Tres leche cakes with strawberries inside is always the customers favorite.

This place deserves a 10 stars or more for sure. My family and I been coming here since it open and they never disappoint with the pasties, coffee, cakes and always the customer service is great. People are so nice, professional, patient and pay attention to what you are requesting. I have all my friends from Orange County and the IE coming here for their pastry needs as well. Love this place

This little spot has been popping up when I have searched for different local coffee spots to try. Finally decided to pop in with the family this weekend. The place is pretty small, but the tables were available. Service was great. We were acknowledged as soon as we walked in despite there being a few people being attended. I ordered iced horchata latte and my husband got the Nutella latte. Sandwiches, I shared with my son, he chose tuna, and husband went with the pesto. Drinks were delicious, and so were the sandwiches. We ordered a few desserts to go and those too were delicious. Definitely regret not going sooner.

I actually went in January but i'm giving them a review now because i just remembered! A lady helped me and my friend out she was so sweet and the drinks were so tasty! Amazing service and food Such a cute cafe very welcoming.

Breakfast burrito w/egg,bacon & hash browns

Marin Cafe is a small place but very clean and cute. The Owner was very cool and gave great service. I had the Best breakfast burrito in Pico RiveEggs, Bacon and hash browns. They do come with ham and cheese but I didn't want it with those items. Very accommodating. I also had the "strawberry one bite" pastry. It was very delicious. I will be back to try cream puffs and another breakfast burrito

So far I only tried the bread pastry. Tasted like stale hot dog bun, cream was just ok, and fruit is old. Besides the oranges, the fruit displayed on the cake looks old too. We had to make an extra trip to the market to replaced everything with fresh fruit. Sincerely hoping the cake is decent, if not then I have no idea how this place has a 4.7 rating. I will update once I try the cake. Service was friendly so two stars. Update: If you're looking for a moist and tasty cake, this is not it. Highly not recommended. Would never ever come back. Thank God we had a backup cheesecake from somewhere else.

We ordered a slice of cake, a breakfast burrito and breakfast sandwich on sourdough bread. The breakfast was hot and fresh! I loved that, it was about $30 for everything. The burrito came with a salsa, it wasn't too spicy. The sandwich had honey mustard I believe but it was good. Both were very filling and the cake was so so good! It was definitely made with fresh blueberries. The woman who took our order was kind as well. There's 3 tables in there but the place is pretty small like a cafe.

Thank you for the beautiful graduation cake. As always, a very pleased customer. The cake was moist and flavorful and beautifully decorated, made to order.

A cute coffee and pastry shop with great service, came by for a cup of coffee and ended up ordering their waffles and tuna sandwich. The lady at the counter recommended their horchata coffee and chocolate abuelita, I'll say their chocolate abuelita was fantastic. The horchata coffee needed a bit more flavor. The French toast were fluffy and tasty I would recommend trying them. Many folks were coming in to pick up care orders, so next time I come I'll give it a try. Parking is a. Bit challenging as it's shared with several other businesses.

Excellent little community cafe that serves delicious breakfast, coffee, and pastries. I regularly order the breakfast burrito or omelettes, my daughter loves the pancakes.

Food isn't bad however overpriced. Bfast burrito doesn't have enough bacon. Salsa is very good. Won't be coming back.

I remember really liking it, but for some reason we hadn't been back in a while. This week my husband couldn't stop talking about wanting an Italian sub, and Frumento's immediately came to mind. We drove down and ordered the '58 Classic and another tuna sub, both as combos. The sides absolutely stole the show. The purple cabbage was so good, the coleslaw wasn't my personal favorite but my husband loved it, the four bean salad was absolutely mouthwatering, and the marinated mushrooms were also delicious. I'm genuinely so glad we have leftovers for tomorrow because I'll definitely be thinking about that bean salad again. We'll absolutely be back!

You can make any of their sandwiches into a combo plate for $3 more you get 2 sides (Mombo Meal). Their sides were good but not amazing, personally will be sticking to just their sandwiches. JALAPENO STACK -sooo good! Roast beef, turkey breast and Italian dry salami paired well together. Avocado added perfect creaminess. Their Cheesy Jalapeno Snack Bread is amazing, top had just the right amount of crisp from being toasted. FRUMENTO'S GRILLED PHILLY -opted for half roast beef and half smoked turkey breast and it was just what I needed. Solid hot sandwich. TASTE OF ITALY -a classic cold cut sandwich, it was good but their hot sandwiches were much better. Desserts were a hit or miss here. Tried the Strawberry Cheese cake and that was really good- creamy, airy and not too sweet. Tiramisu was a bust- mainly vanilla cake, bit too sweet, no espresso flavor, cream didn't have any mascarpone cheese flavor at all.

It wasn't unusual for me to get a few sandwiches on a weekly basis way back when. I am very happy that Cook's Tortas is still around. I have tried every sandwich on their board. My favorite has always been the Bombero #6. It is grilled tender steak with a red pepper sauce and avocados. The bread is a sourdough Ciabatta style roll which is made fresh daily. One side comes with the sandwich. This time I chose the Ham and Cheese Macaroni Salad. For dessert, I always get Great Grandmother's Corn Cake. Everything tasted very fresh. There was ample beef in the sandwich. The corn cake was not too sweet and the guava jelly on top enhanced the cake well. A pineapple-orange aqua fresca was a good, refreshing beverage accompaniment. Service was very friendly and exemplary. The food was prepared quickly and brought out to me. I'm not kidding when I say I can eat the Ham and Cheese macaroni every single day and sometimes I order just a large bowl of it!
