The super nachos have liquid cheese not authentic melted cheese. It was liquid cheese over the top of the chips and meat. That's it! I was so disappointed. 9.99 what a waste. Came in for the first time to buy fish ceviche and tostadas. The prices were fair. The ceviche was delicious and was about $6. These Tajin tostadas are amazing! I will be coming here again. So yummy. Plenty of parking and the workers were friendly. Everything was clean and organized. read more

This is a nice supermarket and you can request to get their ad texted to you which is nice. The prices are comparable. The place is clean and have a variety of Latino food and brand name. The butchers are nice n friendly. I've not tried their prepared food (tacos etc) but there's always people ordering so must be good. I recommend it. read more

This is a wonderful meat market. I've been going here for about a year. I found out about it from several of my clients. They all raved about it. Glad I decided to go. I tell everyone about this place, including my husband that visits frequently for burritos. This morning, I was very excited to go to Maya to get our weekly meat and a burrito. When we arrived my husband and I discussed what we wanted from the menu. When we were ready to order, I realized we were not in line like I thought we were. So I slipped in on the closest side of the line indicator. Luckily no one was in line behind me at that time. Very soon after a man was behind me being helped by another associate. The woman that was ready to help me asked if I was with the man that had already started ordering behind me from another lady...I said no and she said I have to get in line. There was no line.... I thought this behavior was really uncalled for. I decided not to order a burrito because I was really offended by what she said. Not really sure why she was so rude. Very dissapointing and I let it ruin my mood. Lol. Anyway, help this girl learns better customer service and enjoys her job a little more at some point. The bakery is amazing, the bread is always delicious and the Birthday tres leches cakes are *chefs kiss*! If you're looking to buy high quality meat at a great price.. this is the spot! My favorite part of this carnicería is that it doesn't smell like one! Veggies look fresh the shelves are stocked and clean no clutter and the bakery is oh my! The deli area looks amazing and you definitely don't want to miss out on the goodies in the aisles. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER FROM LUPITA in the hot food department . She is not personable and very rude . She does not help one customer at a time she pushes people over and talks on the phone while a customer is at the register. Although the store is a very clean place and the cashiers at the front are very kind , she kills all the customer service and it does not look professional to have someone be so rude to all customers at the hot food department. While I was there not only was she rude to me there was a gentleman asking if the beans were spicy and she walked up to him and yelled, well yeah they have chile in them . Mayas needs to rethink who they put at the front of the customer service counter. And who they call "manager" as she stated she is the manager of the hot food department. read more

Ok the grocery store is clean but I don't like that they don't have a public restroom. I take medication that makes me urinate a lot and I had to use the bathroom badly no public restroom. So I looked at the other stores around them some were closed and the other little bakery store didn't have one. So I went across the street at seven eleven they also said no restroom. That is inconvenient for the customers. Also I ordered fried fish it was very salty I couldn't even eat it. I think that lady did that on purpose. She is rude. Bad customer service!!!! Best Mexican food and the tamales are sooooo good. The bakery offers a variety of sweets. Traditional Mexican pastries, tres leches, flan, and 2 of my favorite, red velvet and cheese cake! Today, I got a dozen tamale mix of pork and chicken. They are soooo good. Right amount of meat filling in proportion to the masa. Both are seasoned well. The supermarket is very well organized and clean Staff are friendly and give excellent customer service. All the food items I have tried have not disappoint. I love Maya Market. Their Harris Ranch Meat department is awesome with great quality meat. As well as their bakery department. I've noticed that, they're still working on consistency regarding their prepared hot meals. They'll get there. I enjoy this market. Really great place for grocery shopping close to home! I used to have to go to Fairfield to get cakes and meats, but since they opened it's a lot closer they even have reward points and you can get a free carton of eggs ! Super cool! On one occasion I ordered 2 burritos and 2 tacos ..when I got home I had only 1 Taco..Went there yesterday ordered 2 ham breakfast burritos and 1 Taco figured I would only order 1 Taco was pretty sure I would get that anyway I got home and started eating my burrito and it had no ham in it neither burrito had ham. A lot of people were in the store ordering food and the kitchen isn't very big so you may have to wait. The store is clean and bright with lots of potions for meat. WOW. Just, wow!! This is the one grocery store in town (perhaps with the exception of the Nuggett) that has mastered the art of customer service. I went there for the first time yesterday and was helped by Marianita in the meat/deli department. Marianita was knowledgeable and professional but what I found most refreshing was her friendly, warm and helpful attitude. I could gush about Marianita all day, but the store is also deserving of praise; all the shelves were plentifully and beautifully stocked; the meat selection has rows and rows of raw but also prepared ready-to-cook meat. The bakery? Oh my! Tons of in-store made cake, flans and Mexican bread. I could have spent all day browsing through the store! Back to Marianita: she let me try so many selections of salads, ceviches (both fish and shrimp), salsas, and even chicharrones, that I ended up buying all sorts of things that I wasn't planning to buy in the first place. That is what excellent customer service can accomplish for a store! Yesterday was my first time there and I am headed out today to stock up for the game tomorrow.
