As soon as we came in, the atmosphere was peaceful and warm, and Sam T and Tracy further enhanced our experience with their great vibe. My mom is still raving about Sam T. She keeps telling me how comfortable she was and how much her body was improved after the session. She was so crazy about it that she went ahead and booked her boyfriend a session with Sam T right after we left, which is basically the proof. Speaking of my session, I was with Tracy, and she blew me away. She gave me the attention I needed and mainly worked on the parts of my body where I usually have the most stress. The thing I liked the most was her depth of knowledge. She didn't just target those areas but also told me what she was observing and indicated to me what might need more work in the future. The whole thing was very much a one-to-one treatment, and it seemed like she really wanted to help me improve not just for the time being but long-term as well. They both, in a way, almost made us forget about time and totally immerse ourselves in the moment. We will definitely be coming back in the near future.

What was more frustrating was that my treatment ended up being only about 60 minutes instead of the 90 minutes I expected. I was told this was due to an additional service included in my package, but that wasn't clearly explained beforehand. There were also several issues with the package benefits. Lunch was supposed to be included but was never provided, and I had to remind staff about the $50 credit that was also part of the package. Having to repeatedly ask for amenities that were already paid for took away from the experience. The highlight of the visit was the facial. The esthetician was wonderful, and it was honestly the most relaxing part of the day--I nearly fell asleep during the treatment. Unfortunately, between the shortened massage time, missing package inclusions, and having to advocate for benefits that should have been automatically honored, I didn't feel I received the value I paid for. I hope management improves communication and package fulfillment for future guests.

I had gone to several places for consultations and some recommended lasers but said that it was close to the eye and due to my skin type, it wasn't recommended. I Googled around and found this place. Dr. Lee was very knowledgeable and ran me through my options and answered all my questions. I was even able to get the procedure the day of. He suggested the vbeam laser and that seemed to do the trick. The bruising after can be quite intense and scary looking, but it healed up just as he described. The darkest of my bruising went away around day 5, a small scab formed and fell off day 7. I'm on day 11 now, it's still healing up, it's pale pink in the treatment area and the angioma seems to have faded away nicely. I highly recommend Dr. Lee. I really appreciated his frankness and realistic approach. The staff was great, the procedure went well, and the cost was much less, and the treatment was probably more effective than any of the other treatments I was suggested at the other places I consulted. There is a $150 consultation fee that can be applied to your future treatment. I can't remember, but I think this is good for a few months.

You must hold the appts with a CC, but no deposit is needed. Parking was pretty easy to find. I found parking right away across the street. We started off with my massage therapist asking what type of pressure I prefer. I said I like it hard. No pain, no gain. Get those knots out. And since I work at a computer all day, I told her I carry a lot of tension in my neck shoulders. After voicing that, I did find my massage felt more like a relaxing swedish massage. The pressure wasn't that hard. One thing I did note, they start on your feet but don't wash their hands afterwards when they move on to the rest of you. I kinda found that a little weird. I mean, I did just shower before I showed up, but still. I will never say no to a massage so glad my gf and I did this. Tho I wish I spoke up more during the massage.
