They sent a text on Wednesday for a reminder of a $ 17.44 remaining payment that insurance did not cover. If you think you have till the week end to deal with it, then you are WRONG. Collection starts calling you on Friday adding a $50 fee making the total dues 4x the original amount. Other clinics would take few extra dollars from you beyond the deductible in case the insurance does not cover all the promised amount and then reimburse you the difference.

The front people do forget (or have with my kids) to do a PD measurement but that's something you can do at home, no need to come back in for that. So I went to Walmart cause they fix lenses indefinitely for 20$.
