Their matcha is good, don't get me wrong. But size is a bit small, especially if they don't offer multiple sizes of drinks. As of August, they didn't have some drinks yet (like matcha einspanner, so keep that in mind.) I would suggest to have the menu placed elsewhere because I couldn't peruse the menu till I stood at hr register, which would be a problem if there was a line. I also think the staff could have been more welcoming and friendly. However, they were helpful in answering questions.

By the time I headed over for a drink though, there wasn't much pastries left so I had to head home with one hand empty. Bummer. Service is usually quick and they don't seem to get very busy, at least when I'm there. Price is a bit on the higher end, however, you can taste the difference with that first sip. I HATE this McDonald's location. I don't know what its like inside, but the drive-thru is horrible. Every time I have come here, there are young people, freaking childish employees working. I know its McDonald's but service should still be good, no matter where you go. The first bad experience that I can remember, a young girl was acting like a damn idiot at the register/1st window like she was drugs. The 2nd time I recently experienced a young guy, a moron to be exact, talking to my husband in the passenger seat, cracking a joke, asking me "can you smell that?" I asked "what, bbq?" He said "yeah, smells like sausage." He was saying this, because my purse was on my husband's lap, since he was digging for my wallet. What a jerk off! What are you implying? That my husband's a "fruit"?? (Please note, I am not homophobic, nor am I against the G/L population.) Then, we get to the next window. This guy was acting like a creep! When I say creep, I mean like the creepy witch in Snow White, leaning out of the window with an apple. I swear...that guy was handing me my order, half of his body sticking out of McDonald's, and almost inside our car window. These fools in the drive-thru are terrible. These kids think its a joke? Hope they don't keep their jobs for long. I truly hate this place. If I could give them a negative score, it'd be a negative five. Besides, when its not the morons working the drive-thru, they forget to give me the sauces for the Mcnuggets. Why even bother asking me which sauce? read more

I had bad experiences at this location. First of all the drive-thru is too tight. I got curb damage on my rims on my way out. The drive thru was built for compact cars and pruis drivers not everyday American cars. One day I came in the drive thru 25 minutes before closing time, and I could see people inside ordering at the same time. The cocky girl at the intercom told me that they were closed, that really pissed me off. They where clearly serving people inside and the driver that was before me, but decided to not serve me. Came in a week later with some co-workers, about 35 minutes before posted closing time, and the doors were locked and the workers acted like I was not even there. I would avoid this place, the employees there are not motivated to work and serve the customer. These incidents happened a couple months ago. Haven't gone back since. The one on El Toro is much better, they don't have a drive-thru, but it's still better. And Yelp stop deleting my reviews read more

I would normally never thought about reviewing a McDonald's, but the few times that I have come here I have to admit, this is by far the best McDonalds I have ever been. The service is extremely good here. Only after coming here do I realized that there are differences between McDonalds. It also shows that some people who owns McDonald franchises try to differentiate themselves from the usual chain. I sure hope that other fast food chains would emulate what they are doing over here. This McDonald's was the worst one I've ever had to experience. The service was so slow, and the manager did not greet us at all...other employees looked lost and kept complaining about how many orders they were supposed to be preparing...
