I came kind of at a in between hour between lunch and dinner and I still got very good service even though it was very slow at the time. It's very large restaurant and can host probably 200 people. I would say everything had kind of an Asian Cajun flair. As far as the seasonings and the spices went. Otherwise, you could get traditional seafood, and they had an extremely large menu which I was kind of surprised about. Located right on Harmony it's really easy to find. We started with the Steelhead Carpaccio. Delightful flavors of salmon, grapefruit, and pistachio prop up the lime cream. All at once makes for a delicious and complex play on a basic Carpaccio. Mains: I went with a Crab Caccio e Pepe, a delicious creamy take on crab and pasta. Just the right amount of Grana Padano and black pepper create the underlying notes for this crab and pasta dish. Delicious. Wife N went with the Blackened Ahi. This was extremely tender, and cooked perfectly (which is to say, absolutely raw with the exception of the flawless eighth-inch sear all around). It took us over 30 minutes to have somebody take our drink order and another 15 minutes for those drinks to arrive. We were seated with a happy hour menu, which was over and I had to ask the bartender for a drink menu and wine list. My water glass was very dirty and nobody ever came by the table in 90 minutes to refill our water. We were seated right next to the bar too. We were continually informed by our waitress and a barback that things were slow due to the large party in the other room. After 90 minutes passed and we still had not received our food, we asked to speak to the manager. When the manager came to our table, she did not introduce herself, so we had to assume she was the manager. Rather than own the mistake, she proceeded to throw our waitress under the bus. Our waitress was great and doing the best she could, but the restaurant was severely understaffed. They offered us free bread. We finally decided to get up and walk out and leave without being served our food. The manager chased us out the front door to bring our food in to-go boxes and as we were leaving, the entire hockey team was also leaving and getting back on their bus. So in the time we arrived for our reservation and after 90 minutes without being served, they came, ate and left. We were told this was a learning moment for her waitress, however, should be a learning moment for management to staff appropriately or just close the restaurant down to feed 50+ hockey team members.
