I'd give zero stars if I was able to. My husband did a ton of research on the truck he was looking for and found it at Mark Christopher in Ontario. He was in contact with salesman Jason via phone conversations and text messages including pictures and pricing of the truck. We were going to purchase the truck on Christmas Eve but they closed early so he let Jason know that we'd be there the day after Christmas. We show up, again confirm the pricing of the truck, test drive the truck and like any person wanting to make a deal attempt to get a deal. Jason said he's going to go in and see what he can do to get the price down.... we wait for 30 minutes and he comes out telling us that the price for the truck is actually $10,000 higher than what is advertised online, what he's been telling us via text message AND what he had told us again while we were standing there in the lot. This 10,000 increase did not include taxes and registration. Feeling completely lied to and scammed, we left. I wanted to give the dealership a chance to make it right before writing a review (which I told them I was going to do) so I called and spoke with Nick who promised me a call back after he "figured out what happened after he did a little snooping". He never called back and I even tried to call him again and that's when I got Alex on the phone who seemed like he was eager to take the call until I explained what happened, he couldn't try to get me off of the line fast enough. As a returning customer, I was so upset to see how we were treated, lied to and completely disrespected. We had cash in hand to buy this truck. They didn't even attempt to make it right. I visited this Chevy dealership with my wife the other day. Customer service was rude at first because he thought we were not serious about buying a car and also because of our age. However, We saw a car we loved and we wanted to discuss price there was no room for negotiation! The manager came to me in a furious manner and told me that the car could not be reduced to any price lower because he would lose money. I went the next day to Ford Of Upland and we bought ourselves a truck :). Ford of Upland was willing to negotiate with us and dropped the truck price down $4000 so that when taxes were included it would be less then the list price they first had it. The truck was listed for $32,800 and when taxes were added it was about $35,600. However we told the manager that was to high for us he ended up dropping the truck price to $29,000 and we ended up buying our truck for $32,000. We now our so happy with our 2017 F-150 XLT. Thank God we did not purchase from this dealer because we love our new truck and we definitely got treated like family at Ford Of Upland. read more

I inquired online about a new Equinox and Scott McDonough helped me out he got me all the details I needed online and through phone conversation. Also I have challenged credit so I was shocked I was even able to get a good financing deal but I was they got me a 4.99 so if they were able to help me don't feel discouraged to try them out you will not be disappointed By the time I got to the dealership all I had to do was take it for a spin and sign paperwork. It was no pressure involved and everyone was a pleasure to work with. Isela in finance was also very helpful and informative and with a great attitude even though we were siging paperwork at 11 PM everyone was in a positive upbeat mood. My oil change took a bit longer than I thought it should... (hour and 45 minutes for an oil change/car wash) -- but I needed the oil change and the price was right -- and i REALLY needed the car wash! I trust Mark Chris to do right by me. This was by far one the worst experience at a dealership I have ever had!! Arriving at 06:30 and find out the parts have to be ordered from a warehouse, and then delivered! Several hours later no delivery guy and no Courtesy Ride service, no loner Car .... just a big ass bill!!!i have been warned about dealerships and their prices, however I chose to go against my better judgment!! Can't get a straight answer from dealership on what exactly the selling price is. They advertise 100% online, that's not true. You can fill out the application on line but then you still have to do the dealer haggle. Very frustrating. Better than some dealerships but still just a dealership with all their funky sheet designed to hide the true price. read more

