I was super disappointed about my drive thru visit! I ordered a bundle deal, a couple of other items and large fries. We received the 3 medium size fries in large boxes and every single person that grabbed a fry complained of no salt. So of course my bf went in because he hates when I complain. He brought back full fires and handed them out. Once again they all complained no salt. He of course not wanting to put any out decided to run back in and grab salt packets dump the fries into the bag and add his own salt. I called the manager who insisted she put salt. FYI I was a restaurant manager for McD's for 5 years and know the reason for the lack of salt is because the salt shaker is either dirty as hell or clogged because it's almost empty. Do you think this lady apologized? Nope she insisted there was more than enough salt. Great job! read more

I did a mobile order in preparation because I was cutting it close on time and when I got there 15min after ordering 1 fry and a drink they said they hadn't gotten it even though I had already paid and do they had to make it from scratch when they realized they just skipped over my order. The wait is always so long for the drive thru, about twenty minutes for a single person order so I always opt to drive out of my way to go to the one on old canal Rd for better service. So, I came here for research. I was originally looking at In n Out for a late-night food trip, but there were about ten cars in line, so I left to go home until I saw MickeyDees had about three people in line so I thought, yup, that's the spot. I had passed Burger King (inconsistent) and Carl's Jr. (unabashedly objectifying... well, at least in the commercials), so I thought, ok, I can do McD's. Well, it was a bad decision. The line took FOREVER. By the time I got my single Big Mac (sans pickles), I had finished MUCH later past my In N Out patrons. Then, appropriately, Katy Perry's "The One That Got Away" came on the radio, and I was bummed for the decision I had made. Conclusion: Go with In N Out. The 3 stars? Well. Big Macs are consistent. Simply awful employee behavior/customer service. During my less than 30-second drive thru exchange this morning, I overheard one of the employees (who was making drinks near the window) refer to customers as "f****rs" and then say "they probably think I'm r******d". All the while, the other employees simply laughed or ignored it. The employee was a larger Caucasian man with scruff and a man bun. I know he must have assumed I couldn't hear him from my car, but that does not make his language or behavior acceptable in any case. Hopefully management addresses this issue promptly. read more

Ordered three deluxe breakfasts. Any other McDonald's I have been to would have the common sense to provide, without me asking, three syrups and three fork and knife sets in the bag. You can not fix stupid. This is my first one star given so kudos to this McDonalds. We go to fast food places to get a simple order fulfilled in a reasonable amount of time. Otherwise I would just go to a regular restaurant. My order: two Big Macs, no lettuce and no middle bun. Pretty simple right? Well, I get my order in the drive thru and head off. I open that well known Big Mac box and low and behold mounds of shredded lettuce. Even better right on the box it says "no lettuce". They did remove the middle bun though, but having it be shredded I had to take it back. So I flip a u turn and go back into the drive thru. Now they did apologize for this mistake and would fix it right away. Few minutes later I get two new burgers and when I inspect them I am pleased to find no shredded lettuce. But wait, is that? No there is no way that they now put a middle bun back in the burger. Yes they did. I was not going to return those because it is an easy enough fix on my side. I just do not get how simple directions can not be followed or understood. If something simple as a burger order is messed up what else do they forget to do? Leave food not refrigerated, not check expiration dates, not wash their hands? Yea I do not want to find out. It appears that someone else had a similar experience as me, and I am guessing mine will not be the last. read more

Brand spankin' new location of McDonalds! The interior is really nice and I dig their new soda machine with a touchpad and more customizable flavors (you can add things like cherry, lime, etc. onto your coke or sprite, for example). Despite that, they're clearly disorganized and still getting their act together, as multiple employees weren't sure about some of their promotions and even management wasn't too helpful either. They also mixed up my order with someone else's, forgot to give me a cup for the drink I ordered and overall, most of the employees seemed frazzled and confused. Hopefully they can work out these kinks fairly quickly, considering they have stiff competition with In-N-Out just across the street! read more

I wanted to give this place a chance once more, I really did! unfortunately it's still a disappointment as when i first paid a visit on their opening month. This evening i went to go grab a bite on my own and decided to use one of their kiosks that they have on the left hand side as soon as you walk in. I placed an order sat down and put on my noise cancelling headphones to clear up some white noise from the kitchen. I placed my number on the edge of my table and started listening to my podcast as I waited for my food to arrive, 10mins go by and I realize its taking longer than your usual wait time at McDonald's. There wasn't really anyone on the dining floor besides an elderly couple having dinner 2 tables over. I ignore it and continue listening to my podcast. 2mins go by, and the lady from 2 tables over grabs my attention and ask if I'm number 674. I respond "ah, yes" as I remove the left side of my headphone to hear myself speak. "I think your food is ready" she responds back. "Thank you" I said. I approach over to grab my food and I bring my table number with me. "What's the point of having this then?" I asked calmly. No one says anything, not one word. All the workers in the kitchen look at me like they don't know what I'm saying, so one of them takes my table number with an awkward silence and puts the number away without saying anything and just continues to clean and attend back to the kitchen. This is the kind of shit that bothers me the most, all the employees I've encountered here at this location seem lifeless and shallow, no one here gives good service and no one cares as much to put any effort into it. If you don't care about the service here then be my guest, otherwise you're gonna get bad customer service from time to time at this McDonald's. read more

Came here around 10ish after the movies. The food was good but ALL the tables were dirty! I thought we could find at least one clean table but no they were all dirty. another thing that bothered me was the fact that the person preparing the food in the kitchen had only one glove on and was touching the cheese and the bread and everything else with her other hand. Also the napkin dispenser was out of napkins. This location can be much, much cleaner and train their staff to be more attentive when it comes to restocking or handling the food. read more

Went there and got two meals as I asked her for more ketchup she has the nerve to say that they no longer have more ketchup anymore. This location just opened a few weeks ago and is one of the cleanest McDonald's that I've been to. It seems to be doing well as it was pretty busy for a weekday. Parking was pretty full due to other businesses in the area, but you'll be able to find something. The customer service was nice and business as usual and the Big Mac tasted exactly as I expected. Well my girlfriend and I have been going to this McDonald's since it opened. We've had problems at this location with mistakes on our orders and especially through drive-thru. But when I talk to the manager the next time I eat inside the restaurant they make good on their last mistake the last time I was there. So that's a good thing. But it seems like their getting to be like every other McDonald's now. You figure there's some growing pains when you first open up and a few months after that. But it really is starting to get bad there. We were there last night ordered just a couple of ice cream sundaes and got those quick but our single fry it took 20 mins to get it while people that order full meals after us got theirs before us. Not only that the place was a absolute mess too with in the store. They had a full staff but nobody keeping the tables and the floors clean. What they need is good management all the time there to keep on top of their employees especially on the weekend nights. They have one employee that comes to mind that's really good and his name is Anthony. He's a hustler doesn't just sit around and do nothing while he works he fines something to do and he seems to really care about the customers. Maybe they should look at him. read more

Order hot fudge sundae, but it doesn't come with the hot fudge or the peanut.
