Went through the drive through this morning- ordered hot cakes and sausage and a drink. My drink is spilled on me as it is being handed to me and no apology from the woman at the window. Then I get my food, furious I drive away. I get to work, only to find that my hotcakes is missing the sausage, butter, syrup and utensils! SERIOUSLY? I will be avoiding this location from now on. I went through the drive thru this afternoon and noticed that the manager decided to help with the fries and was not wearing gloves. The lady that was helping at the window (who was very nice) seemed uncomfortable and she said she had asked him to wear gloves but he chooses not to. I spoke to this gentleman and he said that he wasn't required To were gloves !!!I think it is seriously unprofessional and puts everybody at risk for somebody to be handling our food and not even wearing gloves. 100% not going back and McDonald's should be ashamed for not taking things more serious during these times. read more

Went to McDonalds and went inside because there was a line of cars for the drive-through. Ordered one hot fudge Sundae. I asked for plenty of hot fudge and the employee complied. He put ice cream with the hot fudge in front of me and I asked where were the nuts, whipped cream & cherry . This place is by far the slowest one for the drive through. 10 minutes to get to the speaker and there were only 3 cars in front of me. Then another 5-10 minutes for the foods and pay. DO NOT EAT HERE!! MUST READ!!! This place is really gross. I ordered French fries well-done and the lady grabbed old fries and put them back into the fryer. I told her that I would not accept those fries and she responded in broken English with, "We don't serve fresh fries. The rotting ones need to be served first so we don't lose product." As this was happening I saw an employee drop a bun on the floor, pick it up, and serve it to someone at the drive through. I was absolutely disgusted and asked for my money back. The lady debated me for a few moments before refunding me my money. As I was leaving, a man approached the counter and he was very upset about the "frozen fish sandwich" he just ordered before me. There isn't much to say about Mcdonalds right? It's pretty much similar at each location. But wait, this location has a huge playplace for the kiddies, gets you through the drive thru smoothly and the dining room is open until 10:00p and the drive thru is open until 11:00p. (everyday) That is good for Foothill Ranch...let me tell you. Their service has also been extremely friendly and courteous. The managers go out of their way to take care of you. I asked to substitute iced coffee in my meal once and they did it for no extra charge...I went when it was slow...not at the lunch hour. Never expected that. Today was the best though. Evidently this is the first day that this location is serving Iced Mochas. So...they are free! As many as you want. We walked away with one for each of us. For no cost at all...nice! read more

i cant remember the last time i went to mcdonald. it was such a long long time ago.. my main reason for coming here is simply to collect the minions. i came here early in the morning after my workout but the happy meal isnt being offered until 10.30am. so i came back in the evening and the only minion they have is the bad guy. since im planning to collect all of the minions, having the bad guy as my first minion is something i dont mind at all. i never buy happy meal before so this is my very first happy meal and its not such a bad deal. for $3.99, you get a choice of chicken nugget or hamburger or cheese burger, a fries, a mini apple slice, and a choice of kids juice or chocolate milk or 1% low fat milk. i let my brother ate the happy meal since i never interested in eating any of those. service is better in the morning than it is in the afternoon. the server i got in the afternoon was so slow and not sure if he know what hes doing. maybe hes new? anyways, i think each mcd only has one type of minion. so im going to visit the mcd around my place and hopefully i can collect all 8. read more

