Drive through your team 2/10 times will miss items such as a burger, fries or at times both from a combo and I have to park and go inside to get the rest. When using door dash or other food delivery your team 4/10 times will miss items but we are not able to retrieve missing items as it's a delivery. Corporation needs to come a shake you guys up a bit. And if they have already the corp. needs to take a look at who their district manager is and what they are actually doing and how they are holding people accountable to their standards. Every time I come to this McDonald's service is always quick! However tonight there was no one in drive through and our food took a little while. We ordered two large fries, a Big Mac and a fish filet. I have mostly avoided this location due to a bad customer service experience six months ago. I was on the way home and it was 108 so I didn't want to go out of the way. Lesson learned. I really should have gone to a different location. Ordered nuggets for everyone thinking it wouldn't be a problem. Then was asked to park and wait. I was hesitant and explained I'd had issues here before but would park if they promised to make sure everything was correct. 20 minutes later it wasn't the correct sauce for the nuggets, no straws and missing the happy meal drinks. Person claiming to be the manager named Jim said they ran out of the sauce. I asked for the manager he said he was the manager. I said ok can you please provide the general managers number and a complaint form. He started to get attitude and walked away to get the information then returns back with the correct sauce. If you run out of something that's beyond your control. Making someone wait in the parking lot for 20 minutes isn't acceptable. Having attitude toward someone because they want to express their concern about how you handled the situation is also unacceptable. read more

Every time my husband and I go through the drive-thru they always make us wait in the "reserved drive-thru" parking space. Though, we only order 2 breakfast sandwiches and 2 hash browns. Ordered two fish fillets and a double quarter pounder, or some such garbage. Our order had been under the heat lamp for at least four hours. The fish meat was gray and the outside of the fish sandwiches were burned. The double quarter pounder was also burned, the patties. Of course I phoned to allow them to make their excuses and no one answers the phone of the phone number on the receipt. Also, the phone number for any comments, no one answers that either. My advice, try Wendy's when you have to have junk food. Wendys is a much higher quality hamburger for sure. Definitely stay away from any McDonalds. I've witnessed the most screwed-up incident between the staff and the car in front of me. So on the first day of this year, 1/1/2024 around 4:15-ish, I heard a car in front of me yelling and body-shaming a guy who worked there by calling him fat and ugly and all the mean words to him. Then a lady came up, I assumed his manager maybe, apologized to that car after hearing that car body shaming her coworker like that. I was like what? Why would she apologize after her coworker got attacked by the customer like that but not protect her coworker, isn't she supposed to protect her coworker?? I work in the restaurant industry so I know, that not all customers are right and deserve to be treated right. TREAT PEOPLE LIKE HOW YOU WANNA BE TREATED. If she can't even protect her coworker, then she shouldn't be a manager, if she is one right now. So whoever is in charge, better train her again how to be a manager and how to protect her coworker. This McDonald's is nice and new and clean and fresh, but unfortunately it shows in the staffing. The location is also very nice and it is nice that it is attached to an AmPm, but the staff just seems like they are still New and learning the ropes. While here there was a lady just standing forever at the counter waiting for someone to take her order. She finally had to waive her hands and knock on the glass where all the employees seemed to be hiding just to get someone to come out and take her order. This is the kind of thing that you unfortunately begin to expect from McDonald's....the Wal-Mart of food.
