OMG!!! This spot is amazing!!! This is my second weekend coming in for their breakfast! I had the Belgian waffles, eggs Scrambled with cheese, a sausage and a nice helping of their home fries. This is my absolute FAVORITE place to eat. I always get their meat and egg plater, it comes with home fries and toast and they cook it to perfection! The food always comes out fast and the homely atmosphere makes it the perfect place to eat with your family or just sit and drink. Whenever I come in there is always silverware ready for the guests. The staff is always so kind, whenever I come in they remember me and my family and makes me feel like I'm part of the Marlboro grille family! They've recently came out with smoothies and milkshakes, my favorite is the strawberry and banana. Me and my family have breakfast here every morning and it is just absolutely wonderful. Went to Ms. K's but the line was long so tried another local spot ... The service was very slow!, to the point I could watch car drive by as entertainment while waiting. The atmosphere is typical for a local dive eatery, so nothing too much to say about that ... let's talk food: the coffee is basic, make sure you use sugar or creamer to make it taste better. The omelet was very good, fluffy and full of filling. The home fries were crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside - just add ketchup and your good. Overall I was surprised, after the slow service I was expecting the food to match the coffee ... but to my surprise the food was above par. Worthy of a return visit. read more

This little spot is a small town diner located a walkable distance from the Prince George's County Court House. It's right across a very old-looking Ledo's pizza. The meters outside take only quarters, but two of them will give you an hour's time. The menu consists of typical diner fare, like turkey sandwiches, traditional egg and sausage breakfasts and fruit. I like Marlboro Grille and have ate their a few times, mostly for breakfast. But the food and service doesn't make a 4 or 5 star place. I have found the food to be good and the service okay. When you walk in you'll feel like your in an old restaurant. Seats, chairs, paint, nothing special just shop as usual. The menu is very light, but the food is good. Nothing special. I just don't find that, other than a close location, the place is worthy raving about. But if your close by and you want a decent breakfast or sandwich for lunch at a reasonable price check this place out. They're friendly and i have not complaints. read more

Based on prior reviews, my husband and I decided to try this local diner. Despite being right at lunch time on a Wednesday, it was not incredibly busy. We sat right down and placed our orders and the food came surprisingly quick. I had the gyro on pita and onion rings. The gyro was tasty. It did have the obvious, perfectly rectangular meat to prove it was not carved in-house, but the vegetables were very fresh and the pita was nice and soft. I don't like trying onion rings out at new places and usually make my husband the guinea pig. Today I tried them un-tested and they were great! The food is always great, but their delivery driver "Ed" is EXTREMELY RUDE. Never hands us our food or receipts directly, we have to search for them in the box ourselves. Doesn't speak when he walks in, no eye contact. Usually an hour late. One-word responses if any...TERRIBLE. We have made several complaints to the business, and nothing has changed or been resolved. They only say, "we'll talk to him." I'm sorry, this is a poor reflection of your business. Customer service is everything, and when you have a delivery driver exemplifying POOR customer service to another business, it is UNEXCUSABLE. Will not be ordering here again. read more

God help you if you order your food to go...or worse....delivered. It is in your own best interest to check your order very very carefully. This means opening every sandwich and checking out for what you ordered. trust me....1 in 4 orders will be wrong. If you call for delivery...takes more than an 1 hr to get it and if its wrong and you call them before the driver leaves it still takes at least another hr to get what you ordered. When you call to say just how frustrated you are waiting 2 plus hrs for the right order ...your told " we are doing the best we can " and hang up on you...I used to order from here all the time and was gone for a yr. Save yourself the hassle and order from somewhere else.The food is good but what makes me give this place a 1 star is their delivery boy "Ed". Myself and my co-workers will NEVER order from them again, because of him and his attitude, when several of us used to order form them 2-3 times per week. He refuses to say hello, look us in the eye, throws the box of food down in a chair or on the reception desk, when things are missing from the order he gives us an attitude about going back and getting the missing items, complains about the amount of tips he is given and has even asked my co-worker "Is this all you're going to tip?", pretends he doesn't have change for cash orders so he can get a larger tip. I could keep going with even more rude things but I'll stop there. We assumed he was having a bad week the first couple times it happened so we just let it go. But week after week he would come in here with an attitude. We finally started complaining to his boss and they kept insisting they would talk to him about it. We have called and complained about his terrible customer service 5 separate times and nothing changed. I used to work in Upper Marlboro and the Marlboro Grille was always my first choice. The food is typical American fare and ranges in taste from just alright to very good. I don't think I've ever had great food there. The staff is very friendly and will remember your name if you become a regular there. You can expect your food to be brought out fairly quickly, but can be delayed right around noon when the workers from the courthouse, CAB, library and others fill most of the tables for a quick lunch. read more
