Well two weeks ago, it locked up and I could not pull the cord to start it so I took it in for repair. I paid the $45 just to have it looked at. The guy asked if I got it in Idaho. "Nope, got it right here at Stark Street Lawn & Garden" I said. He had mistyped the serial number and to my surprise, he said I had purchased the extended warranty but repairs may or may not be covered. I said if it cost more to repair vs buy a new one, I would buy new instead. This morning, I received a message the my blower was ready to be picked up. I arrived thinking it would cost something. Nope, it was covered under the warranty and my $45 was refunded and then he told me "here's your new blower. Thanks for coming in." I couldn't believe it. This shop gave me excellent customer service that you do not get any more. They were honest and very pleasant. I cannot recommend them enough. Do not buy your next piece of equipment at that box store 1;4 mile away. Spend a few more bucks at Stark Street because it will be worth it!

Every time we are more than satisfied with the service (they couldn't be more helpful) and the product (always very straight forward and quality) but our last order really showed why we keep coming back. We ordered 1.5 yards of river rock to top off some landscape at our rental and unfortunately there was an error based on the size of rock. We called and were lucky enough to get Tanner on the phone. After some phone calls and photo exchange, Tanner offered to load up his truck with an additional yard of stone and deliver is 30 minutes later. He arrived solo and helped unload our rock by hand with a shovel Talk about exceptional service. He was kind, helpful and obviously an exceptionally hard worker.
