One star is too much stars. I have to say the worst experience we have ever received anywhere. My wife and I were car shopping and we decided to go to Cadillac of Ontario. First the sales person was not informative of the cars at all. I wanted to know the features and prices he would not answer my questions he said let's run numbers and go from there bc there was "rebates" I kept asking what type of rebates he couldn't give me a answer I asked him 3 different occasions and no answer. He took us inside right away to "work on the numbers" tell us the price. He collected our information and was having issues with the computer got his manager to help the manager was rude to him and said you are just waisting time. He finally got our personal information mines our social and again I asked for the prices of the both cars we saw and he couldn't give us answers he called back his manager I don't know if he was his finance manager but he was rude he couldn't give us prices until we ran our credit. We said we don't want to until we have a ball park not only of the total cost of the vehicle the monthly and the rebates he mention. The manager got offensive when my wife said we want those answers before we proceed he said we can't no dealer can do that. He turned around and said he was passed that and made a hand jester. My wife and I walked out after that was the last draw. We got no answers and worst experience ever anywhere. We decided to go to West Covina best experience it was night and day. It was great we left with a car. Customer Experience goes along way. read more

While waiting for an oil change I wanted to sit outside to enjoy the beautiful sunshine. Unfortunately, I kept hearing at least one salesman who could barely say a sentence without using the "f" word. I just think that is totally unprofessional and wouldn't consider buying a car from someone who doesn't know how to behave in a work environment. I had to get up and leave an wait inside because it bothered me so much. Although I don't live in the area I decided to start serving my car here since I'm nearby most weekends. I thought it would be convenient but I was wrong! My boyfriend and I both had a 9 AM appointment. We pulled up and went into the office. There was one person checking everyone in. He was very rude and looked very frustrated and clearly needed help. It was way too much for one person since everyone had different issues and questions , took 45 minutes just to check in. After the long wait just to check in we sat and waited for our cars for almost 3 hours! A couple days later my boyfriend calls me and tells me that it didn't look like they rotated his tires. As soon as I got a chance I went to check my car and they clearly did not rotate my tires either. I was very upset given The fact that we waited so long and the job was never done. It had any questioning whether they even did the oil change. I called the dealer and asked to speak to the manager. The manager, Matt got on the phone and was really rude and had an attitude. I explain to him our long wait and how I felt they were way understaffed and his reply was "One person to check people in is enough we can't just go hiring people and our other employees need to be with their families on Saturdays". When I let him know that our tires were never rotated he asked " how do you know they were not rotated? I'm not calling you a liar but I trust my guys because there's cameras" I let him know that one of my tires was different since I had recently hit a pothole and my tire was not in stock. He said "well they usually don't rotate new tires they leave those in the front" I let him know that it was not a new tire. I had gotten a used one as a temporary. I also let him know that my boyfriend's rim had a scratch on the driver front and that tire was still in the same place as well. He asked me to come back and they would rotate the tires for us. I let him know that we would never go back and I rather have a refund. His reply was "if we gave everybody a refund that thought we didn't do the job we would be out of business". Clearly they get complains about jobs not being done very often which is a red flag. I asked to see the video of my tires being rotated and my oil being changed since he mentioned that there were cameras. He said "well we might not be able to see the work being done but I will have somebody work on getting the footage now and I will call you back" . Now if that doesn't say bullshit I don't know what does. This was last week and I haven't heard from him. I will be returning to Penske Cadillac where they CAN "just hire people" and have a full staff, Great service and even offer a courtesy vehicle in case you don't want to wait an 1- 1/12 max read more

This is probably the worst dealership I have ever been to. Greg Johnson and Ahmad in sales really took advantage of me, which I guess is my fault for letting my guard down. I was told that I would be given a decent discount and I have been shopping around for months. Instead I was charged full price on the vehicle and was ripped off on the financing. This happened because they rushed me through Finance when I finally came in after months of negotiating through email and text. Then, when I came to get the paint protection installed the service department broke the trim on the vehicle. Then, when I came in to get the trim fixed they chipped the paint. Both times Nobu was condescending and flippant about everything that was happening. Now the paint protection warranty won't cover the rock chips and service won't return my phone calls. Additionally Ahmad is calling me from Finance to harass me about the vehicle contract and laughed at me when I said that they were supposed to give me a discount. Sales AND service at Mark Christopher are condescending jerks who will take advantage of you, then cause problems, and then NOT fix those problems while they laugh at you. I believe the only way I will be able to fix this problem is to get a lawyer - if I could give this place -10 Stars I would. read more

