was craving for some popcorn chicken. The popcorn chicken at mayflower dumplings express are solid!! The popcorn chicken is juicy, not too much breading, I love the panko breading that gives it a good crunch. tasted really good with the sweet chill sauce. The portion size was good as well,l. Definitely will come back for it, I phone order and it was ready in 10 minutes.

Small restaurant. Menu is pretty good. We ordered the Mongolian beef, shrimp fried rice, pork dumplings, cucumber salad, and the beef noodle soup. Food was quick and delicious. Prices are reasonable. The staff was really nice and the service was great.

Great service, the lady helping us was very patient with our large order, great appreciated. The seating area comfortable with party of 8 and the restroom was clean and tidy. The food we shared: Pork Xiao Long Bao(8), has peanuts, Chow Mein (shrimp and chicken), House Steamed Dumpling(8), Vegetable Steamed Dumpling(8), Fried Cheese Wonton, and the garlic eggplant stir fry. Everything was delicious, would recommend any of the dishes we tried, especially liked the garlic eggplant stir fry soooo flavorful!!

What a great place. Enjoyed a delicious order of Chicken Fried Rice and Spicy Chicken Dumplings that were cooked to perfection. I was also given a small container of Mango Pudding for dessert which was delicious as well

My favorite restaurant! They have the best dumplings, I keep going back for more of the steamed pork / beef dumplings and they come with a yummy dipping sauce. So flavorful! also the woman working was so nice. I highly recommend 5 Stars 10/10 would 100% recommend :)

I truly don't know where to start! My girlfriend and I discovered this place not too long ago and we have been coming here ever since! The service is 1000/10, the lady that is always at the front is super sweet! The inside is really nice and super clean as well! The food is amazing and sooo fresh every time we eat here or take to go. We always get the fried rice and the chicken wontons w/ spicy sauce! They even give like a mango jello at the end and it's so refreshing to eat right after! We recommend this place to everyone!! Definitely come here if you want a better price point for the same food that you can get at the other place

Came here Sunday afternoon for lunch and it wasn't to packed till we started ordering the line went out the door! It went by fast and the food came out not too long after ordering. The only thing that took long was our drinks but there is just one girl in the front taking orders and making the drinks so it wasn't her fault. Still everything we got was so good and the drinks were yummy not too sweet! There's a limited amount of seating inside. You can't sit till you order food. I really like it and will come back !

Food was good and the prices made it a lot better. Very affordable. Service was quick. Ambiance was nice. Didn't expect the food to be as good as it was because the prices were so good. 5 stars chicken wonton soup. Wontons were above average in size, and they had lots of flavor. Good soup 5 stars spicy chicken wontons. Just like the soup the wontons were good. Spice level seemed like medium. This was good. 5 stars braised beef noodle soup. Beef had a lot of flavor, was tender, and overall good. Noodles were nice. Broth was good.

OK, to start coming inside as a first timer was very awkward and kind of confusing. When we walked inside, there were people sitting down and we saw food getting brought to them. The worker did not acknowledge us and we stood there, trying to figure out do we have a seat and they come to us? Do we wait and have them tell us where to sit or do we order out front? It wasn't until I approached the worker and asked that we were finally given an answer of you order upfront and have a seat anywhere. The restaurant was very clean and mostly quiet with faint sound of the TV in the background playing a war movie. To start off with the three things that we love the most was the walnut shrimp, the cucumber salad, and garlic broccoli. The walnut shrimp just might be the best one I've ever had. The shrimp pieces itself were huge! The coating they use on it, was very crispy despite being covered in the sauce. It came with a little bit of cabbage underneath it, which was a nice little touch. It alone would make me go back. The cucumber salad, had such a good flavor with a nice twist of some sort of chili pepper! It wasn't overbearing the spice level, but if you had a couple back-to-back, the heat was lovely building up!! This is my first time ever having some sort of salad like that and definitely changed the game for me. The next one was just mainly a health choice; the broccoli, and we always love it when someone does a basic right! The broccoli was nice and tender with a little bit of a crunch and had a lot of garlic on it so it tasted amazing. Very happy there. Moving on to the soup dumplings themselves the main reason why we went. We were very disappointing with them. Majority of them did not have any sort of liquid in them. We were grabbing them very gently to make sure they weren't ripping, looking at them to confirm no rips then taking a bite to see how much liquid were in them and a lot of them were bone dry. The flavor of the dumpling itself was very good; packed with a lot of meat, but no soup. Moving onto the beef onion dumplings that were pan fried. They were delicious, no complaint from us here; we were still satisfied with them. Looking aside the confusion at the start of the experience if the soup dumplings actually had soup this place would've been 100% gotten five stars. Everything else we experience was very pleasurable. It met our standards however that element itself is something we cannot look past, combine with the start is a reason why we gave it four stars instead of five. Something to know is that you are required to clean up after yourself so make sure you bring up your plates! We will be returning, however, we know what to order now!

