We had a stressful raccoon situation with a mother and baby nesting inside an old electrical box…read morethrough a hole in the exterior of our house. The baby was trapped in the wall shared with our bedroom, and we could hear both the baby and mom at different times. It was very nerve wracking. The mom would come and go, and at one point seemed to leave the baby alone for a day or two. We even hired a general contractor to open the wall to try to find the baby, but we could not locate it. Meanwhile, the raccoon started tearing up parts of the exterior, including a vent. We called several pest control companies, but they all suggested trapping the raccoon which did not help since the baby was still inside the wall. We eventually contacted Wildlife Support, who recommended Tony, and I am so glad they did. Tony responded quickly, came out to assess the situation, and created a thoughtful game plan with us. The next day he returned with a thermal camera to locate the baby and set up a one way trap to safely remove both mom and baby. When the mom figured out how to open the trap and kept going back in, Tony quickly pivoted and came up with another plan. He returned the following day with a smaller trap and a makeshift blocker so we could close the hole immediately once the mom left. Tony was incredibly knowledgeable and clearly cared about the animals. His priority was getting them out safely without harming them. He was also friendly, professional, and genuinely concerned for our safety, reminding us to stay away when the raccoon returned and checking in on us often. Not only did he successfully resolve the raccoon situation, he got them out safely and we did not have to open the walls again. He also secured the electrical box opening and sealed other vulnerable areas around our house using quality materials. At no point did we feel upsold or pressured. He truly put us first. There is no one else I would rather call for rodent or wildlife issues. Tony has both Wildlife Support's recommendation and my full stamp of approval.

They literally stopped showing up to follow up appointments (even though we paid for a 2-year warranty). A friend (with a similar problem, first hired another company that failed to do the job) recommended Tony. He is so creative and thoughtful. He is a carpenter by trade so comes up with things that work in old houses with weird gaps and holes everywhere (like ours). He just installed a very discrete blockade around the fridge, to block the main (remaining) exit and entrance of our resident Mickey . Stainless steel so it can handle the moisture from the fridge. I had a roof rat inside my three story apartment building in SF. I tried four other pest control…read morecompanies. They set all types of traps, bait boxes with poisons, and sonic devices. None of them could catch those damn rats. I replaced a garage door and sealed all small openings on the ground floor. I have been suffering for two months until I found Mr. Chan. Mr. King Chan, the owner of Team Pest Solutions, inspected the attic, walked around the ground level of the building, went up to the roof and climbed up to the slanted roof to check all openings. He found an opening that was not sealed from the inside of the attic that everyone had missed. He found five fresh rat droppings outside that opening. He sealed it with wire mesh and also sealed all chimneys' openings at a very reasonable cost. He is an honest man and he didn't ask me to sign a long contract. I highly recommend him.

in September 2018 we had 3 known racoons on the roof of a rental house, a family or racoons, baby…read moreincluded. they were visualized by my tenants but were causing a flea problem for my tenants, so they had to go. when i called San Francisco pest wildlife removal (sanfranciscopestwildlife.com 415.881.4347) they were swift to act which was great. however, they charge per animal capture (which i think is $150/animal- which would have totaled $450). i knew i had 3 racoons, so rather than breaking up the family, i paid over $600 to have them relocated all at once and all together (a "package deal" by the company). infact getting the "package deal" and relocating them all together so they wouldn't be separated was encouraged by the agent i spoke with on the phone. so rather than pay the lower rate which trapped one at a time, and saved me a few hundred dollars, the bleeding heart in me dished out the money to have them all removed/relocated at once. again, also recommended by the agent on the phone. Oddly, racoons returned to the roof 3 months later. since i have never had a problem with racoons at my house, i thought maybe the same ones returned, so i called the company to see 1) if i had some sort of warranty, and to have them spell out what areas are problematic 2) to see where they relocated the racoons. the woman who answered the phone looked into the records and said that they terminated the family, and that no, they do not have any warranty. she also became annoyed after i started complaining to her ($600+ is a lot of money, especially to have the problem return 3 months later), and she told me "sundays the office was closed but that she answered the phone anyways". Their website says (in 3 places) "we are available 24/7 via cell phone". their website also says," When we encounter animals inside a house, we inspect every part of the house, from ground level to EVERY PART OF THE ROOF, to identify all the areas of entry, and all vulnerable areas, and we perform professional repairs, with guarantee, to seal entry holes shut". yet when i asked her what they found, what was documented when they captured the family, she said that no inspection was done on the roof. when i started to question the agent WHAT EXACTLY DID I PAY FOR, who by the way was the same agent who originally helped me in september (most likely the owner), she started to get defensive, and eventually hung up on me. THIS COMPANY JUST WANTS YOUR MONEY. THEIR ETHICS ARE CRAP. They don't care about the wildlife they trap. they push the "save the wildlife family card", and they euthanize them all, once they trap them and mislead the consumer. also, it seems they are licensed in CO. not sure how that affects their practice in CA, but i have filed a complaint with BBB and Fish and Game. :)

