Roma tomato basil soup- quite delicious and I liked how it came paired with a crunchy Parmesan garlic crostini
    Grace L.

We lined up to order from the cashier, self served our drinks, and then found a booth to sit in. My cashier recommended the Roma tomato basil soup, and said it's the cafe's signature soup. My friend and I each decided to order a cup of the soup. We both really enjoyed it, and when the soup was served, it came with a piece of crunchy Parmesan garlic crostini. The pairing was delicious. I also shared a truffle mushroom pizza with my friend. The pizza came with six slices covered in Alfredo sauce, Asiago, mozzarella and provolone cheese. It was just the right amount of crispy. At the end of our meal, one of the servers gave us two Nordstrom chocolates. There didn't seem to be dedicated servers for each seating area, so we needed to flag down servers as they walked by. Overall, I was surprised by the level of quality of the food inside a store's cafe! I would stop by again the next time that I shop at Nordstrom.

We came here 1 hour before they close. Leasa was our server. She was pleasant and knowledgeable with the menu.very efficient and attentive. The food was great. The skirt steak was flavorful.I loved the cheesecake it was soft and creamy. My wife didn't like her Salmon. The kids enjoyed the truffle pizza and the Cajun chicken. We are gonna plan to go back again

I want to start this review off by saying I would come back just for the service!!!! Thank you Pablo!!!!! From the moment we sat down, the service was next-level. Our server, Pablo I or L (can't remember the initial of his last name) was incredibly attentive without being overbearing--our drinks would get to about half done and he was already there with a refill. That kind of care really stood out and made the whole experience feel relaxed and welcoming. The food was good. We had the salmon Cesar salad which was fresh and satisfying, and we also tried the turkey sandwich with fries. It was simple, well done, and hit the spot. For dessert, we hadn't plan on getting anything but Pablo made the cookies sound so amazing we ended up getting the chocolate chip and snickerdoodle. Both equally yummy!!! A perfect way to end the meal. Great service can make or break a place, and this café absolutely nailed it!!!! Friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring--can't wait to come back. Thank you Pablo for such a WONDERFUL experience!

Today we got the BLT with added turkey and we split it and got a side of fries and two chamomile teas. The sandwich was five stars for sure. The service here was very good as usual. Abraham was extra attentive there every minute before we even could ask he had it right. The Ambiance here is casual coffee shop style.

Sad to see this place go downhill. Grew up coming here and this past time might've ruined it. Hair in food. Now they do waiters/seated service instead of waiting in line but it took 10 minutes for a waiter to come and when he did he forgot different food items and drinks. The seats and ambience have not been kept up with and all the seats are pealing/ripped.

Consistently great for decades. Try the tomato soup and a salad if you are feeling like a light meal. Next time I am going to get the same soup and a grilled cheese sandwich to dip. Ambiance is Nordstrom chic. Very clean and servers are always around to help you!

We stopped by the Cafe for a quick bite before wandering around the shops. I've always loved the vibe there, and the service was fantastic! I had my favorite Tomato soup and grilled cheese, and my friend raved about her Chinese chicken salad and mushroom ravioli. It's definitely a spot to hit up before or after shopping!

The staff working here is always super nice and very helpful. I went for a French dip and some dessert this time around and was not disappointed. Yum! There is plenty of seating and the lights are dimmed so it's not too bright in there. Can't wait to come back and try more!

French dip was really good with a side of Caesar. Service was top notch. Cafe is comfortable with a lot of single tables along the wall-which is nice.

This place takes me back to my teenage years after a nice day of shopping with my grandmother. We would make it a tradition to stop at the Nordstroms cafe for the best lunch. Everything on their menu is cooked fresh made daily. My niece works here so she keeps me in the loop. The best thing is their tomato basil soup. I can not tell you how amazing this taste. It's creamy it's full of flavor and these crustini's they serve it with are pure heaven. I started ordering their simple salad because this dressing is out of this world. I've had many salads but not one place in this city has ever served me a salad dressing this spectacular. This trip i didn't order their sante fe sandwich, but I would recommend it over and over. Before you leave you have to ask for their mint chocolates they are a must try.

The food was decently good. You order at the register first and then find a table for yourself. Not my cup of tea when I go out to eat and you pay before you experience any service. The servers were nice but it was rather hectic and messy inside. The food itself was good. The fries were good. It tasted fresh and homemade to me. The gnocchi was cheesy and it was good but the bolognese pasta was the real kicker. My sister is pregnant and she liked it over the gnocchi. 9/10 recommend it. Cafe food is usually not always the freshest or flavorful but this place was a decent surprise for me.