Rude service from one particular manager or a team leader or a shift leader. My husband knows him, he calls him the tall, brunette douche bag. We come here ever so often, but never seem to catch his name... his douche-ness always distracts us. Today (4/30/12) we visited the drive-thru from 7:45-8PM and there he was at the window, Sir Douche. Did not greet us with a "hello", but asked us again about our drinks... "that was a Dr. Pepper and what else?" No smile and no "thank you" at the end of our encounter... typical customer service experience with Sir Douche. I just don't understand how hard it is to say "hello", "thank you" and to at least smile. This is what he should have said as soon as we arrived at the window, "hello, how are you? I'm sorry, what is your drink order again? Dr. Pepper and....?" and of course "thank you, have a great night." Sooooo...it's Mother's Day and my Wife (and subsequently the Mother of my children) loves their breakfast sandwiches. I go to the drive-through this morning and order 2 Sausage McMuffins like I have for over 41 flippin' years. The Indian lady (who appeared to have pretty good command of the English language) at the 2nd window where you pick up your food asks me when I get to the window if I had ordered 2 Sausage McMuffins with no egg. I say, "No, I want them with egg." She looks over, has a quick chat with someone back there that I can't see or hear. The Indian lady comes back with a bag and a kind of weird smile on her face (I should have taken note) and hands over my order. I get home, Wife opens the bag and no egg on either sandwich! Great...grumpy Wife on Mother's Day because I just tried to be sweet and let her sleep in and surprise her with her favorite breakfast. I friggin' can't believe after asking me they screwed up my order LOL! I live in a nice neighborhood, drive a nice car and I don't look like some scumbag so it's not like they possibly could have figured I was some scammer trying to get a free upgrade on my sandwiches! Seriously you eggheads?! I personally don't eat at your restaurant because your food is absolutely horrendously unhealthy. You might catch me at your window once a month grabbing something for myself if I am on the road and in a pinch. Maybe a second time each month getting food for my Wife. Came here a few times after movies or hiking. It was ok, until the last time, when I ordered a double cheeseburger mini meal and had horrible sharp stomach pains than ended in vomiting. I'm so surprised at the negative reviews this place has. Come on. We all know it's a MC.DONALDS, you expect to walk in to a freaking Mastros?! We live close by and whenever it's too cold/rainy to play at the playground outside after school i bring my kids here. Sometimes we get some chicken nuggest or a happy meal, sometimes just drinks or ice cream. I have never had any issues with anyone working here. Every single person I've encountered over the years have been really sweet and courteous. The food has always been 'good' (as in we don't get orders messed up). I have however had some issues with some kids/and their moms in the playground.. but thats a totally different story. The playground is indoors and well kept. read more

my mother who is handicap and 85 used the app today and ordered a cheeseburger and med frozen coke . she went through the drive through and gave her code when she got to the window they tried to give her a happy meal . she told them that wasnt her order and when she got her order she asked if she was charged the right amount she said yes you were only charged for the. coke and cheeseburger. when she got home she looked at her account and was charged $24.30 then she called and spoke with the manager ( Galads ) she wanted her to come back . so she drove back and used her cane instead of her walker and stood at the counter waiting . it was crowed . the other manager( Madeline) took my moms debit to the back to check into it. when she finally finished she subtracted her bill and refunded the difference after charging the wrong amount and making her come back and wait, they should of given her $5.89 meal for free ! not very good customer service. this was not handled the right way read more

My local McDonalds and I drive thru frequently. McDonald's fries is probably my favorite fast-food item of all time! What can you say about McDonald's? I think we all know the menu, and probably the most useful info to pass on is how consistent is the quality of preparation and how is the service. They do a good job here; the food isn't ever under or overcooked and never tastes like its been sitting under heat lamps too long. I've been here dozens of times and they've only gotten my order wrong once. The manager immediately corrected the mistake without question and threw in an apple pie for the trouble. I will say the drive-thru line can crawl sometimes, don't be surprised if it's backed up into the street at noon. read more

