The salt and pepper chicken was also super crispy and very juicy and tender on the inside and whatever sauce that came on the side of it is so addicting. The tiger shrimp was also good, though the menu said it came with a romanesco cauliflower, but the dish was served with broccoli. The snow pea shoots are one of my favorite vegetable dishes and, in my opinion, was just a little overcooked and doesn't need the garlic oyster sauce that comes on top.
