Additional options, including cheeses, bacon, chili, and mushrooms, were available for a modest up-charge ($0.95 to $1.25 each). They did not know how to issue the refund, however, and had to call someone to walk them through it because there was clearly no one in management available. They told me they think they did it, but the point-of-sale system wouldn't print a receipt showing proof that it was refunded. After spending more time on the phone, they figured out how to print a receipt that didn't state it was refunded, but merely indicated that the transaction was "voided". All in all, it took forty minutes when they weren't busy for me to walk out without anything other than being hungry (hopefully I get the refund).
