I bought my Ford F150 here and even referred my brother, who purchased a brand new GMC Sierra 2500 Denali and today I brought my cousin to buy a new Chevy Silverado 1500. You'd think after spending real money here and bringing more business their way, they'd show some respect. What makes this even more disappointing is that I actually know Jerry personally through his older brother Ozzy. Originally I only wanted to deal with him, but he was off today. Either way I gave Jerry and his manager Ray a shot. That was a mistake. Jerry, who goes by Junior, acted like he didn't even want to help. His attitude was off from the start, no energy, no urgency, no effort. Ray started off cool but switched up quick. It felt like they were just playing games instead of trying to earn the business. I know their desk manager Mike , I know he has the power to make this deal happen. Instead of stepping in and making something work, he let us WALK. That's not what you expect after doing business and sending your family their way. Thankfully Rotolo Chevrolet stepped up. I told them I wanted to be at $650 a month with zero down, and they made it happen on a Silverado RST. Mark Christopher couldn't even beat that on a CHEAPER Custom Silverado. I've driven it 60,330 miles and the engine failed. That's unacceptable for a new purchase. They won't stand by their product and help with replacing the engine because it's just outside power train warranty. Buyer Beware. GM products aren't made to last. The salesman upsold us on a warranty and told us it covered everything but tires and brakes. 4 months in we had a problem with a belt and service said it wasn't covered. I have to say I am really disappointed in Mark Christopher Auto Center. I have bought a lot of vehicles from this business in the past 25 years. However recently when I tried to schedule to bring in my 2003 HD K2500 Duramax, they refused to service it because it's over 10 years old. Which most of my GM vehicles are less than 10 years old. My past experiences with both the Cadillac and Chevrolet service centers had been outstanding. There's plenty of other options around to buy and service GM vehicles. I'll contact my sales people and let them know never call me again to buy a new vehicle or trade in the ones I have. I'll take my business to a place that appreciates their clients. I had an appointment to get my truck serviced at 9 45 today. Eddy tells me its going to be about 2 hrs wait and I said its fine. I see my truck seating for like 1 1/2 hours so i go to eddy and I said are they going to start working on my vehicle soon and he said my vehicle is next. I wait another 45 minutes and my truck is still sitting in the same spot I get that they are busy but why do they tell me my truck is going to be done in 2 hrs and that is not the case. This is my first time at service for my truck and since I do not have to pay they are leaving my vehicle for later. Horrible customer service. I left without any service being done to my truck. So ones we are inside he runs our credit score and he told us so you guys have a 620 credit score so you'll need 5 to 10 percent down-payment to get this truck and your payments will be a little bit over $1000 per month just to let you know.