I phoned in my order. I still rather speak with a real person. My order was ready and packaged ready in 15 min. Great service The braised beef noodles & soup were packed deconstructed for easy assembly. Included the chili oil for the heat spicy i asked for The wontons and soup were also packed separately. Everything was served at home hot, tasty delicious and not over done. More than enough for 2 Senior Citizens for late afternoon lunch

Savory, delicious XLB plus braised beef noodle, custard bun! I love how good everything tasted. The staff were very nice and attentive. Ambiance is casual and comfortable, perfect for lunch. Highly recommended!

Been meaning to try this place out for a while. Place was small but well maintained. The parking is in the back. I wish I would have gotten the ladies name that helped us out , she was super sweet and helpful. We were offered some mango jelly to try, so yummy ! We loved everything! The bulgogi deep fried dumplings are a must! The soup dumplings were okay not the greatest but not bad either . They were a little on the dry side . Love that they offer ginger , vinegar and soy sauce without you asking . Will definitely come back

I come here when I am craving dumplings and milk tea. Good food and quick service. I can taste the quality. I always take it out so I've never really been inside except to pick up my food, it's cute but small.

It feels like a younger team is running things now, making the service more efficient, while you'll still recognize some of the longtime employees that have been here for years. It's nice to see the tradition continue without losing what made this place special. Parking can be hectic since it's in a busy plaza, so I highly recommend arriving before 9:30 AM on weekends. The restaurant fills up fast, and the energy is always lively. Seating can be a little close for comfort at times, and you may end up dining right next to another party, but that's all part of the classic dim sum experience. The dining room is spacious and can easily accommodate parties of any size--from a table for one to large family gatherings of 20+. One change I noticed is there are fewer dim sum carts roaming around now. Instead, you can order most items directly from your server, which honestly makes it easier to get exactly what you're craving. The beverage cart still comes around with fresh fruit drinks, coffee, tea, and yes... even beer at 9 in the morning if that's your thing! If you want both dim sum and their lunch menu, plan to arrive around 10:30 AM. Lunch isn't served until 11:00 when the kitchen shifts over, so you can enjoy both in one visit. Our table was filled with all the classics. Such as har gow, siu mai, rice porridge with Chinese donut, and plenty more (definitely ordered more than we could finish). Don't forget to order the almond drink with the puff pastry as soon as you sit down because it takes about 30 minutes to prepare and is absolutely worth the wait. We also tried their newer weekend special, the fried tofu skin with shrimp, which my husband really enjoyed. One last tip: don't forget to check in on Yelp to save on wait time! Great service, authentic dim sum, and flavors that have stayed consistent for years. Seafood Cove 2 never disappoints and will always be my go-to spot whenever I'm craving dim sum.

[Parking]: Free parking in the rear and the parking spaces are shared with Hyatt House and Walgreens. [Amenity & service]: Small space with both indoor and few outdoor tables. A restroom is available. Our party waited approximately 20 minutes for the food even though the restaurant was only half full. [Menu]: Yelp's top highlighted items are Kurobuta Pork Soup Dumplings, Braised Beef Noodle Soup, and Pan Fried Pork Dumplings. *** Kurobuta Pork Soup Dumplings (6 pieces - $13.50): The skin was a bit thicker than I had expected and the broth had an average flavor. Steamed Chicken & Corn Dumplings (6 pieces - $13.00): I should have read the menu more closely as these steamed dumplings contained corn and I certainly wasn't expecting this ingredient. They tasted alright. Shrimp with Pork Siu Mai (6 pieces - $12.50): Ironically this appetizer order was probably the best of the three, but damn hefty price tags for 6 small pieces of pork siu mai. *** 3-star for the food but bump down due to (1) the food took a long time to prepare (20+ minutes) despite this being a fast-casual restaurant and (2) the portions were small relative to the somewhat expensive prices. This is the most disappointing restaurant I have experienced out of all the restaurants I have visited that are part of the Chubby Group.

