My first time and definitely not my last!!!! Was feeling a bit under the weather and wanted soup, let me tell you this is exactly what I needed!!!! We placed the order for pick up, and the soup was piping hot!!!! I can still feel it on my tongue. The soup had so much meat in it with a balance of enough veggies. We also got a side of rice and beans, a bonus of homemade tortillas! Our order was ready right when we picked up so we did not have to wait.

I love the convenience of Maria's Cafe in the downtown area. I really Love the staff. They're warm and always funny. Today I went with the supreme carne asada burrito. The burrito cost me $10.85. This burrito came with a side a chips and a crane to carry the big burrito. Look at the picture. I'm not lying about the size. As for the taste? It was delicious. Perfectly balanced burrito on a homemade tortilla. This thing was so big, I believe it could stand up on its own.

I came to use their bathroom and looking at the food and their drinks made me want to stay and eat. So I thought hey why not order a small hot chocolate? It was okay. It was creamy and at a really good temperature. This place I will definitely try one time with my fiancé if he is up for it! It's our first time together driving to Stockton on our own.

Mexican eggs are so good!! And the fries are an added bonus.

Best chips and salsa! I traveled from Elk Grove just to get the chips and salsa to share with people at work!

This is a great place for lunch and the best Mexican restaurant within walking distance of the court house.

Do they happen to have any Vegan food options?

Just ask and they should help. Whole bean tostada with guacamole. Potato taco. A plate of french fries. Obviously say "vegan, no crema, no queso por favor"

Whenever I'm in town visiting my friend, this is the place where we love to grab brunch. The staff…read moreis always super friendly and the food comes out fresh / hot and in large portions. They have plenty of seating for small to large parties and even have seats up at the bar. It's got a small town cafe feel to it and I love it. I usually get the BLT sandwich with a side of fruit an an iced tea. Their BLT has to be my favorite because they load it up with bacon! I can't stand when you get a BLT and it lacks bacon, that surely is not the case here. My best friend loves to get their over medium eggs; the yolks are flawless, hash brown with cheese and toast. My other friend is a huge fan of their banana nut bread, it's a delectable breakfast item that feels more like a dessert and is dangerously addictive. I can't say enough positive things about this establishment, I will for sure be back again and again when in the area. There are plenty of other options. Please give them a visit and let them know what you think!

Five stars for the food, minus a star for the service…read more.. I was down in Stockton and I had heard about this place so I decided to come in for a late breakfast. The place isn't fancy, it's just a simple "coffee shop vibe." I'm seated right away and they bring me my menu. It's a decent size menu, but as the name says, they have a lot of omelettes, broken down by protein. They have a decent number of bacon omelettes, sausage, omelettes, chicken, omelettes, vegetarian, omelettes, etc..... I decided to have the steak, Philly omelette. Angus steak, mushrooms, bell peppers, onions, and swiss cheese. I chose fruit instead of potatoes, and for bread, you can have toast, pancakes, waffle, French toast, or biscuits and gravy. I chose the French toast. The food comes, and there was a lot of it. They are four egg omelettes. It was humongous. The eggs were good. And while the steak tasted very good, I thought it was a little bit on the tough side. I didn't mind it too much, I didn't expect to get filet mignon. The veggies were tender. I normally don't like bell pepper, but hey, it's a Philly cheesesteak omelette. I'm glad that they didn't overdo the bell pepper. The cheese was also creamy and delicious. Everything played very well together. The French toast was extremely good. It was battered just right. It tasted like a good French toast should. The fruit was fresh. There was so much food, half of the omelette came home with me. For the quantity and quality of food, the price was reasonable. I'm taking a star off, because of the service. It was 11 AM on a Wednesday, and the place was less than half full. When they bring me my coffee, they didn't ask me if I wanted creamer, and I didn't notice that there was none on the table. I had to ask a second time for creamer. When she brought me my omelette, I asked her if she had Cholula hot sauce. She said, yes. I will bring it to you. She never did. I had to ask a separate server for the sauce. Finally, my coffee cup was empty, and I had to ask twice for a coffee refill. It was inconvenient. I know they are extremely busy on the weekends, I wonder what the service is like during the busy times... Other than the service, the meal was fantastic. I will give them another shot and come back, but if the service is the same again, that's going to be it. Thank you for a good meal.

Aaliyah greeted us as soon as we walked in and directed us towards our table. Coincidentally, she was also our server. It was like we knew her for years. Aaliyah was friendly and attentive. We started with the mimosa flights. We couldn't decide on flavors, however, Aaliyah picked a variety of flavors for us, so we were covered. The food came out hot! I had the meat lover skillet with eggs over-easy. The eggs were cooked perfect. The warm yolk added to the flavorful meat and smothered potatoes. René had the chicken and waffles. The chicken was juicy and tender. Next time we'll ask for a side of sauce because it's so good that we needed more than provided, at least for us. One thing we noticed was that every customer was happy. Maybe the other customers were regulars there but this was our first time and we were treated like we were regulars. I think it just says something about the attention to customer service. Toward the end of our visit, "B" one of Sheila's daughters, came out to check on us. Again, it was like talking to a long time friend. Well, it turns out Sheila B'Z is a family business - - everyone working was family, including those working the food truck at an event today. I love that. We will totally be back!
