Did someone poop in the guac
    Busamaniac34 ..

What has happened to this place? Didn't give us the correct order the guacamole is old and the food is not what it used to be. Save your money and go to taco bell way better food. The staff was great but does not make up for quality of food. So sad to see this place go down hill after being the go to for so long.

We always enjoy coming to Mazatlans. Poncho is the best. He is very entertaining and always remembers us!!! Thank you so much for having us.

The receipt I signed said $59.99

Our food took forever to make it to us due to cook change apparently, but the topper on the whole day was our bill was $59.99 my card was charged $71.99. and I left him a $10 cash tip.....wtf is wrong here? I'm very upset they think they can just. Slip an extra 20 in on their tip wtf who raised you.??

    Tortilla soup.

We were in the area visiting a friend and I was in the mood for some chicken tortilla soup. We saw this restaurant and decided to stop in. What can I say? It was a disappointing lunch. The complimentary chips were fresh and good, the salsa had the appearance and consistency of tomato soup with a little chunks of tomatoes in it. Never had salsa that bad before. Ordered the chicken tortilla soup and was excited for it since I was looking forward to it. OMG. It was horrible!! It was very diluted with bits of grilled chicken in it and lack any flavor. I wouldn't mind paying $14.99 for a bowl of soup, but at least it should be enjoyable. (Costco has better tortilla soup then this place). My husband ordered the deluxe tostada salad. It didn't look appetizing therefore I didn't try it. He said it was difficult to enjoy because it was very liquidly. Guess when they put the Chile Colorado in the salad it was way too much sauce therefore making it very soupy and overly wet. He mixed it before I could get a picture of it.

Two enchiladas- one chicken, one cheese, with rice and beans

We've been dining at Mazatlan for years. We just moved from Everett and used to patronize that location. It's a family-run chain of restaurants in this area. The food is just okay. Apparently they use the same recipes and ingredients across locations, but it doesn't taste quite the same down here. My go-to is the kids meal enchilada with pinto beans inside of the enchilada (meat isn't my thang), add avocado, and a side of corn tortillas. The enchiladas are just average. The avocado adds a nice creamy topping- especially with a touch of sea salt. You can't order a kid's meal online using their order system- it's not listed. You need to call to order that. The enchiladas are gluten-free. I've never had a reaction but I don't have celiac- I'm just NCGS/non-celiac gluten-sensitive. The chips and salsa are good. The salsa tastes like it does at the other Mazatlan locations- spicy and chunky. Sometimes they give you a confusing amount of chips- like half of a very small bag with four entrees. Like. Whut? My husband gets three chicken enchiladas with rice and beans and he says it's solid. Pros: Online ordering Fast service Solid food Vegetarian option for enchiladas that isn't cheese Pretty restaurant (although we've only done takeout because of COVID) Friendly and efficient service Supporting a local family They're really friendly on Instagram (this matters to me mmkay?) Easy parking Cons: Can't order a kid's meal online Price adds up quickly- even with three kid's meals and one adult entree Confusing chip portions Not all staff are educated about allergens

Heaven, thats what we call this

My hubby and I wanted to try a new place for Valentine's day. We were so happy that we stopped here. Their drinks are so tasty and the chips perfect. My husband had the fish tacos and i of course stole a bite and now they are all i want. My chile relleno was soooo good. We will be back many times!!!!

EXTREMELY watered down red sauce and way too much cheese. Probably to add more volume to my small enchilladas.

Revolting food. Almost non existent service. Really really bad. The enchiladas and even salsa were bad.

This place is just fine for Mexican food. The staff is friendly enough, but we always end up with spending a ton of money even on take out.

The fried zucchini were prepared in a manner that we haven't seen before - long, flat pieces. Excellent! My wife had the Sloppy Joe - and she couldn't have been more pleased. Seasoned to perfection. I opted for a Wedge Salad, which was another item prepared in a way I hadn't seen before either - it wasn't a big rock-like salad, it was sliced and laid sideways. Perfect. and with lots of bacon! We'll definitely be back to Crockett's! (We'll just have to find a reason to go to Puyallup.)

Came here per their suggestion, because I'm a food snob, and I'm glad we did. Cool little place, super clean, nice decorum, yada yada yada. Our server was Jessica T. I am very neurotic, and she was very patient, and even engaged in back and forth banter. She came to take our drink order, and if you know me, I always have a lot of complex requests. I started off ordering a boring vodka and soda, but then switched it up to cucumber vodka with muddled lime and mint with soda. Visibly and vocally unperturbed, she took my order along with my counterparts. The bartender whipped me up a couple of those bad boys and let me tell you, it was refreshment level: EXPERT. And props to the bartender, whom I thanked on the way out. After I drink order, I started ordering all sorts of ish. We had, an order of grilled sourdough, which was phenomenal and I'm actually going to start making that at home, if I ever get there, me and my (non-romantically involved, strictly platonic cuz I don't swing that way) partner both had the Cavatappi Ragu, and his wife had something with meatballs, that's all I can really remember. Man, even a my standards the food was so good. I'm very grateful that my folks picked up the check, and I feel bad because I ordered so much stuff, which I wasn't expecting because I went Ham on the menu, but damn man.... I think you can actually eat cheaper at a comparable restaurant in LA... Prices were pretty high. Even for me hahaha BUT all that being said, the next time I come see these clowns, I want to go back! Very good experience, very good food, very good service. ***DISCLAIMER*** This pure, uncut, honest review is federally protected under Federal Law by way of Bill #EO14149. Most of my family had never been here but the staff was patient and helpful with the orders. I shared fried chicken with my wife, and ordered the meat combo fried rice. We ordered three blue raspberry slushies, but the server brought only one slushy and two iced teas instead. When bringing the drinks, she spilled an iced tea on my brother, forcing him to go change. When we politely explained the mistake and asked if we could exchange the untouched iced teas for the slushies we originally ordered, the server was dismissive, insisted "that's what you told me," and refused to remove the incorrect drinks from the bill. In the end, my brother never even received his drink. While we tried to resolve the issue calmly, the lack of accountability and poor service really ruined what was supposed to be a special celebration. We shall never eat there again which is a shame since the food was good but the service ruins it.
