I have been coming to this McD's consistantly at least once a month for the last two years and for what McD's offers and compared to other McD's this one is very good. Their frys are always hot, I like the chicken sandwiches on the dollar menu and customer service is always good. If you like McD's you will especially like this one. read more

Yep, as I go to write this, I see it has 2 stars. So I'll take it down a notch and give one. I just pulled through the 24 hour drive through (makes it impossible to walk back in to fix your wrong order) and I ordered a sriracha chicken sandwich which at first she said they didn't have, then said they do. Went through the drive through 10:45 on a Saturday night, it took 20 minutes. Partly because they messed up my order. I ordered a Big Mac, there was no cheese. Today I went to through the drive through to order a egg white turkey sausage bowl. Not only did they ask me to move up and park in that "reserved parking" for when your foods not ready... but they totally took a good 7 min while I saw other cars zoom off with their orders. I finally get to work....late because of the order and open the bowl and see a disaster of a bowl! The egg was literally an egg white delight without the bread. Horrible, horrible experience!!! Do not come here!!! I knew it was going to be bad when I saw it was attached to a gas station but I gave it the benefit of the doubt and boy did I regret it. Bad customer service, more interested in ordering food for themselves and chatting than helping customers. I placed my order and got my drink cup and when I went to get Coke there was no syrup. In fact there was no syrup in the Sprite or Orange Fanta fountains either. I wait for 5 minutes for them to fix it then gave up and ask them to give me Coke from behind the counter. I get it, go sit down drink it and it's flat. I wait for 5 more minutes for them to finally "fix" it and they change my soda and it's still not right. I give up. I sit down to eat my food and it's wrong. I ordered a big mac substitute shredded lettuce for leaf and they put on both. Fine, whatever. Then I check my mcdouble and it has onions even though I ordered no onions. I take it to the front to have them give me a refund and the cashier yells to the manager at the back of the store that I want a refund. The manager yells back instead of coming to the front. Drive thru is sometimes really fast and other times really slow. I think it just depends on how busy it is at the moment. Service is excellent here and the food is on par!! Located right for the 10 freeway, an easy stop for some McDonald's. read more

I'll give it 2 stars because the service is good 50% of the time. It's in the same area as the Chevron, and is next to the Greyhound Bus Station, so it gets a decent amount of traffic. I usually only get a chance to go here at night, and the service is always slow and not so great. They forget condiments, straws, and napkins so make sure to ask for it before you drive away. Most of the time, they have me pull forward past the window and they bring me my order after 10 minutes. Why do I go here? It's near my house and it's convenient. Wish I could give no stars, horrible service and food. Fries are always cold and stale, super greasy as well. I went about 10 min before 4 am hoping I can get a quick meal after work and said that it was only breakfast when there was clearly still time left to order for lunch. This place is the worst McDonald's I've ever gone to. I live right down the street from it, so I've given them a few chances to change my mind on their performance, but they simply do not care about the quality of their food. The fries are NEVER salted, and are frequently undercooked, or stale. I like McDonald's fish filet... but not at this location. The filets I've ordered from this place have been so hard even my cats weren't interested in tasting them, and on the last one, even the bun was hard, so it had obviously sat under the heat lamps for far too long. My husband claims he's gotten decent chicken nuggets from this location, but he agrees, their fries just aren't worth even trying. This is by far the worst McDonalds ever!!! Their late night drive thru is a joke. They are always out of the items we might want to order and then your stuck in the drive thru sea of cars because there is no early turn out. Tonight we waited over 20 minutes to find out they had no Chocolate Sundaes or Apple Pies. Then we had to wait until the staff took care of the orders ahead of us. I have never encountered such a horrible experience at such a famous/large franchise!!!! My husband and i were stuck purchasing a vehicle over 5 hours, all we wanted was a quick bite and to get to our home. Unfortunately, that was nowhere near what we experienced at this Mc Donalds last night!!! I was in drive through approximately 23 minutes before i got to the 1st window to pay. Upon arriving to the 2nd window we were waiting around 12-15 minutes. Through the duration of this wait i observed a thick Hispanic girl with glasses LICK her fingers, the cup she was serving herself with ice cream and her spoon in a disgusting manner aside the counters where a customers food is being finalized!!!! If this wasnt enough i watched an american worker horse play and also start to eat out of a cup like there had been no customer sitting there awaiting their order! This was ABSURD, these immature employees are eating, talking and playing while myself and the line of appx 6 cars waited. I honked, nothing. I send my sister inside they already had closed the lobby, i then Knocked hard on their window, NOTHING!!!!!! During that duration, not ONCE did a worker approached/acknowledge us sitting there waiting or care for the long line of cars nor the duration we had been waiting for our orders. FINALLY a tall thin kid approached and just handed me bag, didnt apologize for the long wait of even say one word!!! This tick my button & i asked for a manager, the boy then took back my bag of food and went to look for "JUAN" the manager. Suddenly this NASTY thick girl that had been eating disgustingly around our food wants to handle the situation & say there was no manager. Upon her asking " WHAT O YOU NEED A MANAGER FOR HE IS ON BREAK" i told her i needed to advise him of how long i was waiting for my food and how her eating was more IMPORTANT then the LONG LINE of customers!! The girl then said, " DID YOU FUCKING SEE ME EATING ON YOUR FUCKING FOOD?? DID YOU" i advised her to not talk to me in that manner and i now wanted a manger immediately to address this, she insisted NO MANAGER WAS AVAILABLE, told me to " FUCK OFF" and slammed the window shut. Then the manager approached the window as he had been there just staring. Juan the manager asked what the problem was i advised him and all he said was "okay ill talk to my employees". In no way did he handle this any better then the ghetto workers, the man doesnt even speak fluent English, i spoke to him in spanish. I never experienced a mc donalds this bad! First off, the line in the drive thru is always super slow! I get to the window to pick up my food and I nicley asked for extra sauce and the dude at the window was so rude about it. Its not like I didn't already pay for my food then I get told I had to pay for extra sauce? Since when did this ever happen? So anyway, I did pay for extra sauce and he still had an attitude, I'm sorry you hate your job but its not my fault. Then I get home to eat and I ordered fries with NO salt, a 20 pc chicken nuggets, and 2 mc doubles. First of all, my fries had salt! And you can tell they were fried more than once because they were not fresh & I could tell they were going stale! Then I bite one of my chicken nugget and they were also refried! Not fresh what so ever!!! Like who would want to eat this garbage?! Then my last compliment is the "napkins" which were not even napkins, they were ripped up paper towels!! This place is the worst! They were trying to force you to use the kiosk machine vs. waiting in line. The prices are higher when you use the machine vs. going to the counter. One gal behind the counter was arguing that they are not and said they are not supposed to let people order at the counter.
