Now, to my way of thinking (if that was truly 2 for 1) was excessive pricing. I would never (knowingly) pay $15 bucks for a single chile relleno plate...anywhere, so: the other possibility, the pricing model is in fact fair (around $8 ea), but the server failed to ring in the discount.
