We went in with our service dog and was told, he was not allowed. The law says different, they they changed their mind and said they would put us on the waiting list to sit outside. They would not accommodate us inside, the dog was not allowed inside. Needless to say, we will never do or recommend that restaurant ever!!!! Discrimination !!!!!!!! read more

This is great seafood. We tried a little bit of everything here. We started with oyster and botana de camarón con pulpo. I ordered the shrimp fajitas, my party ordered tostada de agua Chile, fillet de Choix, and the Tierra y Mar tacos. Everything was delicious. I asked everyone how their dishes were and heard nothing but positive things. The service was amazing, lily was great! We sat outside in the patio so we had a nice calm conversation in a quiet environment. The air was chilly but they had heaters and I brought a sweater. I'm definitely coming back. read more

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. So unfortunate that I loved LOVED their food....but after today, I will no longer be going here. If you want Good Custoner Service....STAY AWAY from here. I went 3 weeks ago with my boyfriend. Service was bad. They took more than 20 minutes to take our order and a long time to bring out our food. Although that happened, I decided I'll give them another chance and to drive ALL THE WAY to Pico Rivera, I do not live nearby. The last time I placed a phone order, it was easy and quick. Today, I called to place a phone order literally like 20 minutes ago. They answer, and the girl asks if she could place me on hold....I say yes. She leaves me on "hold" but forgot to actually place me on hold because I could hear everything they're saying. I'm not sure what happened, but *red flag* she kept apologizing to someone about something. So there's obviously something wrong already with their service from that situation I could overhear. After she's done apologizing, another phone rings, and she hangs up on me!! So I called back, and no one answered....then I called again, and they picked up, but hung up on me. The same thing kept happening. When they finally answered, some dude asked if he could place me on hold. I tried explaining the situation, but guess what!! He placed me on hold and didn't give me the chance to explain!! If this is how they treat customers....I want nothing to do with them. I called one more time and told some girl about what happened and that the service I was getting was bad, and she hung up on me. Thanks for this because now I know to place my orders and money elsewhere. Food is good, but if customer service isn't....then it's NOT WORTH IT. read more

Went to mariscos choix today with my family and had a great experience! We all ordered the aguachiles. We had negra, verde, and habanero.. all were fantastic!! We also had the sushi, genuinely so good. Israel the manager was very inviting and extremely friendly. Lilly was our server and provided great service. We sat outside and although it was cold out, there were heaters so we all ate comfortably. We will definitely back asap! :) read more

Found this place randomly after my son's football game and I can say that I've found my new favorite marisco spot! The place was small but so clean, and so comfortable. Our server Vero was fabulous and all her recommendations were chefs kiss! Unfortunately it is overpriced by about 30% for each meal. Wonderfully marinated seafood for $40? Cheesy, crisp shrimp tacos (3) for $21? Additionally, the octopus needed to be broken down further and marinated, or charred in some capacity to build the flavor profile. What we had was slightly chewy and flavorless. Our first time visiting this establishment in Pico Rivera. My husband said the food was good in taste and the serving size of his tostada mixta was really good. He also liked the empanadas de camarón, but would have liked a bit more shrimp. I ordered the lobster taquitos they were good, but I was not satisfied with just the three tacos cut in half. Maybe a side salad would have been a good side to complete the meal. Service was excellent, friendly and courteous. Music was loud, but allowed for great conversation. read more