My review is simple, the food was standard McDonald's, although my Big Mac was actually put together better than usual. The fries were fresh, if not a little salty. The location was also pretty clean and modern. My issue however is with this Monopoly game. I went in today and got a Big Mac meal to go, and noticed later that the box had no Monopoly game piece. Not this isn't the end of the world, I don't really care about the game. BUT, when there are literally 3-4 pieces of advertising stating specifically "GET YOUR GAME PIECE ON A BIG MAC BOX" as soon as you walk in, you expect the game piece. I think it would be common courtesy to let a customer know that you are out of Monopoly game piece boxes instead of shoving it in the bag and hoping the customer doesn't notice. I really wanted to make sure to write this review regarding Gladys who worked at the front. I walked in bc the drive thru had too many cars in it. I was greeted by Gladys and ordered my food. People kept coming up to the counter to ask her for things while she was helping out other customers . Just wanted to say she had great customer service and she continued to multitask and helped out every single person is such a timely manner. The Good: 1. My daughter loves the play area and once she hooked up with a few more girls her age she would have stayed all day. 2. I have always liked McDonald's selection since I was a child. Though now I mainly eat grilled chicken it always tastes good. Now that McDonald's has committed to the fresher beef it pushes me there also. 3. They had a mobile order kiosk which people were using. 4. The employees looked to be busy and working hard. Nobody was standing around texting with customers waiting. The Bad: 1. Like so many fast food places it was just not clean. Dried ketchup on tables, leftover drinks, etc. We were here for an hour and I did not see any employees picking up or cleaning the common areas. 2. When I first arrived I walked up to the counter and ordered. I actually went back to the counter 30 minutes later because we wanted something else and it did not go well. I stood there for approx 5 minutes and nobody took my order. Granted they were working hard but nobody was manning the counter. Employees kept looking at me but nobody would say anything. I finally went to the mobile order kiosk and put in my order and received my food. Why did they let me stand there so long. And the manager was definitely one of the people who looked at me waiting and did not speak. Customer service typically wins the day and I felt this was a big let down. read more

Wow! The most dumpy McDonalds I've been to. Even the furniture is bizarrely crappy. For instance, the chairs are old plastic fold up chairs with the name of some construction company marked in ink on them (I think they are remodeling an area). Gnats are fighting me for my sandwich. And the employees, despite there being quite a number of them working here, are lackluster and seem confused or distracted. I hate to be a negative-nellie but this was probably THE most disgusting McDonald's I've ever been to. I wanted to clean the entire place! There was trash on the floor, the ketchup and drink station was a mess and had not been cleaned in a while (you could tell). The burgers tasted good, but I almost felt ill eating them because my surroundings were so neglected. The children's play area was big and actually looked better taken care of than the normal dinning room. I had half a mind to go eat out there! I will say that I've always used their drive-through and never thought anything about this place. Having been inside though and seen how unkempt it was, I will make a point to avoid this location. I've been going to this McD's for about 2 or 3 months regularly....2 or 3 times a week for breakfast....because I have been a crazy-busy student and on the run. Before this time...I had not been a fan of McD's with the type of food and tastes...and was glad my kids grew up and developed more complex tastes. I was surprised that I found some amazing things on the menu for breakfast...healthy and tasty. We have been ordering the turkey delight bowl...which has salsa, cut up cheese and cut up turkey sausage with spinach (easy to eat in a rush)....sometimes splurge on the hash browns and small OJ...as well as a ham and egg-white breakfast sandwiches. There are many other healthy options for breakfast as well....yogurt bowls, oatmeal and fruit, etc. While waiting, I have had a chance to look at some things on the lunch menu that I might try really soon. Things change, people change and you have to keep trying new things that you might like.... The thing I REALLY liked is that they hired people that have been friendly and kind...both the mature workers and the younger workers. They have remembered me, remembered my order, made sure I was getting what I really wanted and that I didn't forget anything.....and that is above and beyond! My husband bought 40 pieces of nuggets and a 4 piece happy meal last night 1/29/18. He had to wait 5-10 minutes in the car because they said they had to make the nuggets which was fine since we don't mind waiting for hot nuggets. Unfortunately when we ate the nuggets, 80% of the nuggets tasted like day old nuggets. We have never had nuggets that tasted this bad at any of the locations that we have been to in the past. read more
