Bomb.com!! If you like mexican food this is the place to go! I love their special shrimp tacos, 'tacos al governador'. Delicious! Shrimp w a hence of chipotle sauce. The food is good and the service is quick and friendly. The portions aren't too huge but the prices are right.

Ate here for the first time today, but it won't be the last! The shrimp taco was better than any I've had, and that includes Big Sky in San Luis Obispo, which is saying a lot! Never order there a la diabla plate because nowhere does it taste like hot sauce, it tastes like bbq sauce and ketchup mixed with shrimp. We ate here for lunch on Tuesday and tried the Fish Taco special they have only on Tuesdays. The tacos were "mini tacos" which they told me only after i asked the waitress to describe them. The small fish pieces were fried and were mostly batter. The only flavor i tasted was the white sauce they poured over the tacos. No wonder the restaurant was empty at lunch time. read more

Came for dinner with my family, our waiter disappeared after serving our food. Our waiter mixed up our order and accidentally charged us for the wrong order. Also all the waitresses were eating with their hands (No utensils whatsoever) while on the job. Without washing their hands while waitressing!!! Also food is way overpriced. Come here for the best thing on the menu! The godorniz a la diabla!!! Sooooooo good! It's crispy quail in spicy sauce served on a comal with a bunch of grilled bell peppers and onions! Came here with the family for a Sunday Lunch.... the service was good. Our waitress was really nice and did a good job on the service.. I had the caldo de 7 mares. I didn't really like it tasted like tomato soup and had alot of celery. My kids had burgers and it looked like the cheese was melted in the microwave. I really don't like any food from a restaurant that gets microwaved.. overall it was an OK place I might give it a second try in the future... read more

Im in town for work this week and my coworker and i wanted real mexican food... i used to come to this resturant all the time when i was little so i excited that it was still here. Long story short the food was amazing and the service was great!! I was surprised at how dead the resturant was tho more people should go!! Shrimp cocktail was actually tasty, until I found a piece of a metal scrubber in it! Service is slow and tried to give us expired condiments, (from a year ago). Ambiance is relaxing, I might have come in on a slow day, but for a slow day, I wasn't happy with the service. Going back to the piece of metal I found in my cocktail, I was never given an apology directly, even after just paying for my friend's meal, the apology was given to her. Not cool. I'm visiting the area and a friend brought me in to have some sea food, not coming back to this place on my next visit. read more

Every time we go here it's amazing. This is the place for good mariscos in the SM area. I love their aguachiles but in a bowl instead of a flat plate. The service isn't always as great as the food, but my 5 stars are for the food. In my opinion having good food every time makes up for the occasional bad waitress who's probably having a bad day.