Went out of town for a getaway up in Oregeon and had my dogsitter watch our pup and house. Turned…read moreout as my husband was loading up our SUV for our road trip, at 6:30am, he left garage open as he ran up and down our stairs to gather stuff to put inside our car. That is the only time we can think of when the racoon got inside our garage. 36hrs later, my dogsitter texts me at 12:45am telling me there's a racoon scratching at our kitchen door trying to get in the house from our garage!!! Long story, short, she calls Animal Control, who doesn't deal with racoon removal, they recommend another company. She calls, but gets VM. So we call Wildlife Removal San Francisco and speak with Maria who is very nice. We tell her our situation and she tells us their prices for cage install, PPE, and cage removal. All reasonable, in our opinion. And even better they can come out within a few hours to put the cage in our garage. The tech arrived promptly per my dogsitter and gave her instructions on how often to check the cage. Within 24hrs later we had him captured in the cage. She contacted them the next morning & they came over and removed the racoon. Everyone at Wildlife Removal SF, we talked with from Maria, to her daughter Bianca, to Shawna who removed the crate, was helpful, answered all our questions, consistently called us back with updates of the progress of when the crate was arriving and had been picked up and where they were going to release the racoon once he was deemed healthy, were outstanding, professional, great communicators, and incredibly easy to deal with. I can't recommend this company enough if you have a problem with wildlife in your home. Excellent service!!

These guys seriously saved me! I was out of town for a month and when I came back, a mouse had…read moremoved in to the apartment. I had seen the drops but bot the mouse. At 3am the day after I arrived I saw the active mouse running around. I couldn't sleep while seeing and hearing the mouse so I went to a hotel. The next day (saturday) I called more than 9 pest control places in San Francisco and only Rodent Exclusion came through. 40 mins after calling they were in my apartment. They didn't find the mouse but closed all the openings, sanitized and left a few mouse traps. They really came through for me. Can't recommend them enough!!!!!

Awful experience with customer service…read more Initially, they came out, blocked a few holes, and set traps, which seemed fine. However, when they returned for a follow-up, they did such a poor job cleaning up that they accidentally left numerous traps behind that were supposed to be removed. That did not inspire confidence that they had thoroughly inspected the property before assuring us everything looked good. A few weeks later, we started seeing even more mice along with fresh droppings. We scheduled another follow-up appointment, but they never showed up. I took time off work specifically for the appointment. Since then, I've repeatedly called and messaged to reschedule, only to be told the next available appointment is over a week away. That is completely unacceptable, especially considering the missed appointment was their fault. The lack of urgency, flexibility, and customer service has been incredibly frustrating. Being offered only a single appointment option after they failed to show up is not how a paying customer should be treated. Overall, I'm extremely dissatisfied with both the quality of the service and the company's handling of the situation.
