    My husband and i have been shopping around for a Yukon xl at4. Just before 11:30 today, my husband called this dealer and spoke to Anthonny regarding one that we found online. My husband provided the stock number and asked if it was available. Anthonny advised that it was indeed available and asked when we could come down to look at it. My husband advised it would be about an hour to get out there (we live in north Orange County). Anthonny then proceeded to tell him that he'd pull it aside, have it washed and gassed up so that we can test drive and possibly take it home.. (email attached below for proof of appt time that was made) We got loaded up (2 kids and a newborn) and made the drive out to Ontario. Upon arrival, Anthonny came out, said hello, and said he would go grab the vehicle. A few minutes went by, and he came back and informed us that the car was not on the lot and that it was a demo car that was being used by the owner's wife. He then proceeded to tell us that he had pulled the car aside for us; but that he was not able to hold the key (implying that from the time we called to the time we got there, she had come and borrowed the car) He then tried to sell us on a AT4 Ultimate; which is another 20k and did not help the situation. He could clearly tell that we were frustrated, and went to "make a phone call". While he was gone, another gentleman Alazar came in and talked to us. In doing so, he clarified that the vehicle was never on the lot and the owners daughter was driving it. As a family owned dealer who strives for customer satisfaction, this was a very frustrating and avoidable experience had Anthonny actually taken the time to make sure the vehicle was there. We wasted almost three hours of our day and ended up with no vehicle.. will not be recommending this dealer to friends or family.

    Went here after going to 2 other dealerships in my area , called the day before made my appt with Max and drove in this am to Anthony my service advisor and he got my car in the system and it went back about 8 am. Anthony said about 2 1/2 hours I waited for my car I did not drop off. Exactly at 9:40 car was completed. Not bad at all, 1 hr and 40 min. I was so pleased. Car is good and I was happy enjoyed the free coffee and relaxed a bit. Thank you Anthony for making my First experience excellent with your dealership. I'll see you in 6000 miles!

    Jose Enciso was amazing! I worked with him all day today and told him I didn't want to be stuck waiting around to sign paperwork. He kept his word--called me when everything was ready, and I walked in and was out within 30 minutes with my new truck. Thank you guys!

    Showed up to look at some Cadillacs. Met with Jose Enciso who was a great salesperson for us. He was able to answer all our questions, showed us multiple vehicles and we never felt rushed discussing the car info or financing.     Beware of the new Tahoes. Apparently if you have a brake squeak there is "nothing they can do about it" even though GM has a technical service bulletin for it.

    Excellent service from beginning to end. Thomas Bautista helped me get my truck I wanted and made the process possible. Thank you!

I bought my car here because the entire process with them was straightforward and they also got me a great deal and the exact car and color I wanted. I do not live anywhere near this dealership, just fyi. A year and a half after the purchase my car has a failure that needed to be towed to a dealer and handled over a weekend. I was trying to get help from my local dealer, who is a Hyundai/Genesis dealer and the other nearby Genesis only dealer in Palm Springs. Neither would do much of anything to help because this failure happened over the weekend. Mind you this failure made the car totally undrivable and left me stranded on the road in over 100 degree temps with my 2 dogs in the car. Sadly Genesis concierge service is also not available all weekend so I was on my own to get this figured out. I had to end up calling AAA to get the car towed to my home because Genesis roadside was closed. I called the 2 close by dealerships to received the car but since it was a Sunday I was told that the car could not be received until Monday which makes no sense. I was getting on a plane the next day and needed a loaner car which neither of my dealerships would help with. I called Ontario at about 5 mins before they closed and a salesperson picked up. He went so beyond the call of duty to help me. He got the sales manager involved and they called the Palm Springs manager to make sure I was taken care of right away. They also offered to have my car picked up in La Quinta (1.5 HOURS AWAY) so they could handled it themselves if that was what worked best, and they would deliver me a loaner. I am so grateful for their help and stepping up when my local dealers failed me. As mentioned, buy a car from this dealership, your home location has zero impact on what dealership you should choose. Service is what matters.

The post purchase…read moreexperience has been frustrating at best and I simply cannot trust this dealership to be a maintenance partner. I want to be direct about why this has become frustrating. When I reached 1,000 miles, the app instructed me to schedule service. While I get this seems too soon to many drivers, 1k miles has always been my personal standard for 1st oil change on new vehicles and was pleased that Genesis seemed aligned with that. I scheduled service and drove 50 minutes to the dealership, only to be told nothing would be done and that I should "come back at 5,000 miles." Days later, I received calls and texts indicating my vehicle was overdue for service, which made the situation more frustrating and confusing since I had already been turned away. When I reached about 5,400 miles, I scheduled service once again (since I was told to come back at 5k). A day or two before the appointment, I received a call asking for my mileage. When I said I was around 5,500, l was told again that nothing could be done because "we like to wait for 6 months or 7,000 miles for the first service." I was told by the person who called that they would push my appointment to the following month. Frustrated once again, I agreed since I didn't waste my time and fuel driving there only to be denied. A few days after my appointment was scheduled, I started to receive texts and emails about my "missed" appointment (as if I was an irresponsible owner). At that point, I realized that I could not rely on this dealership as a maintenance partner, so I performed my own documented oil change and tire rotation. My experience with service is a sharp contrast to the very positive sales experience I had. Everything since then has been a disappointment and an absolute frustration. Prior to my purchase, I had read many Genesis reviews about how frustrating the service experience can be. After I made my purchase I felt confident this dealership wasn't going to give me the negative experience other owners who purchased from other dealers had. Boy was I wrong.

We were on the hunt for an EV9 that matched our preferences, and came up against dealers unwilling to drop their dealer add-ons, unwilling to be transparent with numbers, and overall giving us bad vibes. Enter Citrus Motors Kia. A phone call from Walter and the manager and we were able to come to agreement on a brand new EV9 GT Line. We got there as they were closing up shop but the team stayed until we were ready to roll. Side note, this happens to be the second Kia we have purchased from this particular dealer. Last time, they were located elsewhere. The new facility on Guasti is clean and even the restrooms smell good. Cool decor, free water and coffee, a couple of vending machines, and comfortable seating are nice amenities while you wait. Also, this is the only dealer that has offered a clean and tech-savvy signing experience in my 25 years of car-buying (all electronic). And all the guys who helped us out were super cool. Shout out to Michael V. for being efficient, thorough, and professional. We forgive him for being a Niners fan. Walter was awesome, as well. The EV9 is a super cool vehicle and we're pleased to be an all EV household now. Two thumbs up, highly recommend

    I recently visited Citrus Kia after receiving an email from the Used Car Department regarding an…read moreestimate to return my lease and purchase a new vehicle. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a very kind young lady in the service department who walked me over to speak with Justin in sales. Although Justin had been called to assist me, I overheard part of a phone conversation that made him seem uninterested in helping. I even asked the young lady if he was available to assist me that day, and she politely assured me that he was. I then went to get my daughter, since it is her car, and we waited to speak with someone. Fortunately, we were greeted by Oscar -- and he completely turned the experience around. Oscar was outstanding. Professional, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful. He truly did his best to assist us and made us feel valued as customers. If Oscar had been the only person we dealt with, I would have gladly given this dealership a 10 out of 10. Shoutout to Oscar for exceptional service. I hope Citrus Kia recognizes and appreciates him. I only buy from people I trust and who know how to treat their customers -- and Oscar absolutely earned that trust. Thank you, Oscar. Wishing you a lifetime of success!
