I am not sure why this place has bad reviews the food is really good. The worker is funny and even when she's messing around she's still nice. If you don't want to play then just tell her. The price was a bit high but it was a LOT of food. I do wish there was more meat it was a lot of rice and noodles even though they were amazing I would take more meat. Idk why people are saying dirty either every time she didn't have a customer she was cleaning tables and windows. Even the outside bathroom was pretty well kept. I first discovered Mark's Kitchen from a video that popped up on my fyp on TikTok a few years ago, and I was like "I got to try this place one day because it does look bomb!" Hahaha I got to visit them last year at end of February. They have plenty of parking in their lot. The place looks nothing special, but it's that animated lady and the food that makes it fantastic! :) When we got there, the place was pretty full. Most people ordered their normal items. You don't see "Bomb Ass Shit" on their menu because it's a secret item, but the lady wears a shirt promoting the "Bomb Ass Shit"! LOL.. We got the Bomb Ass Shit of course along with two drinks. We found a table in the back and waited for our food. Not too long later, our number was called. As we're approaching the counter, she's happily recording with her phone while I was trying to record too, but unfortunately, I forgot to push on the "start" button so I didn't get any footage. Thank goodness that she was filming so I just save her video from her page later that day! :) She's so interactive, funny, and happy! She definitely made the experience fun! She asked if I was Korean, and I was like "No, I'm Chinese." She told me that she's Cambodian. The food was big portioned and very tasty! We'd loved it! We also couldn't finish it all between the two of us even though it was just one order of Bomb Ass Shit. They have a restroom on the side of the place which you have to get a code to enter. What an experience!!! And a very great first time. I came in being cursed at for waiting in the parking lot for so long but when it was time to order she wasted no time getting straight to business and ensuring I got what the F*** I wanted. The meal she said I'd like was the " Bomb Ass Shit" and let me tell ya it was packed with some great flavor!!' The fried rice was so good I never been much of a chow mein person, but this fried rice was really savory. I also enjoyed the spicy beef it has some great season and the beef was cooked so well you could till this place took pride in the meats it's served and the fresh produce as well, I killed all my broccoli hahah. I had enough on my plate for two people but I ate as much as I could and brought the rest back home. Pro tip: cook and over medium egg the next morning, warm the rice on a frying pan or Nuke it, place the over medium egg on top of this amazing fried rice and you got yourself a bomb breakfast. The ambiance is spacey, relaxing and clean, before I walked in they were mopping the floors and cleaning all tables so I know how clean it is and how thorough they were to make sure it was prepared for the rush on a Friday evening. Overall I really enjoyed me Experience, people complain about the price but for me that was more than enough food for two people and the quality of meat, produce, chicken and authenticity of style of cooking, and that personality when you first come in is something you can't pay for, and an experience worth trying. After seeing a few posts I decided to drive over and give it a shot. Parking was a snap and plenty of room to navigate around, being noontime I expected more congestion but not today. I love walking into a restaurant with the aroma wafting through the air and with the colorful menu it's easy to get caught up looking at all the options. Being a shrimp fan I chose the spicy dish and mentioned to her that hot doesn't bother me, she said I'll be happy with the dish. I absolutely love the service and humor goes a long way when enjoying a "Big A** plate" , she wondered why I haven't been there before this, but Fresno is a very big city and I'm sure there are other places I haven't been to either. Went because of the viral videos and was not disappointed. The lady who takes your order is really funny and energetic. If foul language bothers you; just move on this is not the place for you. The food was very good. I loved everything. Next time I think it would be worth our money to get two ; two meat special plates rather than one with three meat for the price. I know good Asian food and I can easily tell you this place is known because of the owners technique on marketing not because of the taste of the food. Mama is super funny as soon as you walk in you know you in the right spot. We ordered the chow mein with beef from broccoli and shrimp besides shrimp, fried rice, pork, eggrolls, and orange chicken. Glad that this family-owned restaurant is gaining traction :) The lovely woman who took our order is exactly like she appears on tik tok. She is hilarious but also incredibly kind. There are menu boards with beautiful pictures with elevated prices. That you can choose from but there is also the hyped menu so in her broken English she tells you to go for the big fat bomb or something similar. You're in it as she is barraging you with insults and slurs. We were all laughing and said just pick for us, answer a few more questions regarding spicy and soft or crunchy noodles. Again you're all part of theatrical experience. She then calls you up to the counter opens the box for your first taste that she puts on the camera roll. The food itself is tasty, albeit most Chinese food is, she says pay after you eat. The food is bountiful. You get a ton of food, so how much does this entertainment run you $38 for a pound of noodles and fried rice and another half pound of steak, chicken and shrimp. We were part of the show, but the show and the food have to provide value and that did not happen on this trip. Besides she cheats as she has many boyfriends. It is fun for the first time. Have frequented this restaurant for over 10 years. I moved out of town therefore stopped ordering from here because of distance. I decided to go back since I was in the neighborhood. I ordered special beef chow mein, egg rolls, sweet and sour pork, tangerine pork, pork fried rice and pork chow mein. For the prices I paid, I was very disappointed. Egg rolls are half the size. Sweet & sour and tangerine pork was extremely DRY as though the meat had been re-fried. The worst was that half the order was mostly batter with little meat inside and no flavor. Food did not taste fresh at all. The beef was also dry and chewy. The rest tasted good but it's sad they are no longer keeping up with their reputation of good food. Please do better. read more

The food was hot and very nicely made . It was very quick to be honest. They got so much menu I didn't know where to start to be honest . But I kept it simple not going to crazy for my first time . The price was on the expensive side to me . I bought a few things and it was $114 . I tried the food on the spot and I was kind of disappointed to be honest I was hoping for more flavor. If I tried the noodles alone it was bland it was a little better with the other stuff with it . But yeah it was good but not like the best I ever had . So had the opportunity to come here today and what an experience! Complete nostalgic Fresno spot! I was talking to one of my daughters that I was going to be in Fresno this week for work and she showed the videos of this place and was like dad you have to try this place! This place is a complete dive! I am not sure if Guy Fieri has ever been here but he might be offended. Inside the ambience has t been updated since it probably opened. The bathrooms are outback and the neighborhood not so great but that's what makes this place great! Food was pretty killer but be forewarned you get a ton of food so anything you order is enough for 2-3 people. Don't be intimidated by the lady at the front counter she is what makes this place awesome! Only only intention is to make sure you love this place! She will make great recommendations and ensure that your food experience is an awesome one. I had the orange chicken and the jalapeño chicken over fried rice. Food was incredible and loved every bite, but could barely eat 1/3 of my meal. This will be dinner and possibly lunch for the next day. The menu is big and I didn't know what to order so I took her advice and ordered the Bomb ass shit and let me tell you it was amazing. Eating them as leftovers was even better. There was so much food that my husband and I ate off of 1 plate for 2 days. We had the egg rolls and those were so delicious too. Food was cooked to order and you can tell that all the vegetables were prepared fresh and were not frozen. Make sure to bring cash as they charge for card.
