I understand times are tough with Covid but for the businesses that are still open they should take a greater appreciation for their customers. I've been going to this establishment since it open. The lines have been long but the service and the food quality was always consistent. Its sad to see in the last couple months it's taken a dive. The service was not good. I waited a minimum of 15 to 20 minutes behind only 1 person in line. I figured they were working on a large order or something, but that wasn't the case. The lady who made my food, motioned me to her by her hand, she didn't really say much but take my order. She was obviously in a bad mood, due to previous customers, as I saw her aggressively filing to-go containers of sauces. My food wasn't hot. I expected the meat to at least be hot, but it wasn't. The employees had no sense of urgency. Also the gentleman who cooks the food, wore latex gloves. I was really looking forward to eating here, as I've walked by it several times when eating at jay birds in the hanger, but the food was terrible. The bulgogi had very little taste to it as if it wasn't marinated long enough. It did not replicate the taste of any bulgogi I've ever had at a Korean restaurant. The vegetable quality was very, very low. I've never had broccoli that was so off in color and tasted so bad. The shredded carrots were old and dried out. The amount of food was pretty low, the bowl was half filled and that was mostly rice. The price for the meal is certainly disproportionate to what was served. So today around 715 I went to go and get a spicy pork belly bowl. Which is listed for 11 dollars. When I go to pay I notice that they upcharged me a dollar for it. Base is 9 dollars and then 3 dollars for pork belly. When I confront them about it they say they have changed the price but on all of their menus including takeout menus the price is 11. Not 12.... so basically they're doing a bait and switch because I possibly would've made a different selection based upon the dollar difference. Instead of trying to fix anything they just made excuses about just finding out about the change themselves.... how do you work there and have been making sales all day with out knowing? Complete negligence.... I really could care less about the dollar but it's the principle of listing one price and sticking to it.... hope you guys can get you head out of the dark place and get it right.... read more

I really love this place. I ate here when I was visiting the brand-new mall. Ingredients are super fresh and you can customize everything just the way you want it. The salads come in a big bowl and are extremely filling. I love the spicy belly bowl and korean bulgogi bowl. The staff is extremely friendly and the service is super quick. You can make a bowl for 9$ and add $2 or $3 if you add a protein. 5 stars on everything. I absolutely will go back again!!!!! read more

It was my first time here and the food tastes pretty good but the service is bad. The girls are not friendly at all and they're pretty rude with the way they talk to you and the way they hand you your stuff too. They don't look like they like their jobs at all and on top of that they got our order wrong and the food wasn't even really hot or even warm. Arrived to order at just before 7:45, I stood at the front counter for 5 minutes while they stood just to the side, but wouldn't acknowledge me, finally I asked if this was where I was supposed to order, and they then said, "um, we're closed".... They then went back to their milling around, and turned off the lights 1 minute before 8. This may have been one of the worst customer experiences I have ever had. Nice.
