barbacoda taco my wife ordered a small Menudo and egg and sausage taco. The jalapeño salsa was good but the menudo tasted terrible. Let me begin by saying if I was rating this place on the food only it would have gotten 5 stars but the service and parking got it 3 stars. So the food is priced great! The food was delicious but I literally had to ask our waitress for silverware 4x's and to be honest that is a given to bring silverware a customer shouldn't have to assist for it. Back to the food and atmosphere it was a bit cramped inside but they do offer outdoor seating. It was my first time here but there was an out of service sign on the ladies restroom so my daughter had to go to the men's restroom which was nasty only to find out that the women's restroom was not out of service! So my advice to you is make a sure to come here with expectations to eat good food and be prepared to overlook the service and all a should be good!! read more

I have come here a few times due to the handmade flour tortillas. They are pretty good and are made fresh daily. Their breakfast tacos are the bomb. I had eggs with chorizo breakfast which was extremely good. Today I tried the Chile Relleno, this is why I only gave the restaurant a four-star. I bit into the chiller Riano which was better and full of grease. I got the napkin put it on top of the chiller Relleno and pushed down the napkin was soaked with oil. It was large the meat had a good flavor however with this much oil saturating the Relleno I really could not get into it. I would not recommend getting the chiller Relleno that's not one of their best dishes. Service is great people are friendly people are really inviting. read more

Some of these reviews say the service is bad but I disagree. Our experiences, the food has always come out in a perfectly reasonable time and the waitresses let us enjoy our meal. If you're in a rush you can pay inside after your meal, no biggy. Found this place on Yelp and very glad I went. We ordered the green and red chilaquiles and potato/egg tacos. The tortillas were homemade the potatoes were cooked to perfection. The beans on the chilaquiles plates were delicious and the sauces were homemade. Overall great experience. The restaurant is small and has outdoor space to sit down at as well. I went to the restroom to wash my hands and they were really really hot!!! And it's summer in Dallas so that made it a tiny uncomfortable.