If you are Hispanic or if you are a young person or even a female with a baby own arms don't bring your car here, JULIE ESCOBAR she is a very two faced person and distressful person. Let me tell you why! I brought my car for check engine diagnostic and i completely understand there is cars before me and i got to wait, she had my car in the shop for more than 5 days and didn't even call me for updates, i had to call and she didn't even answer, well no one was answering at service. then i asked to a different sales person how much for the services i was requesting he said $150 and guess how much JULIE ESCOBAR charged me $175. which i said its fine, i wont trip its only 25 bucks more but you guys if you have different prices for different people, im so sure if i was a white rich male i would have giving fare pricing, and maybe a discount! i don't think that is okay. Then she tried to charged over $2000 for my car to get fix, well my 21 year old brother fix for it $200 including parts. I'm just woow!. The thing that bother me now is the way how she spoke to me when i went to pick up my car, she went from being nice because i had my car there and tried for me to pay the big money for repairs and when i said no thank you i will take the car home she was completely rude and raised her voice at me Infront of people, like she was doing a favor to me, IM PAYING YOU FOR THE SERVICE! We are already approved for our loan, through our own bank & this dealership runs my credit WITHOUT my permission!! Why would I run my credit again if I am already approved!?!?!!! This was my first time taking my car to Mark Christopher Cadillac and Nobu was the service writer that I scheduled an appointment with based on great reviews I read from previous customers. I must say, he was very professional and courteous just as I had read. My vehicle did get dropped off late, so it ended up staying overnight. I was having it looked at for a few different concerns and Nobu did reach out to me the following day to let me know the status. Unfortunately, my car ended up having to stay a second night and wasn't actually ready for pick up until sometime after 3pm. Service is open until 6pm, so i was able to pick it up that evening before closing time. The checkout process was very easy: Nobu walked me over to the cashier and she quickly and efficiently had everything ready to go and advised me that my car would be pulled up soon. After about a 10 minute wait my car was pulled up to me and the keys handed over. Despite the great experience thus far, I was quite disappointed that my vehicle was delivered so dirty. All other dealers where I've had my car(s) serviced have always washed my car before handing it over. I understand that perhaps this isn't the policy at Mark Christopher, but the worst part was the fact that the interior was also very dirty. Now I know for a fact that my car was not dirty when i dropped it off. It literally had debris (lint, dirt?) all over the passenger floorboard (no one sits on that side!) and the driver's side-door panel had big oily-looking spots all over the armrest and spreading downward. As part of my service requests, I had them look at the display screen and radio as part of my concerns and this area was also full of greasy fingerprints. All of this was so disappointing to me and maybe more so, because this is a Cadillac dealership after all. read more

