I take my 11 year old son here, and from the very first visit the entire experience has been transparent, organized, and genuinely seamless. This is exactly what I need as a very efficient person and a busy parent. What stood out right away was how well thought out the process is. At the initial consultation, they did not rush us at all. They walked us through the full treatment plan step by step. They explained the reason behind each recommendation and made sure I understood the timeline, expectations, and what the next few appointments would look like. They were also very upfront about costs and payment options. I appreciated that there were no vague estimates and no surprises later. Everything was clearly explained from the start. Scheduling is another huge win. The doctor is consistently on time. The office runs like clockwork. Check in is quick. Appointments start when they say they will. We are not stuck waiting around for long stretches. The process is efficient without feeling impersonal. Everything is simply organized. They are great at answering questions, including the follow up questions I inevitably have as a parent. Where do I begin, Dr.Massih and her team have been nothing less than exceptional. I truly love walking in their office as they are so warm and welcoming. Salpy, who is usually at the front desk, is amazing and always has a huge smile on her face. Going to an orthodontist can leave you feeling vulnerable and insecure but not once did I feel uncomfortable through-out my journey. Not only am I getting Invisalign aligners from Dr.Massih, but she also helped me get rid of my migraines!! We did units of Botox in areas that I felt tense, after her thorough examination, and I can finally be at ease with no migraines! I use to get multiple migraines a month with auras. I would get terribly nauseous and would have to be laying in bed the whole day. I would always wake up in the mornings, fearing that I would get a migraine that day but not anymore. Dr. Massih and her staff are incredible. First, their level of customer service is amazing. They are so helpful and so accommodating. They always have a smile on their face and welcome you in the office with such enthusiasm. More importantly, Dr. Massih is a miracle worker! I had been suffering from horrible TMJ that just kept getting worse and worse. I was taking Advil daily to deal with the level of pain. I would get headaches and throbbing eyes, muscle twitching, and neck pain. I had tried Botox before from a dermatologist, I had tried massage and chiro care. Nothing was helping. When I walked into Dr. Massih's office they did a full CT scan of my head. Dr. Massih did a full physical examination of my face, neck, back, etc. She thoughtfully decided what areas she was going to inject and nailed it. Dr. Massih and her staff are the best. I was interested in getting Invisalign and decided to get a consultation with Dr. Massih based off her Yelp reviews. I went in for my consultation in 2021 and decided to start my treatment plan the same day. There was a hiccup with having to have an impacted tooth removed, but it ultimately was worth it.