Food is good and nutritious. They have the best tea . Cafe is always full. Service is excellent. Ambience is cozy and elegant. I like this restaurant in Nordstrom.

My first time at this place. Was told about it before several times and finally decided to meet friends for lunch here. I was actually impressed when I entered the restaurant. Omario took care of us. They were already out of Clam chowder when we tried to order it. We ordered the following menu items.. *ROMA TOMATO BASIL SOUP With grilled cheese and fruit *SIGNATURE HOUSEMADE SOUP Chicken noodle soup *SHRIMP SCAMPI Pizza- alfredo sauce, spinach, oven roasted ( minus tomatoes) , mozzarella, parmesan and provolone cheese *TUSCAN WILD SALMON WITH SAFFRON VEGETABLE COUSCOUS -peppers, carrots, baby spinach, parmesan cheese, creamy garlic vinaigrette *HONEY DIJON COBB -baby greens, provolone cheese, bacon, egg, avocado, heirloom tomatoes, grilled corn, cilantro, honey dijon dressing Dessert- Magic Bar and lemon coconut cake First of all, we had to stand in line first, order and pay for our food. Then we went back to a table and waited for them to deliver the order. The tomato soup with grilled cheese was delicious and plentiful . The chicken noodle soup was good too. I really wanted to try the clam chowder but again, they ran out of it early on. The Tuscan Salmon was delicious and flavorful . I enjoyed a few bites. The Cobb salad was delicious too. A little heavy on the dressing but it was good. Next time I would request the dressing on the side. Now the Shrimp Scampi pizza was unique but delicious! I actually enjoyed this entree. The magic bar was yummy but I enjoyed the lemon coconut cake. There was plenty of food leftover definitely shareable portions. My overall experience was great. I enjoyed the company, ambiance and of course the food was amazing. I recommend this gem on the 3rd floor.

However, the service left a lot to be desired. There was only one person managing everything, and despite no one being ahead of me, it took over 20 minutes to receive my order. The wait felt especially long for something as simple as a coffee and a crepe. The coffee was good, but the crepe was just average. It was larger and thicker than expected, which didn't really work in its favor. Overall, while the ambiance is appealing, the slow service and underwhelming food make it unlikely that I'd return.

We honestly stumbled upon this place while walking by and really enjoy the energy and color scheme. It seemed so peaceful inside. We ordered some delicious decaf drinks and I had their veggie focaccia. The focaccia bread was amazing, to fluffy and the herds and oil on the bread was so fragrant and delicious. They also stuffed the sandwich so full, it ended ip being so much food, I should have ate it for two meals. All of their ingredients were so fresh and high quality. I would be interested to try their other menu items! The sandwich was a bit pricy at 14.50 but they did not skimp on the quality. I thought it was so cool that they had a free library in the shop, one where you can take a book and leave a book. I love the feeling of community that it puts into the space. Plus an announcement board that you can hang local happenings on. There is plenty of space to hang with friends, read a book, or study. Only downside it lack of parking, it's all street parking.

Breakfast croissant $12 - bacon was a little burnt. I liked this better than the sandwich. Nice kick. Kyoto cold brew coffee $6 was excellent. It does not need milk. It is very smooth. They use a specialized drip machine for this coffee. Berry seasonal latte $7.50 was sweet even at half sweet. They have a punch card for their drinks which is nice. On a second visit I came back for their Kyoto cold brew to go and was given regular iced coffee that was very bitter. It just reminded me all over again why this is one of those places I find myself wanting to come back to again and again. There's something about it that feels so thoughtful and special, from the ambiance to the way the team genuinely takes care of people. What stands out every time is how warm, intentional, and wonderful the staff is. They really do make you feel welcomed and cared for, and that kind of hospitality is such a huge part of what makes a place memorable. On top of that, they have such a great variety of offerings, coffee, tea, bites, and then as the day rolls on, a lovely wine selection and small plates that make it such a cute little spot for an afternoon reset or a midweek pick-me-up with the girls. I also love sneaking away there when I want to get outside and get a little work done. Their courtyard is truly the cutest and somehow always feels inspiring, peaceful, and just like a little pocket of charm in the middle of the day. And beyond that, I really appreciate how intentional they are about creating community, whether through wine tastings or other little events that make the space feel alive and welcoming. I was there earlier today and they had a wine tasting happening in the courtyard, which just felt so perfectly them.
