Took my food no receipt for refund. I paid $15.27 to the deli and when question why a half sandwich cost roughly $12.50 and a whole 12" cost $14.50 no answer. I actually really liked my meal. I ordered from the "choose 2" and chose the South west turkey melt and Savannah chopped salad with dried cranberries and honey roasted almonds. This particular location is a kind of spacious, but the space to order is very narrow and the only menu is up on the wall behind the register. So, you'll always end up in someone's way. (If there are smaller take home menus, the cashiers need to start passing them out to people instead of staring at me as I struggle to find side items). I like McAlister's. The place is always clean and the wait to order is never too long. The food is decent enough. My food has always come out warm, not hot. Minimal ingredients are used and for the money that you pay, a little more chicken on my sandwich wouldn't hurt. I love love their big flat sugar cookies and the sweet tea. The service here has always been average. Younger folks that are always 50/50. Either really great or insanely disinterested. This may be the 5 or 6th time I've had an issue with this location. I keep ordering because I enjoy McAlisters, but at what point is training or store observation going to be inacted? I ordered a choose 2 - jalapeño turkey crunch (Nothing was modified yet there is no avocado and half a pickle) and a Southwest chicken salad (modified with no tomatoe and no relish, adding jalapeño and I PAID for an extra dressing that I continuously never received and for some reason cheese was also omitted). The grace that I have given this location is beyond measure. The constant lack of attention is ridiculous. I was contacted by a someone acting a district manager (Corey J. Darden) in September regarding a similar issue promising VIP cards for the "inconsistencies with your meal." This was never resolved. At this point, I have no clue what to do besides not ordering from this establishment - which sucks because it is the only one in my area. read more

YUM! McAlisters is one of my go-to lunch spots. I just love their French Dip (I sub the cheese for Swiss and it's soooo good). I also really enjoy the baked potato soup. This is one of those places where you order at the counter and then they bring your food to the table. It's always quick and consistent. The staff walks around the restaurant to check on you and will bring refills if requested and you leave your dishes on the table when you are done. I really like this place. It has a cozy diner type atmosphere although it is loud like a sports bar around lunch time. I was a little overwhelmed by the gigantic menu but finally settled on the Spud Max. I knew it would be a BIG potato but I had no way of knowing it would be as big as my head. This is a great place to eat. Food is always good. However, don't believe in the McAllister's Reward program that they so proudly advertise on the window. I emailed the company from the app AND the website about the rewards program as to WHY ITS NOT WORKING and still haven't heard back from them. My husband and I have asked two different managers about it and all they say is they are aware that the system has been down for a few weeks and that they're working on it. Well, it's been a few months now! We used to receive offers on the rewards app on a regular basis but haven't seen ANY offers in SEVERAL months! Don't think you're going to earn anything now! Also, when I signed up on the app a year ago it asked for my birthday because they email you some kind of deal in your birthday month. Well my birthday was in March and I still haven't received anything. My husband received a $5 off coupon in November of last year. We used to eat here about once every two weeks and enjoyed receiving the offers on their rewards program.