My father and I were on the market to purchase a Chevy Malibu. We researched prices and came into the dealership prepared. However, we first went into Mountain View Chevrolet, and were disappointed. The car salesmen there couldn't provide a bottom line price and my dad and I waited for over an hour. Moreover, my father had been a faithful customer there for a long time; he's purchased several new cars over the years and wasn't treated with the respect he deserved. Frustrated, we went to Mark Christopher instead. At Mark Christopher, Armando and J.C. were our salesmen. They were both incredible. Armando was immediately responsive, gave us the bottom line prices, and no bullshit. He was great to work with and made purchasing a new car easy. We purchased the car that Friday and came in the following morning to finalize the purchase and pickup the car. However, not only did J.C. help us with the paperwork, but he guided us through all the new features of the car; including, setting up Onstar, showing us Apple Car Play, and how the keyless car entry and exit works. His service and attention to detail was truly impressive. It was more than just about the sale, it was about satisfying the customer. My father and I will certainly be coming back in the future. If I could give my experience 0 stars I would. I went in yesterday 2/14/18 because the day before I noticed a weird noise my car was making and my dad took a look at it and noticed the water/coolant tube was leaking. So I took it to the dealership at 9am on Valentine's Day with my 3 month old daughter. Upon arrival I was properly greeted and assisted, HOWEVER, the service rep Ray failed to let me know how much time would be needed to fix the part, about shuttles home, or that I could rent a car for the remainder of my day while they kept it overnight. He simply just said "a couple hours". So of course I assume that means maybe 2-3 hours which was okay since I went in early and there weren't many cars ahead of me. After about 3 hours I go to ask how much longer it will take in order for my car to be finished, still optimistic at this point, in which Ray tells me that it should be ready shortly. So I give it 30 minutes before I begin to become impatient and disappointed with the communication about my car. I go over and ask once again where my car is and he responds that the mechanic didn't answer but I can sit down with my daughter and as soon as he finds out, he would find me to let me know. Another 30 minutes go by and Ray has passed me twice, both times making eye contact, and now avoiding me. Around 5-6 (2-3pm) hours I am extremely impatient and grumpy at this point because I haven't heard anything about my car's ETA or anything in that regard, I haven't eaten all day because I've been waiting for my car to be completed, I'm exhausted (as most mothers with young babies tend to be), people are coming in and out of the sick around my daughter, and on top of al of that my daughter has now finished her last bottle that I pre-made and packed for her. So at this point I actually need my car because I need to go to the store now and buy more formula and infant water. Once I became tired of constantly going to Ray who wasn't trying to assist me or communicate with me, I went over to a woman who was behind one of the service desks and asked her to assist me. Upon me letting her know what I wanted to know, she called the mechanic and let me know right away what was going on(it would be another hour because while he test drove it after fixing the tube, another area started to leak so he was fixing that) and she offered to put me on the shuttle list after I told her how long I was there waiting for. After she did that, I asked to speak to a manager because at this point I am furious. She asked me to wait in the waiting room behind them so I did. 30 minutes go by and still no manager. So I get Ray's attention and tell him I'd like to speak to the manager. Upon me requesting this, he comes back and taps me on the shoulder and says "let me help you make your life a little easier" and calls the car rental area to let me rent out a car for the remainder of my day. Upon me filling out the papers in order to obtain the rental, I ask for a forth time after requesting him over an hour ago to speak to the manager. I even try to wait a little after in order to speak to him after getting my rental, but no one informed him that I was requesting to speak with him. When Ray spotted me back in the building he told me "I thought you were already gone". They were all just trying to rush me out of the doors after 6 hours of me being there with my baby so that I wouldn't speak to him. So I get fed up and let one of the women working in the cashier area that I would be back the following day to speak to the manager because I needed to get to the store to get my daughter her formula and water and diapers. Only then did someone actually assist me! She told me that she would take down my name and number and make sure that he got it to give me a call later on. How everyone was making it seem, I didn't expect a call until way later because everyone made him sound so busy and that's why he couldn't speak to me at the time. 5 MINUTES AFTER I LEAVE I receive a voicemail (because I was driving and couldn't quite answer my phone at the time) from the manager! so it seems as though the woman in the cashier area was the ONLY ONE who even attempted to get the manager. I spent all day waiting at the dealership with no idea what was going on, I was hungry and tired, my 3 month old daughter needed food and diapers, my daughter started to become fussy after hours of waiting, and no one attempted to assist me until I mentioned speaking to a manager which is when they just simply tried to get rid of me as quickly as possible so that I couldn't. And on top of all of this, I still needed to drive to Los Angeles from Ontario in order to fulfill my plans on Valentines Day, but was unable to due to being in the dealership for 6+ hours and then being stuck in traffic for another hour and a half because I left so late. I am extremely disappointed and will no longer be taking my car here to be serviced or at all for that matter. read more

Very very poor service at the Mark Christopher/Cadillac, no available shuttle service, long period of time for a change oil..more than 2 hours on a weekday, you will wait forever to get a ride. They offer courtesy car wash when servicing your vehicle, unfortunately the service people don't even check if your car get washed. Very very very poor management. read more

This place is horrible! When in financing with Angelica Cardona we tried explaining something to her we were told by another employee there and she said "I don't have time and I don't negotiate GAP insurance. I'm tired and I want to go home". I was furious I had to walk out. I came back and gave her a piece of my mind but this car was for my parents and I knew how much they wanted it so at the end they finished signing the paperwork. Wait! but when we thought that was the end, we were wrong. My parents got a call from Sharon four days later saying they did not qualify for the loan because their $6000 monthly income was not enough and that they would have to bring their tax returns to submit them to the bank. MY PARENTS WERE NEVER ASKED THEIR MONTHLY OR ANNUAL INCOME DURING THE SALE. Of course $6000 is not enough and my parents know that so aside from it not being enough they wouldn't state that income because that's not their monthly income. My parents are business owners with a monthly income of $12-15k. So then Sharon called again saying GMC would finance them for 72 month with 0%. Then she called back saying the bank had made an error and because they were buying a Yukon not a Tahoe it was 60 months with 0% like she thinks we're dumb to not know it was her error. When my parents made it down to the dealership they demanded answers as to why their applications submitted to the banks had a monthly income that was not theirs nor one they had provided. They couldn't answer. My parents asked to speak to the General Manager, but of course he was off. So anyways my parents signed and financed the vehicle providing their correct income that day but before leaving left specific instructions....they requested to be called by the General Manager with an explanation and name of the employee who submitted their application with incorrect information. A good week and a half went by and still hadn't received a call. So I called for them and spoke to the General Sales Manager. According to him he had no idea my parents wanted a call from him. Once I told him what my parents had requested he made it sound like it was no biggie and he'd give them a call. And he sure did, he called them to tell them he'd find out what happened and once he had that information he'd call them back. This call took place around September 15, 2017 and as of today October 6, 2017 we have yet to receive a call back. Ultimately these people are rude and all about THE SALE, nothing more. And about the income on the application, I can only say that the bank I work for would consider that fraud and would be means for termination of employment. read more

This is a review of their service department. I had to take my car in because it would not start. I was extremely worried about what the cause could be. They made me feel so comfortable and made sure I had everything I needed when I waited for my car. I called before hand to try and get an appointment but once my car broke down they informed me to get it towed so they can take a look. It was the easiest process I had been through! DO NOT LEASE YOUR CAR HERE! I was charged $500 at the end of my lease a "disposition" fee. After talking to GM Financial they told me it is the dealerships decision to add that charge, it is not required. My car was in pristine condition upon return. Plus I have leased from other companies and was never charged that amount. Not to mention after taking my car there for the one free oil change under my lease, it took 3 1/2 hours for a simple oil change. read more
