I got a Artisian Grill chicken Sandwich. 4.79...I watched how they made it. Ingredients were fresh looked good. Who the hell thought this up and what idiots buy it on a weekly or daily basis? This is a tasteless piece of rubbery chicken breast. NO FLAVOR . Texture just awful. This is my first and last time for this nasty item. On plus side my shake was good. Oh yes. I used my debit card. Restaurant was clean. Food was normal for McDonald's and decent. The thing I have to complain about is the service. They have the kiosk for you to order your own food but I opted out of that since a couple of our orders had changes to them and I wanted to make sure it was correct so I went to the register. Person at the register was less than thrilled to see me standing there. He had an attitude like he just didn't want to be there . So if that's the case , get a new job. Always a wrong order or a busted soda machine. It was busted one morning so I said give me an orange juice. They up charged me. I said you can't up charge me when what I wanted isn't available. Went right over their heads. This last time they wanted me to pull to spot 2. I said there's no one behind me, why do I need to pull off so you can take longer bringing my order. That went over their head too. I didn't move and they gave me my order missing items. Bad service. Had to order at kiosk. Ordered a frappe to be told after order the machine is down. They said they could not give refunds. Kiosk did not give receipts so people were getting other peoples food. No napkins available except behind the counter. Food was mediocre for McDonald's. I walked into tell them they gave me the wrong order. The lady walked back, then came over and asked if I wanted a bacon egg and cheese Mc griddle instead? Why would I want what I didn't order? Went to this McDonald's to order a two drinks. The two cars in the two-lane drive thru ahead of me both left after waiting so long for any service. So, I just pulled through and decided to go in. Because it was Easter Sunday and I figured I wouldn't want to work either. So, went in, and one guy said be with you soon and then ignored me for like 10 minutes until I walked out. They don't add any of the extra items you paid for (ex. cheese or bacon on a McChicken).Then once you call to get it fixed the phone rings once then goes straight to voicemail. They won't pick up no matter how many times you call. Say they added the code and will still charge you full price. This is the worst McDonalds i've ever been to. read more

If this​ is the​ case​, have these people go to a Spanish country and speak all Spanish they want and they willnot hae to suffer to serve Americans. Why does it always take so little no to get food from this McDonald's. They are either constantly under staffed or under manage. I usually drive across the bridge to the McDonald's on college parkway to avoid the wait time her. It's not like there was a line of cars around the block. There was 3 cars ahead of me. I sat in my truck do 15 minutes get to the window and my food still isn't ready. Now I'm sitting in a parking spot waiting for my for and still haven't received it. They have taken the fast out of fast food. I recommend going down the road to the McDonald's on college parkway it will be way faster and worth the two dollars for the bridge. I come here often and it's almost always a bad experience. It's MC Donald's so I know what to expect & it's why I'm coming here but every time I leave disappointed. Never in my life have I had so much grease on my burger that the buns are soaked, dripping.. until I came here. It could be a double quarter pounder or a plain double cheese I always end up with a wet bag. Today was a quarter pounder. My bottom bun completely soaked. The box it came in soaked and soggy and the bag dripping grease. This is completely unacceptable. They skimped on the fries. Unsalted, half empty and cold. Not to mention all the times I'm the only person in line then I have to park only for them to walk out a mess similar to what I just described. This isn't the first time my meal was like this. Horrible!! They need teach the managers customer service!!! I went through the drive through and I pulled away and then stopped and checked by bag before leaving. Realized the French fries were missing so I parked by car, grabbed the bag of food and went inside. The manager looked at me and said " do you have a receipt?" Lucky for me I thought to grab my wallet when I got out of the car. Really- he thought I parked my car, Wales in with my food, to try and get a free order of $1.00 French fries?! So he looks at the receipt, turns around and tells them he needs an order of fries. He hands me the bag and says "here's your fries" and turns his back on Me. Not one l'm sorry or I hope you'll come back- nothing. So I guess he thinks it's ok to be in a hurry, go thru the drive thru, park your car, dig in your purse for a receipt and be thankful that he gave me the fries I paid for! Waited 20 minutes for order as the counter person said they were waiting for round eggs to be done. I asked them if they had to run to the farmers to get the eggs? Two lanes for drive through orders. I pulled into the outer lane. No other vehicles at drive through. A pickup truck pulls into inside lane & his order gets taken right away. Fluke, right? Another car pulls up behind me & an SUV pulls up on inside lane. There are now three cars behind me and the car that had just pulled up on inside lane starts to give his order. I pulled ahead to let them know the outside speaker was not working. "What was your order?" I didn't order. The intercom us apparently broken. Do you have a sign I can put up for you because there were three cars behind me. "Oh, (smile & hint of a giggle) sorry." I parked out in the lot & called to let.the mgr know of the apparent problem, "ok, I'll go make sure it's working". HELLO? NOBODY wants to sell a sandwich to me? This location is very close to my house and my teenage son LOVES mc flurries!! But we consistently get cold food and half filled mc flurries! Most of the time we get good service .. Last time I was there, the MANAGER was very loud and rude to us when we ask for a little more ice cream in the mc flurry. So now we either go to Santa Barbara McDonald's or Wendy's ... Then, a man came up and tried to pay with a coupon, and even the manager had no idea how it worked. It's unfair to rate a McDonald's like a sit down restaurant. It's fast food you get for less than $10. When it comes to a McDonalds this one is awesome. I've went about 6 times already and seen some of the same faces. The employees there are EXTREMELY nice. Food comes out lightning quick. Today I had to wait a very short time for my order. (Like not even 5 minutes) The manager came out and apologized personally and gave me a coupon for my next visit. I wasn't even mad the food was super fresh. I've never had a single stale fry from this location. I just get a sense that the management is good and the employees don't hate working. When it comes to a McDonalds this one is the Big Mac.