This helped us get a table much faster than we would have than if we had just shown up and waited. We ordered the large family meal, and there were 12 of us. We also ordered the Newport Lobster, fish fillet with black bean sauce, and an extra shrimp fried rice. Overall, I think the food was good, and the prices are reasonable (except the lobster, which was pricey, as you might expect from anything listed as "market price"). Most of us in the group thought the fish fillet with black bean sauce was the best. I thought it was very good, but not necessarily fantastic. (There are other Chinese restaurants that do it a little better.) The sauce was very good, but the fish wasn't quite as tender as it can be. Definitely a solid 4 stars. Other dishes were good. I think the scallop soup could have been great for some people, but my wife and I both hate cilantro, and there was a ton of cilantro. The pork was also good, and my friends thought the clams were also really good. I found the fried rice a bit bland. And for both the lobster and the crab, they could have made them a little easier to eat by cracking the shells a bit more for us. I hate fighting with my food ... And there was a fair amount of fighting on these 2 dishes. The lobster cost almost much as all the other dishes combined. It certainly looked amazing. And the sauce was very good. But I found most of it a bit overcooked. Maybe it was our fault for asking for a big one. Maybe a smaller lobster might have been cooked a little less. The great sauce (along with the fighting with the shell) might have covered up the fact that the meat was actually a bit tough and rubbery. I don't think I'd order this again. The service was very friendly and pretty fast. And, again, other than the lobster, the pieces were pretty reasonable.

Our servers were attentive and friendly. I think it helped that my friend was a familiar customer. We came on a Monday afternoon around 11:30 and It was early enough where parking was still available. We ordered the classic dishes, including salt and pepper fried pork chopsand salt and pepper fried shrimp, but the taste this time around left a lot to be desired. These two dishes lacked the crunchiness and flavors that these fried entrees are supposed to showcase. We found the pork chops to be dry and tough, as if it was prepared a while ago and sitting out for some time before it made its way to our table. The shrimp was not impressive either. At least the shaking beef or bo luc lac was good. The beef chunks were tender, and the flavors were on point. Bonus points for the broth that is complimentary during lunch. Also the complimentary orange slices were a nice touch to end our meal. We'd still return for the lobster and noodle when the occasion comes up.

The only sushi protein available is shrimp or krab so I definitely wouldn't recommend them for sushi. We also had an order of the chicken egg rolls. They had a good crisp on them, and the serving size was generous and very filling. The sweet chili dipping sauce had a good mix of sweetness with a little heat. They tasted fine, but it seemed like they were pre-made and lacked a little freshness. Finally, we tried an order of the spicy shrimp wontons off the dim sum menu. It comes with ten wontons, and the shrimp were good but the wontons were a little mushy. They had a nice heat that slowly creeps up on you after a few seconds. Service started out ok as we were able to place our order within ten minutes, but it then got progressively slower. I think there were only two other occupied tables and our three items took almost 25 minutes to come out. After the food arrived, we didn't see a server again for quite a while. Final rating 3.6 stars. These are the times I wish Yelp let you use half points because this experience was right in between 3 and 4 stars. I guess I'll round up to four stars for the relaxing patio and ambiance which is probably even better after dark.

Ordered takeout for lunch over the weekend and was very satisfied!…read more We ordered: -spicy chili oil wontons -scallion pancakes and beef roll -pan fried buns -xiao long bao -green beans -cucumber salad -popcorn chicken Everything was delicious! The beef with the scallion pancakes was sooo tender. The cucumber salad was extra refreshing with the perfect balance of savory and tangy. You also can't ever go wrong with spicy wontons, pan fried buns, popcorn chickens, or braised green beans. Yum! Huge bonus: the restaurant is directly connected to Ben Gong's Tea. Loooove the osmanthus milk tea! I'd recommend subbing out the crystal boba and rice with regular boba and tea cubes.

This used to be called Harbor Garden…read more Food here is still delicious, although a bit oily but that's expected for Szechuan food. Mine and my bf's go to are the dry fried green beans, mapo tofu, Chong Qing Spicy Chicken, and Yang Chow fried rice. These are more than enough for two people and we always have leftovers to take home. The mapo tofu pairs soooo well with the fried rice and my bf loves the chicken. Green beans are flavorful and crispy as well! Hot and sour soup is HUGE. They aren't consistent in making this because some days it's the perfect balance of tangy and spicy flavor, but other times its tooooo sour. The restaurant is very spacious. I love that you can just order via QR (on your phone).
