I've lived in Pico Rivera for 60 years and this is the first time I saw this restaurant. Out of town family selected it off of their Yelp reviews and they did not disappoint. We were greeted as we walked in, there was plenty of parking and we were seated right away. Service was on point and Monique was very attentive and helpful with our selections. We got a variety of different thing 3 different tostadas, a ceviche, and octopus tacos. All of it was very good. Waitress was really nice and helpful. We are from out of town and found this place and the pictures made it look like it was worth a shot and they did not disappoint. Unfortunately, the service was not great. There's a sign that says wait to be seated, I was waiting for quite a while. After watching server after server walk past me, look right at me yet not acknowledge me I chose to walk inside and ask someone if they could seat me. The girl that was serving us was very nice and pleasant to speak with, however, she kept forgetting to bring us water, and it seemed that everything took quite a while and it was hard to get her attention. They need more servers . This was on a Saturday afternoon. The restaurant is very small. It's a small inside area with a few tables, and they do have a patio section as well. They do have a good amount of TVs. The food was very delicious. I would go back for the food again. And the drinks were tasty. The parking though was rather difficult. We came here for Sat night dinner, first time eating here and we weren't disappointed. The hostess immediately greeted us and let us know a table in the patio was being prepared. The location was busy with great ambiance, multiply TV monitors showing the Dodger game, which was great!! We were seated and our drink order was taken, I had the Watermelon Lychee Mimosa and my wife had a Michelada. The Mimosa wasn't that tasty so I added lemon to give it more flavor. For an appetizer I ordered the Ostiones Preparados, which I really enjoyed, phenomenal!! They were oysters in a half shell topped with shrimp ceviche, cooked shrimp, red onion, and avocado with their house sauce. Simply amazing and best I've had!! I also ordered the Salmon Flame Roll, I was in Sushi heaven. It's spicy crab, avocado covered with salmon, and topped with spicy mayo, eel sauce, and sesame seeds. The kicker is that's it's baked at your table side and the roll sits on a hot plate. The presentation was amazing but the taste was delectable. I would order both dishes again!! My wife had the Fanitas Mixta and she really enjoyed her meal. We order the churros for dessert that came with ice cream and we're filed with cajeta and cane with a caramel sauce for dipping. We had a great dinning experience and will definitely be back. Our waitress was very attentive and friendly. Great spot!! lol read more

The food was ok. It was really salty and I like salt but even for me it was too salty. We ordered two other plates , the tostada rebelde and I did not eat it. We also ordered the Callo de Hacha fresco and we did not finish that plate either. We advised the waitress and the manager came by and gave us a business card. We really tried to give this place a chance but the only thing that was decent were the drinks. The ambiance was good they had a good soundtrack playing some corridos.
