We ended up buying an amazing mattress that was a floor sample and the owner was so patient & helpful. I didn't feel like he was pressuring us to buy at any point. He showed me a couple different options, but could tell I kept going back to the same mattress and offered us some incentives to make a purchase. We were there on a Saturday and he offered to deliver the mattress that same day. We had plans for the night, so they delivered on Sunday instead. He gave a window of 12-2pm for delivery and the man was at my apartment at 12:15pm with the mattress. Brought it in, set it up, and was out in probably 15 minutes. Quick and friendly. Although it was a bit of a drive for us it turned out to be one of the best decisions we made. Carlos was the sales person who helped us out. He wasn't a pushy sales person who would corner you into a sale. He listened to what we were looking for and laid out the options for us. He also was very polite and reasonable. We told him our price range and he helped us narrow down the choices to few mattresses. Once we picked the one we loved, even though it was out of our price range, he worked with us and gave us the deal we literary COULD NOT REFUSE. Also, he gave us free delivery with our order. The delivery guys came directly on time and they too were extremely polite and kind. We had an issue with the box that came with our mattress (it was too high for our bed) and without hesitation the delivery guys jumped on the phone with Carlos and within minutes they fixed the problem for us by arranging for a smaller box to be delivered right away. If you're looking for a place to buy your mattresses this is an average place. They have a good selection and prices are negotiable depending on the sales person. John is an older man, he is very helpful and explains the difference in the beds. He really helps you find the best fit and is very patient. If it weren't for him I wouldn't have gone back a second time. My second time there I got help from Danny. I was skeptical at first, he is a younger man. He ended up being very helpful. He didn't explain things like John but certainly tried his best. He was very convincing and patient as well. He did lie about the delivery but that was not on him but his boss Lucy. Although the service was good and I am satisfied with the beds. They really need to set up a better delivery system. They have a terrible system. The first time around I waited all day and my beds never showed. I called and was told they would call to inform me about the delivery. The next day without a warning they show up to my house, while I was at work. Then they tell me they can leave the beds or charge me a delivery fee for not being there. I had to call someone to be there for my beds. Terrible experience and they apologized. I was just happy to have the beds. The second delivery was even worst than the first. I lost two days of work for it. We had agreed to have them delivered Friday morning. They weren't I called and they said their delivery guy was just late. I later found out it was a lie. A salesman told me that the owner had cancelled the delivery because she had issues with the delivery man. So they lied and didn't even think of how unfair it was to keep me waiting all day for a delivery that was never going to make it. They didn't deliver the beds until Sunday evening when it was promised to be delivered in the morning. They said they were really sorry again. They offered free pillows. I don't really like the owner. The salesman are great. She got really upset at the salesman because he told me the truth. She lost her temper in front of customers and I really hope she didn't fire the guy. TMLSS: Salesman service - Great! Prices- $$ affordable Beds: good selection. Variety.