**Update** I spoke to the guy in charge of the loaner and 24 hr test drive cars. I was told that they for sure dont have a CT6 for test drives even though others said they had one. I will be taking my business elsewhere. This dealer has terrible service and if I am going to spend 90k on a car I do not want a dealer that doesn't know what they are doing. Worst customer service!! I have been trying to speak with a manager for 2 days. I was just hung up on by the sales staff. I have not been rude or mean. I have been nice and patient. But now this is ridiculous. I wanted to do a 24 hr test drive of a CT6 but apparently no one there knows how to do it or one person says they have the car and another says they dont. I've always done my research before buying my cars. About a year ago I purchased my dream car, a Certified pre-owned 2017 Cadillac CTS. The very next day the engine light came on and the car put itself in "Limp" mode (which translates to "No acceleration"). I had it towed back to the dealer. But of course nothing was found. Few weeks later it did the samething and I took it directly to the dealer. They claimed it was the transmission module. I few weeks later same thing happened and this time it was the engine harness. The last straw was me taking it in for an oil change and I'm asked to bring it back because they found a oil leak. This car only has 38k on it. I bought it with 24k miles on it, 10 months ago. Beyond what I shared here, quit a few other small things have had to be fixed on this car. And now I have a new issue with the car. I called GM corporates office and requested that they buy my car back. After about 3-4 weeks, GM decided my car doesn't qualify under the California Lemon law and will not buy it back. They told me I can reopen the case if I have more issues. So tell me why a person would put their trust in a PRE CERTIFIED OWNED car program if the company will not stand behind it! I now own a Lemon that I have to pray I do not break down in the middle of the night , as I drive alone 300 miles to Vegas, to visit my son. I have been a Chevy girl my whole life. The experience of working hard to buy, my almost $40k dream car, has turned into a nightmare. GM has shown me that they DONT care about there loyal customers. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! This is a huge Chevy dealer with lots of selection, fair prices, and great dealers/staff. Cesar Valenzuela was fantastic to work with. He helped us find the perfect car (a beautiful certified pre owned 2016 Chevy Trax) for an amazing price, and lead us through the process, patiently answering all of our many...many...many questions on everything from the engine, to the financing options, to the warranties (which are great with a CPO!). He even came in on his day off to give us a test drive. Also got a great deal on a trade in thanks to Greg Hess and his team who were also great to work with. Came in to Look at Sierra AT4, test drove one. Really like it. Sales person Brian gave us breakdown on the payment. We told him we will come back tomorrow to get it. We need to discuss and since I needed to go feed the baby who was home didn't want to rush through transaction because they were closing already Next day husband called Brian told him that he is coming and Brian said that other sales person Cesar will help him out. Cesar called my husband and told him that he had all the info and he is waiting for him. My husband went to get it but Cesar then said that Brian messed up with pricing and the print out he gave us with breakdowns isn't right and to get the car we need to add another 8k down. What kind of business is that??? This was unethical and so deceiving. I can't believe they lie and mislead clients like this. Horrible dealer to do business with. Stay away ! Let me start by saying that this has been the BEST car buying experience I have ever had. About 2 months ago my family and I came to the dealer shopping for a new Escalade. From the moment we step into the the lot we where greeted by Mario Sanchez, he showed us different models and answered all our questions. I told him I was not ready to buy because I was going thru a home Refi, yet he still spend about a hr with us looking at the vehicles. Unbelievable poor sales service. Never have I seen anything like this. Spoke with Brian Morales regarding a CT5 for purchase. We worked through some numbers and he told me the car was available. After being told by Dutton Cadillac that they couldn't take my car for over 3 weeks (!), I brought the car to Mark Christopher for an electronic issue, without an appointment. Service rep Dario was excellent. He kept me informed and updated, and was pleasant to deal with overall. My car was repaired within 24 hours. Only minor complaint was that I had to wait quite a while for them to retrieve the car after I paid the cashier. Terrible customer service I came and bought a brand new Chevy Silverado expecting my new truck to come with navigation come to find out that the navigation chip was missing in the vehicle I called the dealer and spoke with the sales person about the problem with the navigation chip missing for my vehicle being that for this particular vehicle the navigation chips are Vin number specific a new navigation chip is need in order for me to use the navigation features i've had the vehicle for two weeks with no navigation features this is ridiculous having a new 2020 vehicle that should have them and every time I try to get to the bottom of this matter all I keep getting is the runaround and I've got no answers to resolving my problem I've called multiple times to speak with the sales manager to try to get to the bottom of this issue and not once have I got a call back and no one seems to be able to help with this matter all they worry about is selling the vehicle and once the vehicle is sold they don't care about helping you resolve any issues that might come up once driving off the lot I will not be recommending my friends and family to this dealership anymore stay away!!!! read more

two vehicles in 9 days. car #1 certified preowned. 2017 ct6 platinum. stunning car. no cpo paperwork provided for 7 days. should have gotten it at signing. 2nd day i had it, engine light came on. 3 codes. was in service dept for 7 hours. they said mice ate a wire and a sensor. told them i had two vehicles in that garage in and out for 12 years. no mice, no evidence of mice. it was a lease before i bought it. general manager was ok with taking it back and getting me something else. looked at an xt5, "new", was there for three hours. did not ok another credit check, they pulled one anyway. no window sticker on vehicle,against california law. we went over everything it had on the,"build sheet" negotiated full sticker minus gm zero interest and cash off incentives...just before going to finance, they tell me " technically it's new with 170 miles on it but we have to mark used because customer returned it for a leak in a hose" salesman told me i would be first registered owner. left exhausted after 3 day ordeal and 21 hours in sales and service. bought carfax cause they didn't show me one. bought monroney sticker cause they didn't show me one. feeling pretty stupid at this point. learned instrument panel. was distressed to find out oil life at 80% with 170 miles on the odometer? no freeking way. thats for about 1400 miles. called salesman. he said," bring it in,we'll top it off and set it to zero." duh, more stupidity. i said that's not the point. i said build sheet and sticker show the car comes with emergency road kit. he said don't worry,whatever is missing we will replace. then said it didn't come with it.( too bad for me) gm customer service is worthless. now i have to get the car tested from the control module for actual miles. and possible filing with state attorney general. they just wore down this 71 year old lady till i was exhausted. have never been treated like that from any cadillac dealership in 40 years. btw, i saw on the net that the first car was back on the lot for sale, same price. read more

Came in for an oil change appointment and to have a window bezel checked. About THREE hours into the wait, service rep came and said it was done but another 20 minutes for the bezel to be replaced. Now, still waiting and into the FOURTH hour. This is absurd. At some point they knew that this would become an extended wait and should have offered a loaner. This is not the first time I've experienced this type off a wait at Mark Christopher. Customer service is clearly not their thing. read more

I recently took my XT5 in for its 1st oil change and service. I received a warm welcome from David Miller. Mr. Miller was attentive and explained the service my vehicle was going to receive that day. The waiting area was welcoming and very well stocked with a variety of beverages and morning snacks. Comfortable seating made the wait time go fast.
